Bought a SUV from there. The sway bar was broken. The rear differential is leaking spar tire is flat was told that they put new brakes and rotors on but they are rusted. The bushings are bad just had to replace the fuel filter. O2 sensor jb welded on. No air filter. Three days after I got it. Lost All power had to drive home on route 23 from Waverly to Chillicothe. At only 15 mph. Just wish I had more room I could keep going

Clean place. Honest, courteous, friendly staff. We not only bought a truck here, we also brought our car in for brake work.For the truck, we got both the good and the bad details. That's pretty rare these days. Though this is to be my husband's work truck, he brought me along to give my opinion. (My family considers me to be the one who can tell what's wrong with a car.) The guys at Southern Ohio didn't seem to think it was strange at all. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that!When we brought our car in, they listened to what me with the same attention they gave my husband at other times. Again, very much appreciated. The call about the estimate came quickly. Cue sighs of relief at the low cost! The work was done quickly and well.Whenever we need a used vehicle or car repairs, we intend to return.

They sold my dad a truck and took the spare off and tried to make him pay for a spare that belonged to it! Dad said he d pay off the truck but won t deal with them again. Also they re nothing but liars. Tried to trade in a car and was told it would be hard to sell but guess what? They had the same car on their lot selling it. Goes to show how honest these guys are.

Our Poor Family had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was Professional, Friendly, Honest, and Helpful. They offered a Fair Deal and Seemed very Customer-Oriented. I would gladly Recommend them to anybody!

I can't say enough good things about this shop and staff! Took my daughter's car there for an alignment today. I forgot to get the man's name who looked at her car but what an honest man! She didn't need the work done. He explained everything to her on the phone as to why it didn't need it. This is why our family comes to Rodney's shop. Thank you again!

This company is horrible and very rude. The vehicle i bought is very bad. The brakes would stick really bad going at highway speed. I would have to stand on them with both feet and all my weight to get it to stop and it is an automatic but was jumping like a standard when you let your foot off the clutch to fast. He said bring it in let me check it ok this was 2 days after i bought it. I take it in and of course he says there is nothing wrong it is fine. I take it back home knowing it's not fine. A few days later the ABS light comes on and the brakes work fine. Sunday i went to grove city and my tire went flat and no spare the donut was already on it. Plug the tire air it up and nope didn't work, went a few miles flat again. The tire was garbage. Now to the good stuff. Went to grove city again the following Sunday which is an hour from where i live. Went to start it after i shut it off well guess what it wouldn't start. Spent the night in the vehicle. The next morning i call the car lot to see if they will come tow me home. Their response " NO WE CAN NOT COME UP THERE TO TOW IT BACK IT'S MY PROBLEM " then hangs up on me. Some amazing people in grove city help me out it was the fuel pump. They get me back on the road. The very next day the alternator goes out on Main street. A police office helps push it into the municipal court parking lot. I call the car lot again with this problem basically he tells me "HE ALREADY TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM AND HE'S NOT RESPONSIBLE" and hangs up on me again. I even asked if i could get a little bit of the $700 i paid down. He said "NO THAT'S NOT THE WAY IT WORKS" mean while the temp tag had not expired yet. Very rude mean man. And hanging up on me twice???? That's terrible. They should have negative review thumbs down options also. I would give them the worst. Now I'm out all this money i already gave them and a payment due

Went in for oil change. Got in and out quick. The people there are very nice and friendly. Have purchased tires there also. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely go back.

Love these guys, I'm so happy I got a great car from them. They have their own garage at the lot, makes it easy for me to keep up with the maintenance on my vehicle.

Sells lemons and does not back warranty. B very careful. They r not a full shop and cannot even repair what they sell and then they do not support purchased warranty. LEMON FACTORY!!!!!!!

You sold a lady a junk car put together with junk yard parts and dry rotted tires. Not even 30 days ago. Shame on you. She asked for help and you left her stranded.

How can u knowingly sell someone a junk car then when she calls you asking for help you hang up on her.. Not once but twice.. I wouldn't recomend you to anyone even if you was the last one... Wow!!!
