This was the perfect dealership to take my son to for purchasing his new car. Dave walked us through the pros and cons of multiple cars in our price range, was not pushy at all, and really helped this to be an easy and stress-free process. I was able to put a deposit down, return the next day, and drive the car off the lot after less than 10 min of paperwork. Highly recommend and we will be back next time we are car shopping.

Walked in, test drove, bought it. Great car, smooth transaction, easy to deal with. Not pushy at all, gave me all the necessary information to buy what I actually needed, rather than simply trying to sell me what they wanted me to buy.

The purchase of my new car went smooth I got a great car at a great price the guys at new line worked with me to make sure I was able to get the deal done even though my time was limited I signed a few pieces of paper for the financing left them a deposit and had to get to work they got everything done for me while I went to work I got up the next day got a ride out to New line to finish the paperwork $ get the keys and pick up my new ride it took about 10 to 15 minutes and I got in my beautiful blue low miles 2015 Cadillac XTS and drove to work made it on time and let me tell you what a nice ride to work it wasnow I really wish I could take it with me on vacation to the islands in a couple weeks but that's damn near impossible not to mention very expensive so I'll just drive a rental and miss my caddy while I'm gone sitting on Sapphire Beach trying to figure out what to name herthanks guys I appreciate you

These guys went above and beyond what they had to do to get me financed through my same bank. Lots of nice care on the lot all look clean and have solid bodys. Very clean cars and suv's. Great customer service. I try to review the car after a couple months. 2014 nissan rogue 98000 miles

Test drove a car there , drove an hour to get there. Told the guy it had a slight pull and seemed to smoke more than usual, he immediately got cranky and didn't wanna talk so we went and bought a car elsewhere just on his attitude alone.

We had been searching for a 3rd car for our daughter. After visiting multiple big dealerships we still couldn t find the right fit and became frustrated with the process. We heard about New Line Motors so we stopped in. Very impressed with their inventory, options, quality of vehicles, and prices. Within 1 hour we had 3 different vehicles we were considering!! Best part was the process of buying a car through New Line. They handled everything including the financing. I would highly recommend their team!

I am absolutely happy with my shopping experience with New Line Motors. I bought my Renegade in January 2021. I wanted a 4x4 6-speed manual that was solid, and plus it was a Jeep! I test drove it and loved it immediately more than everything else I looked at prior. The buying experience was very easy and they worked with my credit to get a good loan.Once the snow went away and I could appreciate the car more, I noticed my front driver wheel looked odd. I contacted New Line Motors and asked them about past issues with the Jeep. It had repairs done in the past that were not done correctly. New Line Motors went out their way to make sure it was repaired and it has been driving like a NEW car ever since. I am impressed by this and I am going to enjoy my Jeep for many years to come.If you are buying a car from here, you see my 5 stars to add to the many hundreds here. Even though my Jeep had prior damage, it was made right and I have to honest there.

When my mom and I came in looking to buy a car, Dave was quick to help us out and show us what our best options were. The whole process went very smooth and I was very happy with the customer service here. When the mechanics found a need for new brakes Dave quickly ordered them for us and had them installed. Overall this was a great experience purchasing a car, and I would definitely recommend Dave and everyone else at New Line Motors to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Great place and would recommend. It was a 3 hour drive one way for me and I called ahead of time to check on the condition of the car. When I arrived, the car was by the door ready for me to look at. They were honest, efficient, and thorough with the purchase process. The car was in great shape just like they said.

Once again, this was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. They were efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see New Line Motors. I purchased 2018 Ford Transit 250 for my growing business and couldn t be happier!

Bought a 2011 Toyota Avalon, it was listed online as the "limited" trim option, which it wasn't, and I didn't realize until after I bought it. Because of this the KBB value online looked higher than it really was and it seemed I was getting a good deal after they took a good 700 off the listed price. I ended up paying on the higher end of the real KBB price for a vehicle that has been in a minor accident. This is my fault for not realizing it wasn't the "limited" trim sooner, but be aware of this. I will update my review once I take it to the shop if there are any large problems, but I'm still fairly happy with my purchase implying it doesn't need a ton of extra work done.

Recently went to Newline to look for a used car. I was a little nervous bec I had heard of some horror stories about car dealerships, but was pleasantly surprised. Owner was easy to talk to, did not pressure me at all. I was able to find a good car and was happy w my experience at Newline

We just bought a used minivan from New Line Motors and I am thoroughly disappointed in this business. The car was not cleaned nor detailed. I found an old dried up rotted apple under one of the seats after we drove it home. Furthermore, our back brake light does not work and has a faulty switch. This shows me that they didn t inspect nor clean this car prior to listing or selling it to us. They had an entire business day after we put money down and signed the papers to clean and inspect this car before we drove it off their lot the next day. That is what an ethical and good business would have done.

DAVE was very helpful. He answered all my questions involved in the process of buying a car. The service was good and worked with me and and got me into a very nice Reliable and affordable priced vehicle. They went above and beyond to make the whole experience very positive and would definitely come back.

When I decided to buy a used Cadillac, New Line Motors had the best value of anywhere in the country. I don't live anywhere close to Chesterland, so I did all the paperwork online with Dave, grabbed a flight and an Uber to the dealership, signed paperwork at their desk, and in less than 15 minutes I was on the road home.

Overall nice experience, they have great cars for right at the value of the cars worth. Good cars, for a hard to beat price. I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima and it runs great and is a beautiful car, so I definitely recommend.
