My car broke down and needed towed 2 hours away. Marshall took care of everything- picking up the car and getting it back home. He was very responsive and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend!

Iam very disappointed! I was stuck in mud and had to get wenched out about 50 feet and i had 2 others guys tried using their trucks to get me out we all 3 were stuck in mud. It took less than 30 minutes to get us all out and was charged $456.00 . Iam heartbroken that there was no compassion in this matter and the fact I barely had enough to pay for it. Iam just beside myself the rates are so steep for a simple thing. I could have at least been told the rate before doing it so I could make a decision. The guy was saying how difficult the job was but to Me it was not. If someone tries to comment back on my review it should be with an apology. The two guys with their trucks could not believe how much it was. So much for helping a brother in need. I'm happy to be out of the mud but after the price I feel I got thrown back in it.

Answered call right away. We communicated several times on a snowy day several times to find pick up and drop off location. I ended up not needing the tow, but due to excellent customer service and communication their phone is programmed for my go to tow truck company.

Exceptional company. Car forgot the key and wouldn't start despite all my troubleshooting and the car needed towed. The rub was this car was parked in the first parking space in the McDonalds drive thru on Bridge Street AND they had truck that day so was unloading. Tow truck came in swooped up the vehicle and was out in under 3 minutes. Wasn't an easy get, and these guys made it look simple. 10/10 would recommend.

Wifes car broke down and we had called another towing company for assistance. They pushed us back by 3 hours. Called these guys and they had a truck to us and the car headed to the shop within 30 minutes.....hands down the best in the area.Fast, professional and affordable. marshall is a crook, tried his best to keep our car, told us he closed at noon on fridays and closed on saturday and suday, just trying to rack up storage fees in the tune of $469.00. all along while huis web site says hes open 24 hours 7 days a week. stay clear from 1 towingService: Local haulingService: Local hauling

This company is tops in my opinion, as a previous driver i am so pleased to see there is a company out there that still cares. Geico could not find a provider in our area and this man drive 2 hours to come and get my husband off the side of the hill and tow him home. He was polite, courtious, and attentive. He made sure to keep in touch with us while we waited even. Great service all the way around.Service: Local hauling

Marshall, owner of 1 Towing, made my stressful morning much easier to deal with. Very responsive via text, found me no problem even though I forgot to turn my hazards on! He made great conversation, was very respectful and personable. On top of everything else he helped me out on the cost knowing I had an expensive repair that he just towed to my apartment. Will undoubtedly have him as my go to and first referral for family and friends in the Ross county area. I was expecting the worst and was blessed to get Marshall.Service: Car towing

My car slid into a ditch and up against a guard rail and they came to the rescue. They pulled my car off the guard rail without damaging it. Hands down the best service in Chillicothe. I would pay the price over and over again because they saved me a lot of money because I have a luxury car. Awesome service.

I called this company on Friday to make arrangements to have my truck picked up on Monday and taken to the garage. I waited around all day Monday, and they never showed, I sent a text at 4:30 to see if they were coming, and to let them know the garage closed at 5:00. I got no answer, I called and was told they would be here Tuesday morning first thing. It is now 1:30, and again a no show. I have tried to call them and sent text, but no answer. My Eldering mother car would not start. Very cold last 2 weeks in Ohio. Battery was run down. She called on star and they sent out these guys. At around 8pm. They got it running no problem. Also very friendly. Noticed her Bengals Grill Cover. And started talking about the game. Very nice and dependable company. If you any trouble don't hesitate getting these guys.Service: Battery

Towing company caused $3k damage to my car. They will not return my calls or my insurances calls. Thank god for full coverage. Otherwise I would be out $3k for damage I didn t do. (They broke the front frame which pushed different parts up which caused a lot of other damage)There was zero prior damage. The only issue we had was the alternator (which another mechanic told me was fine and it obviously wasn t). My current mechanic confirmed it was indeed new damage that the tow truck did. My insurance covered it 100% because they also agreed it was damage caused from the tow truck.Thanks for responding over an entire year later though instead of answering my calls or my insurance agent s calls. I still say 1 Star! I d go with negative if possible.
