If you're in the market for a used truck, Chillicothe truck is definitely worth a look. Their selection was by far the best within 100 mile radius to where I live which is near Kings Island. The staff was very friendly and honest. Jayr was great to work with. There were several trucks I was interested in and test drove. Over a week process of trying to decide, he was very patient, gave me space, and helped me make the right decision for me.

Looking for a truck with Joe was definitely a great experience. He was patient while I test drove several trucks and went home to "sleep on it" twice. One thing I really appreciate, is that he didn't just try to get me to make a quick decision but he helped me find the truck that is perfect for my needs.Mike T.

Great place to shop for vehicles. Went there looking for a truck and ended up with my Black Beauty and she has all the bells & whistles I was shopping for! Thank you so much Chris Bartram and staff for making this pain staking life task an awesome experience! I will definitely be referring peeps your way!! I had a surprising experience when I went here for a truck. JR (AKA-Meathead) was fantastic to work with. Very pleasant and MADE SURE I was fully happy with the truck I picked out and then made the process quick and you feel like you're just visiting an old friend! Highly recommended!! It's an excellent truck,Going back next year and pick out another one!

We went in not expecting much due to not fully needing an additional truck but we ended up finding one we wanted with the help of Chathan. He handed every question and concern we had along with doing everything he could to get us as close to the price we wanted . 10 /10 recommend going to see him at Chillicothe Truck he won't do you wrong !

I traveled over 350 miles once I found the deals offered here at Chillicothe Truck. Best deal around. Beat the local "big" dealership by almost 3% on interest rate and fair trade-in offer on top of that. Very happy with my decision to work with Joe Bowman on this deal.

They did not follow through with deal that was made. They said they would have a part shipped to my house. It has been 6 months and the only have gotten 1 update. Didn't hear anything for a month after purchasing the truck and messaged for updates they said it was on backorder. Contacted them again about 7 weeks to get an update and only got a reply after messaging twice that said they were going to call and get an update. Have not heard from them since.

10/10 drove about 2 hours just to look at an SUV and Casey made the process quick and easy! Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond. We ended up finding the perfect SUV and Casey helped us take it home!

There were some issues with the truck i wanted and these guys took great care to resolve those. JayR was my salesman and he was great. Got my truck ready for me and delivered it as promised. I would not hesitate to go back if the time ever comes I need another truck. Thanks to everyone I did not meet that got it done, really appreciate it. There she is in the driveway soaking up the sun.

Casey at Chillicothe Truck did a great job selling me a 2020 F250. I made a mistake on the truck I thought I wanted when I showed up and he quickly ran through stock with me to find something that really matched my wants and needs.From there, the company did a great job of doing my paperwork and getting me out the door. It was late and it was the quickest cleanest process I have ever went through in the contract phase.Long and short of it, their price was correct and fair, they valued my business and handled me quickly.I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I picked out the truck online and scheduled a test drive for the following day. From the time I arrived to the time I was leaving with my new truck only took 2 hours and that s including the time I took on the test drive. Everyone we talked to at the dealership was great and very professional. I will definitely be returning when the time comes to get another truck.

I like to thank Kyle Litter and all the Chillicothe crew for make the purchase of my truck in easy decision by been nice and responding to my questions and concerns also by treating me and my grandson with respect, I would buy in other vehicle from them and I would suggest you call Kyle if you lare looking for a vehicle and he would guide you to the right direction also I like thanks the two maintenance guys that help us out try to get my hitch out of my old truck, they also given me tips on how to take care my first Diesel truck.
