Never ever stop here unless you have to park and even then the parking is very limited.In the past Three years nothing has changed, Extremely lazy coffee pots are empty employees standing around doing nothing . Moes Southwest Grill At this location is the nastiest I have ever seen employees are completely lazy. The drink machines are never filled up.Absolute embarrassment to common sense.The food that is cooked by pilot is always dried out never fresh

Wow this place has a horrible set up! Concrete blocks that make it so damn hard to back into the reserved stalled along the fence line.First and only time for this place for sure, won't be back here no more

The pilot store new manager is more worried about, getting her porter to move trucks from non parking spots. Than having the porter do his job, restrooms are dirty and there's 3 person waiting line for showers on a non busy day. The porter is very kind and apologetic.MANY places HIRE a parking lot person to monitor these trucks, to neglect your paying customers over truck parking is ridiculous. Don't fix nothing that didn't need to be fixed!

3-6-2024 Do NOT come here to park if you are NOT a PRO backer. You will get trap and back your way out. Parking spade is extremely tight. You need to master 90 degree back to even think about coming here. Yes I am Serious! Newbies trucker you have been warned.

One of the first things I was taught in life is when your interacting or (doing buisness) with someone, you look them in the eye. I ve Ben noticing a growing trend in todays society, these blowed out looking woman that work on these places will avoid making any kind of eye contact? I have a beautiful wife of 25 years waiting for me back in Texas I m not at all interested in any truck stop worker. I think it s impolite and unprofessional. Put a smile on your face and thank you , have a nice day. Relax lady s and start being more focused on customer service and quit thinking your something that your not.

It was very quick and easy to get what we needed. Everything is pristine and it is a good place to go if you're traveling and wanting a nice stop both to get gas and take bathroom breaks.

Their showers are very clean. So when u go take showers here u will have plenty of hot water n the shower rooms r clean with fresh clean towels hand towels floor towls n wash cloths for u to use the staff r very helpful n friendly their service is fast I have never had to wait in line since they got self check out put in the store is always clean

they don't keep hot fresh pizza or any hot food in the late night, the last few times I've stopped. the pizza slice I did get was old and cold and hard and didn't even have toppings on half of it toward the crust. isn't that kind of the point of a Pilot, to always have hot fresh food for truckers and travelers?? I go to the obe in London and it's the complete opposite of Chillicothe .

Don't come here to find a parking spot,if they're full the only option is to back the whole way out. Horrible truck parking!

I was going into the travel center today to fill up my truck and noticed that there was a very long line of trucks waiting to get into the travel center. Anyway the line was growing and we were all like honking at each other To move. So I called the store to see what was going on. In the fuel line and why there was an extensive delay. The young lady who answered the phone today acted very rude to me and told me that this was not her problem. All I wanted to do was ask her to make an announcement to see if there's any truckers who were sitting in the fuel line and taking their breaks there. Once a trucker fills up, they're supposed to leave. They cannot take their break on the fuel line. Cause that holds everybody up. Us truckers have to be somewhere. And we're on a very limited tight driving schedule. And we cannot be held up with this type of foolishness. The young lady at the truck stop pretty much. Didn't care and hung up on me, So I called back and was once again hung up on. As I said before, all I wanted to her to do was to see what was going on. But I guess to some people they just don't care. I was being very nice and trying to explain the situation. But like I said, she just was being very rude to me and didn't care. I am sorry but people who act that way have absolutely no business serving customers. I sure hope someone in corporate sees my review and does something about this situation. Thank you.By the way this event happened today on sunday october eighth at eleven a m.It's just common courtesy and respect for one another. To not hold up the fuel line. Once a driver fills up their tank then they need to leave the fuel line. Again, the store clerk I spoke to today clearly had no interest in trying to see what was going on and to maybe ask driver who was holding up the line to move.Update the story.... So I reported this incident to my manager who actually called the store and was treated very rudely As well. She was arguing with him yelling and actually had the nerve to hang up on him as well. The lady's name was bonnie. I certainly hope corporate sees the review and will do something about it.

Clean store, clean bathrooms, great food both moes and the PJ fresh. Glad the showers and laundry are here and amazing service. However, the parking here for trucks. You have got to be kidding me! You've made it nearly impossible, my bf spent most of the night helping people park, mainly because he didn't want his truck to get hit! As for any kind of court to other drivers, those that use creative parking just make it worse for those than can park!

They have Cinnabon! Also, Clean bathrooms, although the paper towel holders were quite a distance from the sinks, so you had to drip your wet hands across the floor, but that s not too big a deal.

I'm a handicapped truck driver and Sin the manager is one of the most kind person that went above her job to make sure that i was taken care of and everyone else is the same way who works there also. Thanks for everything they do to make sure that drivers feel like coming back there.

I dont usually get to say good things about a pilot but I cant lie this is a good one. Nice clean store, friendly employees, pretty decent selection of stuff to eat. Have a drivers area and even a laundry room. Good experience here

Love this location. The staff is very friendly. The showers are well maintained and have good water pressure. Great variety of food and other trucker needs.

Can't NOBODY get it any reserve spots with these trucks parked where they aren't supposed to be and employees to lazy to tell them to move! Paying to park shouldn't have this problem!

Great stop on our trip. Mara was extremely helpful with our purchases. We will definitely be back. They do give military discounts through the Pilot app.

The manger (I believe he was) just waited on my husband and I was very kind. Told him wish ALL the stores were like this one, clean, kind good food MOES.He is doing a great job. Why won't you, yes you Pilot Flying J hire people like the people that work here for ALL your locations??? The place is clean, the people are friendly.I was starting to loose hope with all the truck stops

You have six employees but you can only run one register. So now it takes 45 minutes to get one piece of pizza. What kind of f-tard POS do you have running this place?

9am no parking other than the reserved spots that were mostly empty; pilot employee not letting drivers park just for a few minutes - knocking on truck doors - the lot was a cluster. What a mess for drivers - not a good one. If your in a car - no problem

Went in to get only a coffee all registers are closed and was told by staff that we have to use self checkout only . I'm like really ? They said yes corporate wants us to use self checkouts . All I gotta say is I go in there all the time and if I have to wait in line to use self checkout when there is 3 available registers that can be used then nope I'll go to speedway across the street. The dumbest thing I have heard of self checkout only just sad !
