It's a great place to buy foreign parts. However I feel like the staff is under knowledged and sometimes bothered by your calls. It's really hard to get a call back about a part or an answer on the phone about 1 it's kind of turning me against this place. I don't know what happened to customer service in this world?

The people at Ernies Foreign Salvage were so nice and helpful with getting me a new taillight for my car. They made me feel very welcome and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks, Jo Smith

Great service the one time I took my vehicle there.If they want customers, better step up the phone game. Front desk lady s so rude I am taking business elsewhere this time.

Called about a wheel, the lady who answered the phone was unbelievably rude. She asked me the same question three times and every time I answered her, she had begun talking to someone else in the room. And since she couldn't hear my answer to her question, she would ask again and sound more and more annoyed every time. Never got an answer to my question because it was like talking to a brick wall who was also rude.

I love this yard I've gotten so many good parts here for my benz always reasonable Ernie is a super nice guy - I always check here before hoofing to Columbus or Dayton for parts

I got a battery for them turns out it was a bad one took it back and they made it right no questions thank you Ernies i made it to work on time and didnt have to miss a day

I just called these guys and the woman that answered the phone apparently doesn't like her job and should really consider finding a new one.. there is no reason to have an attitude with your customers

Will not stand behind their rusty parts that they sell. Do not buy here cause if part is rusty and will not work they will not stand behind the products they sell. You will regret buying from arrogant ads.
