Good, professional, and efficient team at Herrnstein. I was impressed with how the team worked as a TEAM! Walked in the show room. Started conversation with a salesman. He quickly realized I had questions that needed a seasoned rep. That move right there made me realize that there culture at Herrnstein was great. Car sales is a cutthroat industry. Everything can be found at your fingertips. These are the qualities that will set them apart and keep them going in a difficult industry. It s nice to have good quality service. Happy we could work the deal.

The best experience I have ever had buying a truck from a dealership. Ryan was a man of his word and brought his best deal forward. Also addressed all our concerns with the vehicle. We drove from Lebanon, Ohio and it was well worth the trip. The whole team stayed past closing to get the deal done. They even met us halfway the next day to swap vehicles. I would highly recommend shopping for your next vehicle at this dealership or online. Two Thumbs Up!

OMG, these guys were life savers!! I was in Ohio on vacation from Tx and a severe transmission issue. They got us in and had her repaired by the next morning so we could head home. THANK Y'ALL sooooo much

i have bout 3 cars from hernstein behind lowes, after the experience i had with ellie from chillicothe i swore i was never buying from them again, she rude and didnt even bother to ask for any information before telling me no, no bank will give you that unfortunately for her she lost out on a sale but danny from hernstein in waverly and the whole crew down there was GREAT and i got the exact car with the exact payment i went to ellie for :) but 10/10 for danny

Really had a great experience working with the team. Ryan was my salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at and worked to get me a deal that I was good with. I highly recommend going there instead of nourse. I ended up getting a Kia Seltos and I love it.

I bought a vehicle March of 2022, no one will refinance the loan, and I can't even get them to take the vehicle back as a trade in. The vehicle was sold for $10,000.00 over what it was even worth. Called BBB, they aren't BBB accredited, and they had 14 open complaints, my complaint was number 15.

I was running short of time and had to find something that day. There was a dozen or so cars on my list and at the top was a 2017 MAZDA6 Grand Touring Located 48 miles south of me at this dealer. I was in contact with them before making the trip to make sure it was still available and it was so we made the trip there. We received texts telling us to talk to Thomas on the way down. As soon as I found him the first thing he said was he's not going to sell me the car because of wiring issues. WHY was I never told this before going 96 miles out of my way and waste close to 2 hours??? He tried putting me into a Hyundai Elantra base model knowing I was looking for luxury. Needless to say we left and bought elsewhere. Found a beautiful Accord that was loaded and had only 20k more miles than the Elantra and got it for 3k cheaper at Honda Marysville. Don't waste your time coming here because they don't mind wasting yours.

Ripped me and my wife off 3,000 dollars just to give us a Kia that wasn't even even the same Kia that we were looking at. What we seen was just a nice display of what we were told we were buying. We were also told that our price would be knocked down to 9,000 instead of 13,000. We didn't get the full tank of gas that we were told we would have in it when driving it off the lot OR NO SPARE TIRE IN THE TRUNK...... NOW ALMOST 2 YEARS LATER, after about 7,000 dollars in payments along with the 3,000 dollars down we still owe 13,000 dollars on the Kia...........

I have traveled for my last 4 car purchases by flying out and driving back to Dallas, TX of which 3 were Hyundai/Kia models. Ryan Milliken made this purchase one of the easiest. He not only provided me with the confidence and assurance of a smooth transaction, he offered to pick me up from the airport almost 1.5 hour away. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour for my 18 hour drive home. Their price beat every other dealer in the country! There were no games, no tricks. Everything was as stated. I had a tire puncture on the way home. Ryan went out of the way to help connect with the the extended warranty service to try to get it sorted. Ryan definitely went above and beyond.
