Exceptional service and experience. Took my Dodge Dart here after my dealership said the car part was no longer available and couldn't be repaired, and these guys found the microswitch in the drive stick and fixed it in less than an hour.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Huelsman is a rare find as far as automotive repair shops go. The employees are honest, knowledgeable, experienced, and get the job done right the first time. They do better work than I could do on my own car even if I were doing my best. Better yet, they work fast and for the lowest prices around. The staff are polite and the communication is always honest and up front. I'd strongly recommend this family establishment.

This place is cheap, professional, and a good local family owned business with a high degree of accountability which I prefer over larger corporations. People here are also very friendly I've taken my car here multiple times and each time it has been cheaper and quicker than I expected. All the work that was done I have had zero issues with. I did have one small billing issue because of something that was replaced and didn't need to be and she took 50$ off my bill just out of the blue! Needless to say I will only be going here from now on!

Great auto repair shop! Told me how they were fixing my car and taught me as well all the way through the repair. Left me with an honest price. Even replaced a cap on my tire I didn't know was broken. I'd drive an hour away to see them if I had to. If I'm ever in town I'm sure to come by if I ever need any vehicle related needs. They're a prime example of what an automotive shop should be.

Wife's car had an issue with another shop incorrectly installing a wheel bearing in her car causing the half shaft and wheel to come completely dislodged while up near Chickasaw! They communicated with the first shop and got the part repaired correctly and took care of filing the warranty paperwork with the original shop! We had one small issue not originally discovered before we went to pickup the car, but after letting Tom know, he stayed late to diagnose it for us and gave us a rental car to use while they fixed the additional problems discovered with the wheel bearing mishap! Highly recommend!

Everyone at Huelsman Automotive in Chickasaw are professional and welcoming. They are totally customer focused. They go above and beyond to meet your automotive needs. You feel like part of the family when they complete your repair. I recommend others to check them out.

The auto repair experience I thought was forever gone! I've never been there in person, but my cars have been there many times. My neighbor discovered them and has been driving my cars to Huelsman's when repairs are needed. The turn-around time is always within a day. They keep records on my cars and they know them as if they are their own. All I need to do is call, get my neighbor to drop off my car, and I call in payment.To me, Huelsman's is the neighborhood garage I've been looking for. I only wish they were actually in my neighborhood.
