I bought a car from Ken in October of last year. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the car and that all of the tires were brand new. Not even a week after driving my car it needed to be jumped EVERYDAY! They were asked to check the battery and starter, they replaced only the battery and did not check the starter. I drove 30 minutes and my car needed to be jumped (they did offer for a tow truck to come with them paying however we were able to jump my car). Once they did the work on my car for the SECOND time that day they realized it was the starter and replaced it. They could have avoided working on it a second time if they just did what they were asked the first time. My belts needed changed, my brakes needed changed, and my oil needed changed. When I went for an oil change they asked if I wanted them to change the oil or just turn the light off and not change it. Last week the fabric of my roof in my car started to come off and I had to use nail glue to glue it back. My windshield was placed incorrectly and when I asked about what was noticeable about it Ken told me that it would just need the sponge part pushed back in with a flathead screwdriver and it would be fine, after doing that my windshield now makes noise when I drive all the time. Today my tire had dry rot and I had to spend 150 dollars on a new tire. AFTER I was told that I had brand new tires. After looking at the dates on my tires (found out you could do that today) the one with dry rot was a 2019, another is 2021, and the other two are 2022. It was not a good experience overall since they lied to me about a bunch of things with my car. I would not recommend shopping there.

This was by far my best car buying experience! I got stiffed by another local dealership and was stuck in a truck I just wasn't happy with. I went to multiple different dealerships trying to get out of this truck with no luck. But I went out on a limb and stopped by nourse ez credit and Joe Pratt was my salesman. Awesome guy to work with got me in a vehicle that is very satisfactory for what I want and need and the payment I can afford. Not only that he has called and checked up with me to see that I am happy with my car and that is something you just don't Fina anymore. I'll be coming back to see him for Mt next vehicle for sure!

Sold us a lemon and refuses to help remedy the issue as well as duck out on us for simply requesting a copy of our warranty "fixed" the car but decided not to tell us the real warranty got super ripped off and now were out a decent amount of money plz ppl go sone place else

Nourse ez credit has yet to reimburse me my money it has been over a week going on two weeks now. Don't recommend them if you are looking for a car.

I was awfully disappointed that they wouldn't make a deal with me so I could buy a car. Left there and we went to Glockners in Portsmouth Ohio and the next day I was driving a 2016 Hundai Elantra!! Your loss Nourse EZ Credit!!!

I have called and left messages all they do is transfer you around from voicemail to voicemail and won t return calls. I bought a car 10 days ago and they refuse to help with my issue. I would shop elsewhere

The sales manager is rude. I m not sure what his name is but he s not professional. Cristina is a sweet lady and helpful that s the only thing Nourse EZ Credit has that s good.

The sales staff here has always went above and beyond however do your research because we have found more often than not nurse is prices there inventory well above book.

I can't speak for the other surrounding Norse dealerships in the area but I can say that there are good easy to buy cheap cars here
