This place is a joke I was told in email $6000 for a truck I incurred about it was a 2014 Chevrolet 1500 for $18995 I went to go look at truck trucks exhaust has been cut off of it an it needs tires paint spots dulled an rust bubbles at bottom of doors I went inside asked about truck josh says $1700 cash no financing then I ask is there anything you can work with me on on down payment an he gives me a card says fill out application an ill get back with you then walks away. How rude an what a joke just a rip off

Josh was helpful, answered questions, and is quick to respond when needed. We bought a used truck from him. We didn't expect perfection but are happy with quality of the truck we bought. We bought extended warranty and have had no trouble getting the service taken care of.

Never buy a car from this man he is a crook! He sells you a car with a 24,000 mile 2 year warranty that you pay extra for to never honor it at all!!! Tells you to contact the fiance company when the contract is between you and courthouse cars!!! All his cars are trash!! Multiple 1 star reviews on google!! He also has many open cases with the better business!! I suggest anyone who purchased a car from this place to contact an attorney and file suit!!! Theft by deception!!!

Josh has helped me more than once get into a vehicle that we were very satisfied with. Josh is always just a phone call away and helps with anything we may need. Definitely recommend this place anytime someone needs a vehicle.

Josh was very helpful. I went to a lot of car lots before I went to josh and I couldn't get a decent car at a decent price because I didn't have any credit. I went to josh and he got me into a 2014 GMC Acadia in less than an hour. I've had my car for almost a year and haven't had any major problems, just typical maintaince things that you expect from an older vehicle.

Brian was super helpful, easy to work with and informed me of any problems with the vehicle before I even test drove it and knocked the price down for me. Super fast and easy buying experience, would definitely recommend this lot to others.

I was trying to inquire about a vehicle they have over the phone because I live an hour away. The guy that answered the phone was really rude and short with me. When I told him thank you he just hung up on me. Not a way to gain a new customer. I would not recommend them.

Josh seemed nice and helpful . Bought car today he stated on the phone 60 months of payments when we got there he said 64 or so but it ends up 72 payments. The monthly payment amount was correct though . Other than then the number of payments we are happy so far ! Thanks for the the beautiful car ! Car was very clean ! My daughter is happy

So I went into this place fully capable what I was looking for, I find a very nice suitable vehicle. It was okay at first, but the man was not being honest towards me whatsoever. He lied to me saying it was in perfect shape, no problems. Of course you d think it d be an amazing vehicle. WRONG! I had problems with it the same day. I tried contacting the place and I was being very polite because I don t like having an attitude. He picks up the phone having a good attitude until I bring it to his attention that he gave me a bad vehicle. Be safe everyone.

Our experience was good at first. Until the vehicle we purchased was in the shop 2 times in less a month. Tried to bring this to Josh's attention and he refused to help w the issues. Warranty sucks and buyers be aware. We also found out that we were paying more then he told us. It was not brought to our attention that we would pay 7 k more .

The owner was absolutely amazing. Very personable, very detailed oriented. He cares about your needs and what you want, works as hard as he can to get what you wanted. Honestly the best buy here pay here around to be honest. I am still on cloud nine, can't believe how quick and simple he made all of this. Everybody wants a new car, but they dread the dealership and bow long it usually takes, nope not here. Quick and simple, in and out. Thank you so much to the owner for all of his hard work and dedication to get me a very nice vehicle.

I was only in town for a couple of days and desperately wanted a Tahoe off the lot. Josh made it happen and it was by far the easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. He gave me way more than he should ve on my trade ins, got my payment exactly where I wanted it and I got my dream car. Highly recommend him, and will be going back for future purchases

I had a great experience getting my vehicle here! They made sure to put me in a vehicle that was nice, clean, & reliable! They always stay in contact with me to make sure everything is still going great and no issues! I would definitely recommend getting your vehicle from courthouse cars they will make sure you leave satisfied & in a great vehicle for you and your family!

I was just on the phone asking about a scion and it was out of my price range and i was not even offered another vehicle or asked about what i felt comfortable with. I would like you to react to this and take five minutes to talk to me and maybe you can find out that i was looking for a car because i need one and i wasn't wasting your time like you acted on the phone. It seems you have no issues talking to people who leave bad reviews. Take some time and answer these simple questions. What was my price range? What down payment? Was i interested in another car possibly? You would have found out that i wasn't just fixed to the scion. But you never took the time to ask a few lead in questions. You lost a possible sale. I normally don't post anything but i felt disrespected.

This place is awesome!!! Their customer service is amazing they always got back to me at a timely manner they helped me step by step to get me in the car that fits me! I love my car! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! If your looking odor a car for zero to hardly no down payment go see them!!!

Me and my husband went there looking to buy a car with trading in our old car. We test drove a van and left immediately after due to many reasons wrong with the perfectly ready to go van that barley made it back to the lot and the office reeked of weed and smoke. The guy who presented as the owner/ in charge in the office was high out of his skull to the point where he could barley hold a conversation, we will never attempt to buy a car from them again.

This place is horrible, not trying to even sell cars apparently? I went to look at a car the guy saw me and still proceeded to close the garage, when I knocked nothing, I was literally shocked! The place was supposed to be open but not very good customer Service! I came from South Bloomfield so it s not real far but not close enough for wasted trips! This place is terrible I wouldn t suggest this place to anyone! I d give zero stars but you have to give one to put up your warning, I mean review

Was informed on the down payment drove up there to give them my money but I guess they have too much money. Drove up there on a Saturday looked over the car went to walk up to office and they closed the garage door and locked the place up as I walked up to the door. This was at 11am like I said they must have to much money

Best car lot in Chillicothe Ohio and surrounding area.... fantastic cars... very nice staff and informative about the cars... reasonable reasonable prices.... stands by their word.... will help you anyway they can to get that car you really deserve...go check it out... you will not be disappointed I guarantee that
