Everyone working the evening before the solar eclipse totally made our night! We were moments away from leaving to watch the solar eclipse in Northern Ohio, and our car had some minor issues pop up that made us nervous. They didn t hesitate to come help us make sense of our vehicle and needs, and didn t make us feel dumb for not really knowing what we were doing (or judging us for how dirty our cabin air filter was it was very overdue for a change!). We troubleshooted some things until we found what we needed, and were on our way good as new in minutes!

The staff wasn't every helpful not friendly at all I had questions and they kept saying well thats not the problem but would not tell me the problem the guy said maybe you have a blown fuse and would not help me find the fuses I needed

It's an auto parts store. If it's not in stock most items can be ordered and in the next day. Friendly staff, customer oriented.

My experience with this AutoZone is great and special, especially since I have NO EXPERIENCE persae with parts and such. The staff with a couple of them being a kind of A STAR QUALITY type PERSONNEL.Good PricesGood EXPERIENCEBUT with,,,GREAT PEOPLE

Worst experience i ve ever had at any auto parts store, or any store for that matter. Not because of the parts or how it s run. It s one person who should never work in customer service. I Went inside to do an exchange, Even after I called To make sure they could do it, and said they could. Then some new hire instantly got an attitude after i asked him for the exchange. Then proceeded to, threaten me after i told him he said they could on the phone. Then claimed he could beat my A** in the store while standing at register 1 then continued to curse and run his mouth during store hours and continued to escalate the situation. When I told Him that s no way to treat a regular customer and to loose the attitude then continued to make threats to the point I never wanna shop at this store again, I m not one to complain I understand people have bad days but if you threaten a loyal customer who buys all his auto parts at this one particular store, it makes me never want to spend a dime there again I have never been talked to or treated that way by an employee, especially when all I asked for was an exchange this happened Friday 4/7/23 at approximately 8:37 pm And I will not step foot in that store again if I m going to be treated like I m a burden.I ve never had one issue at this store Brittani, Mark, Cody and the others run a fantastic store and have the best customer service I ve ever experienced. I give then 5 starts And are always friendly and a joy to work with I honestly cannot believe that this guy was allowed to work in customer service anywhere Period

Great service very helpful. A very nice gentleman by the name of Sam not only helped me find a plug for my tire , but also helped me with removing the nail in my tire and plugging the tire. You don't get to many people who will go out of their way to help others, but Sam definitely deserves all 5 stars and some. Thank you Sam and AutoZone.

I needed a new battery mine was dead. It was still cold outside before the "heat wave" so the gentlemen at the counter tested my battery and replaced my battery with a new one all in swoop. They were helpful and kind and didn't try to take advantage because I was a women. Great job! They get an A+ from me.

They and their parts are unfriendly and Chinese junk that we sold them , avoid AutoZone unless it is an extreme emergency , and that was why I was there... was because my windshield wiper on one side decided to part company with my truck in the middle of the rain and snow , picked up a set of wipers and I asked for their best ones and they gave me this set that looked like they were really good but , I should have known what I was getting really but JUNK with a capital J. !!??!

Great customer service! Way better than the Advance Auto Parts close by. I needed my vehicle scanned for the check engine light, and even though they weren't able to scan it for me (Covid) they let me borrow the tool, and scan it myself.

Older gentlemen with a Santa beard shorted me over $30. I bought the wrong part and after arguing that it was the wrong part with him he informed me they didn't have the right amount to refund me. He went to the back and then came back to the register. He emptied the register and handed me money. Before I could say a word he walked off. I tried getting his attention and he ignored me and went to the back. I waited in line for every bit 15 minutes before I googled the corporate number. I explained what happen and they called and had the register counted. To the penny of my claim they were over. I was told he would get a stern talking to and this is not the first issue they'd had with him. He still works there. Advice- drive to bridge street or go elsewhere.

I drove my daughter to auto zone to get an alternator. They checked out the old one verifying it was the problem. They fixed the car and it runs great.

Got alot of items that i didnt know they would have in stock went crazy getting exterior items make my car look even better. Lady who waited on us was extra nice would differently be back.

Charged my card 3 times for the same transaction and still did not get any product. Then when I called to tell them that they had charged me 3 times they said no I checked the register all three were canceled. Then I asked what should I do about the oil change that I should just go to another store??? And he answered with "yes I would do that" I couldn't believe it ... thanks for ruining my weekend auto zone on western Avenue. Now I have to wait until the transactions post to dispute them with my bank ... probably should have someone at the register that can push more than the cancel boutton.

I spend countless dollar with autozone and will choose no other parts store! I just feel the more you put in the more you should get back! But live the service the guys give me at autozone in waverly Ohio! Thanks one happy customer

I was getting quotes for my car. I needed the upper rear left and right control arm and the rear left and right struts. I called every place in Chillicothe. Auto zone and Napa auto Parts was the most expensive. It's crazy how theses business get there supplies from the actual warehouse they was made. Than they get us to pay some outrageous price. Its not fair but money does make this world go around.

Hardly ever can you walk in this place and get helped immediately. Most of the time they are understaffed and makes a few min trip turn into a 30 min trip
