Hands down the best Mr Tire around!Every staff member was extremely nice. The quality of work was amazing and the pricing is fair. You have to trust the people who work on your cars that transport your families and this shop has earned mine and then some. 10/10 recommend for any services.

Desperately needed good tires at a good price. I am so glad I went to Mr Tire in Chesterland.They are the nicest, fairest, & most professional shop you will go to. I was able to get everything done in one place! Wheel alignment and oil change, too. I'm going to come back for brakes when I need them. Love this place!

Easy appointment, good fair price and great experience. Chris was really knowledgeable and they are very good. Will be moving all my service appointments here. As a side note- they were very busy the day I walked in to ask questions. They had some people call off and had a lot of people waiting and I watched Chris and the young lady at the front handle it the best they could. They had a lot of mean things said to them but they never showed their frustration. I was very impressed. Long story short, this office was very professional and they have good people there. Everyone needs a little grace these days.

Needed full tire replacement. They gave me a good rate on the tires I was able to afford. I came into their store with a newborn and 1 year old and they were very caring and friendly. 10/10!

Great service. Staff led by Nick and McKenzie were absolutely fantastic. Nick ensured my insurance company was provided all the necessary details to repair all associated covered parts to provide me with an efficient, quick, and least expensive trip. Highly recommend and will be back again!

I made a phone call in the morning to see how much it would be to remove the wheel lock on my car since I had lost the key. It was imperative that the lock be removed due to a wheel bearing that I desperately needed to replace. Nick was able to squeeze me in for an appointment same-day, within just a couple of hours! Very friendly environment, professional atmosphere, and outstanding customer service from everyone. I was able to replace my wheel bearing and get safely back on the road because of these guys, I would recommend Mr. Tire in Chesterland to anyone needing maintenance on their vehicle! :)

Nick and his team did a fantastic job resolving a potentially dangerous situation on my personal vehicle. The matter was handled professionally and quickly, and I was given pictures of the issues as the repairs occurred. Could not be happier.

Had a muffler system installed a year ago on my Toyota. The muffler system had a 2 year warranty. System went bad in 1 year Mr Tire from Chesterland wanted to cut and weld my mufflers together instead of replacing them with warranted parts. I thought i was at a back yard mechanic place.. They said they don't have the parts in stock and don't know when they'll be in stock. I contacted the manufacturer of my mufflers said all they just need to order my mufflers they would replace free of charge my mufflers. Since the invoice is in their name i cannot do anything.my mufflers to have them replaced the invoice is in Mr Tire name.. i contacted mr Tire corporate they are of no help. They too said they don't have the the parts don't know when they'll have any.. I've been driving around for 1 month with a loud muffler. If you ever get any work done by them buy you own parts. At least you can get the part replaced with you as owner of invoice of parts. The Chesterland Mr Tire is really stupid. They don't know how to submit a warranty for parts. So if you want to be screwed over go to Chesterland Mr Tire. I guess when your a woman over 60 you don't know what your talking about. I do know when something is under warranty a manufacturer will replace it unless you let Mr Tire buy the parts.Dont let mr tire buy your parts!!! You'll be sorry.now i m going to have to pay again to have my exhaust repaired but with another place. I need to get an e-check soon so i have to get it fixed before I get that done. I wish I could give a them 0 rating. Stay away from Chesterland Mr Tire money out the window

Insanely helpful with explaining everything unlike most other places. Friendliest experience Ive ever had while trying to work out a car problem. Would definitely recommend they went above and beyond!

Wanted a hole patched in my tire. Had an appointment at 3:30 didn t get my car back until 6:45 and said they couldn t repair it and instead to buy a new tire. Won t ever get services done there again. Who the hell takes 3 hours to tell someone they can t do the repair?! Garbage service, with incompetent men (surprising).

I was grateful that they could fit me in on short notice for a wheel rebalance. The car was in the bay within 15 minutes, but it took OVER 90 minutes to do a 4 wheel balance, and then forgot to put my lug key back - Absolutely unacceptable. You guys probably lost money on this job. You certainly didn't gain a repeat customer. Please address this

Mr. Tire always takes good care of my car and never tries to sell unneeded services. Thanks!Jan 2024: The manager for whom I wrote this review left not long after I posted it. The subsequent manager was an absolute charlatan. I am 90% convinced that he was sabotaging my car every time I brought it in. The final straw was when I asked for an oil change and they ended up cracking the motor In my vehicle and they had to replace the entire engine. The engine that they replaced it with was absolute garbage and I am still trying to get it fixed well over a year later. I had to file an insurance claim through their corporate office and it s still not finished. I have been a Mr. Tire customer since 2001 and this experience made me say never again . Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT GO HERE Horrible customer service. charged me for a service they did not do, Wheel alignment. Did not communicate why they did not do the service before I was charged. Did not provide a balance sheet on the car. They also forgot to complete the 4 wheel tire balance I requested. They said that my struts were bad and that is why the wheel balance was not done and that was after they charged me for the wheel balance. Struts were replace 2 year ago. They are just trying to upcharge for more service. Other people have had this problem with this place in the google reviews.

I needed so many sets of tires on my mini van (changing them ~every 2 years) because this location was not aligning my vehicle properly. They told me it was because there was a defective part on my vehicle that could not be changed/adjusted. In addition, when my vehicle hit 100,000 miles, I was given a list of services I needed including a tune-up. A tune-up is not done on a preventative basis. Also, I found out they do not update the maintenance registry of the vehicle like the current vendor I am using does. Hence, when you take your vehicle to another company, they cannot see the maintenance performed. I would stay away from this location.

Kelsie was very professional, pleasant and helpful. She said she usually works at the Chesterland location, but I was glad she was at the location I went to at 4311 Mayfield. Not only myself, but there was another customer there that had the same experience and said how awesome Kelsie was, she said she was a Godsend! Before I left I had to give her a hug! Thanks again Kelsie

Having worked for this company, I can tell you all that they lie and don t perform the work they say they do. They also steal wages from their workers, like it s nothing. I was supposed to start at 18.50/hr, they had me at 18 and thought I wouldn t notice. They transferred me to another location for three weeks, two of those weeks were a different schedule than I was working, so they never paid me for the correct amount of time I worked for both of those weeks. When I tried to tell my previous manager, Leigh Anne Berkeley, she said she didn t feel safe with me in the store, even though I had done nothing and had no intention of doing anything. The regional manager blocked my phone when I tried to call him, and they banned me from entering the stores by calling the cops. I wish I was making this up people, but Monro Inc, at least in Northeast Ohio, doesn t care about its customers, or it s workers, they just care about making money for Bob Anderson, the Regional Manager.

The staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! I'm grateful that they were able to quickly fix up my car and help me in a pinch. I will definitely come back here for future services even though it's out of my way

One star is overrated. Way to much to explain. The worst managed place ever. Used to be one of the best when Ray ran the place. This place sucks. Four new tires been back 3 times still have a flat everyday.

Got me in right away for an oil change. Very reasonable prices and they don't try to upsell which is great. Luke was very professional and knowledgeable. He also fixed my cabin air filter at my own request without any appointment. Great job. Will be back.

Friendly staff and super helpful. I was overdue for an oil change and Luke was very accommodating to the last minute call. I called to see if they had any openings tomorrow and after looking for a minute Luke said if I can come now he can squeeze me in. Got there within 5 minutes and oil change and out the door in 15. Luke was still able to give me a thorough inspection with a few recommendations. Definitely will be going back.

The assistant manager Kelsie saved the day with her perfect customer service & great work ethic. Her attitude was very refreshing in todays world.
