I'd never go anywhere else to purchase a car. Kate and her entire team spent literally hours with me doing absolutely everything they could to make sure I left in a better situation than I had came in with. I love my car and I love Kate! 10/10 recommend!!

Highly recommend the entire staff at hometown! Manager Austin Champman is absolutely great and also Bobby Nye who helped me find the jeep of my dreams. They did everything to get me into what I wanted! They did so great my husband came back a few days later and got himself a 4 runner as well! They always put the costumers 1st and dedicated even on there days off! They treat you as family and not just another sale! I highly recommended everyone that s looking for a new or upgrade to take a visit here! They definitely have my business for future as well!

I go into today to claim my mailer contest ticket winnings, and instead of receiving my winnings I was instantly asked a bunch of questions, nothing involving the contest or the winnings. After complaining about having so many credit inquiries on my last visit and approving only 1 credit inquiry, they decided to do multiple unauthorized inquiries anyway. After receiving the 2nd notification of an inquiry, I went to find the guy I was talking to and before I found him I had gotten the 3rd inquiry notification. I asked if he can stop now. He then tells me that they only did the 3 inquiries and that I was approved. I said ok, and that we can try to move forward with that approval. After he walks away, I then get 2 more inquiry notifications. So I walked out, heated. The guy then follows me to my vehicle and says, "where are you going?" I tell him, "Home! Even if you gave the $1,000 cash that I won, it still wouldn't be worth it!" He replies, "so you don't want the car?" Absolutely not! It's not even the type of vehicle I said that I would consider.After being home for 30 minutes now, I have received a total of 6 credit inquiry notifications. Now I have to dispute them all...

I received a form in the mail for a scratch off prize. The scratch off lined up with the $2000 cash reward. I had a feeling it was a joke, and I was correct. After the sales associate sat me down and talked about all the prizes, and tried to talk to me about the vehicles, he said " I need to verify the other number at the bottom. " he came back with Bluetooth headphones that van be purchased for $2 on Temu and said the number doesn't match the $2000 prize. I didn't argue and left.I feel bad for anyone who wasted their time to go in there for this. Biggest waste of 20 minutes.

I was very anxious about getting my first car by myself, but I had a great experience here. I had Bobby and he was very helpful and put me at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed me in the perfect direction for my new vehicle. He was great, definitely recommend!

Bobby has shown me such an amazing experience at this dealership that i have never experienced elsewhere!! He met all my needs in a finding a car and made sure my family and i were happy! Super satisfied and will be back when my kids are ready to get a car!

Hometown is the only place I ll be buying vehicles from now on. Met the awesome Sales Technician Bobby Nye there. He is the reason I m giving a five star review. The kindest soul. Took his time explaining the whole process and what the team needed from me to get me into the car of my dreams. Bobby is the kind of man you d want as a neighbor. Extraordinarily helpful and talented.

I have a family member who was looking for a good vehicle who had a bad experience with another local dealership so he was hesitant at first. So he was referred to Bill Brenning at Hometown and not only did he find the perfect fit for him the Hometown team made him feel so welcomed. Bill made the whole experience smooth and easy. Haley was extremely helpful when I purchased my truck from her. This is the second truck I ve bought with Haley. Wouldn t hesitate to do so again. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Hometown and Haley has always made the car buying experience smooth and easy

If I could give negative stars I would give negative 5. I got a flyer with a lottery ticket on and it stated that I had won 5000 dollars. Even called and the lady said to verify that it was the real deal l. Her response was that it was a real ticket come on in and show the ticket and they would cut me a check for the amount. I even told her I had just purchased a truck from another dealership and was not interested in a new one. Got there with my two kids thinking that we just won 5k and the salesman told us need to fill out some paperwork before getting to the "winning" ticket 20 minutes later they are pulling my credit and telling me that it's not an actual winning ticket. Even though I told them several times i wad happy with what I had drove in there with. Last time I checked they had to have your permission to pull your credit instead of bait and switch like what they where doing. If they are going to do that on a little freaking game what are they willing to do on a 40k car. I will never step foot on that dealership as long as I live. My friends and family feel the same way. On the flyer did have some small numbers on it and asked about it over the phone she replied it was an internal number and didn't concern me and assured me that I had won 5k.

Hometown Auto is amazing!! I went down there with my husband to buy a car and the salesperson Bobby Nye was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely professional. I will definitely be bringing my kids here one day to get their first car! Big thank you to Bobby!!

I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord ex-l from hometown. William Brenning was who dealt with me. This was during the covid scarcity and many other planes were spiking prices especially on used cars but this place seemed to be pretty reasonable. I didn t have the best credit but Bill went above and beyond to get me financed with the best rate he could find. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident that totaled the car but because of what Bill said about building credit, I was able to purchase a brand new car! I owe a lot to him and really appreciate his honesty and guidance.

I always dread going to dealerships because of experiences in the past but not anymore. I had such a positive experience at Hometown auto. Bobby was so helpful and made me change my mind on dealerships. I cannot recommend this place, especially Bobby enough! I am a customer for life!!

We purchased 2 new vehicles here in the last 2 weeks. And this has 100% been the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. If you're looking for a new vehicle this is the place to go!!! They literally make you feel so comfortable and welcome. They're great with explaining things and giving you information. We will only get our vehicles here from this point on. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!! This was my first time going through the car purchasing process alone & I was so nervous but they made it all so easy. Willow & Austin were so awesome, keeping in touch & helping me find the exact vehicle I was wanting & even found it in the color I was hoping for. At first glance this is a great dealship until you actually try to do business with them. I was highly disappointed with the sheer lack of communication! The day i purchased the vehicle i noticed an issue on the way home and the shop personnel was more than happy to help attempt to solve the problem though they were unsuccessful. It was incredibly hard to get a return call or text after the sale even though there was an obvious issue with my loan. I had the car over 2 weeks before I was even advised that there was an issue with funding. When someone would answer or return my call it felt like they were not being 100% transparent with my situation. I was advised by another dealship that the method they used to gain funding was shady at best. I ended up returning the vehicle I was attempting to purchase solely based on the poor customer service I received following the "sale"

Charlie and Austin are amazing we are so grateful for everything they have done for us they blessed us with a 2020 new car to take home today and come back next Friday to pay the rest of it. Shout out to them if u ever come down here ask for them because this place as well as the people are amazing. Thank you again.

The BEST customer service I have ever received from a car dealership came from Austin and Bill. When I say they went above and beyond for me I mean it 110%. They worked with me in terms of trading my car in and got me into my dream car. I m gonna recommend Austin & Bill from Hometown Auto to anyone looking for a car for the rest of my life!! You won t be disappointed in this dealership that s for sure

Found the Hometown dealership to live up to its name and felt welcomed and comfortable with their sales team. I was impressed by the amount of vehicles they had to choose from compared to other dealerships and even more impressed by the price.
