Very knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are very reasonable. They always meet me with a smile, and put me at ease. I never have any worries when I take my vehicle to them. To me, it's worth the hour drive to have my vehicle serviced by Chickasaw Garage.

They are AMAZING!! Ted is the best! The whole crew from the girls at the desk to the guys they really care about service and what they do for their customers !! They all went up and beyond servicing my old Accord . :) They will be the only place I have service my vehicles. I had 3 trucks in for undercoating. I easily got an appointment that worked with my schedule. I had 2 trucks in one day (2020 Tacoma, 2010 Lariat) and 1 the very next day (2007 Triton) All of the trucks were done before expected. Personnel were professional, informative and very pleasant to speak with. Extremely pleased with the Quality of work. I definitely recommend and will definitely go back again.

Awesome People! They are super friendly and let me watch how they spray the corrosion free. I also happened to need my fuel filter changed so I asked them that day to do that also and they did it right there for me while it was up in the lift. Highly recommend this company. Also Joe is a great guy and knows what he is doing.

I/We had a tire issue that needed to be addressed. It wasn't "critical", but scheduling the install needed to fit around My work schedule and some medical issues that My Wife is getting over/past. Everything went perfect. I love the atmosphere at the Garage/Office. EXCELLENT Customer Service. Everyone cares. Everyone matters. Kudos to All. I/We will keep coming back.

They applied Corrosion Free Rust Proofing to our Jeep Patriot 2010. We have had one other auto undercoated here as well, our Jeep Wrangler 2020. The staff are second to none on their courtesy and scored a 10 on my scorecard for professionalism. Joe is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and is NOT afraid to share his knowledge. Marian provided excellent customer service, working with our tight schedule and fitting us in to have our second car completed before the weather turned too cool. I recommend this Garage to you highly! During your wait, you might walk down to Jean and John's Town Tavern for a great home cooked meal! The prices are low but the service and quality is high! This Chickasaw Garage is worth the travel too. We are from south of Dayton and travel 1.5 hours each way. We encourage you all to check out them out for service and rust proofing/undercoating of your cars and trucks

Brought my wife's Jeep in to be undercoated. They were more than accommodating working with my schedule. The application of product was excellent. Even though this was my first time there I felt like a cared for customer and not just a dollar sign.

I had my brand new 4 door Bronco rustproofed. It couldn't have been easier. They picked up my vehicle at work and dropped it back off a couple of hours later. I love the fact that their product is clear and doesn't leave a black oily mess over everything like some. They were great to deal with.

Customer service is obviously their priority. Renee is very helpful!. Thankful for this little gem that is willing and very able to take care of cars that others in this area can not. They service my Land Rover and Mercedes! I trust them, completely!
