As someone who pays attention to these details, King's has quickly created a brand around excellence in the community. These guys are expedient, skilled, and run a very tidy shop; both cleanly and organized in their process. They're a family & female friendly shop, which is not a given in this industry. Frank, Todd and the crew got us back on the road same-day. I always enjoy chatting with them as well. Kudos lads!

I had a great first time experience here, I live in Chester and never thought to come here.Always looked so busy I thought I'd have to wait for days for my car. Not true I had it back same day; The owner is very efficient and very friendly, upfront and non-pressure.His price was very reasonable, less than the dealership for sure, and he has a positive attitude. I highly recommend Kings Auto for any domestic or foreign vehicle.

I cannot say enough about Frank. He is the most knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, helpful mechanic in the area if not the state. I am from a 5 car family and without a doubt he (and his employees) keep all of us running. Honest and fair.

Frank and team are amazing. They took care of us with uncoating both our cars for this winter. Frank is great with communication keeping us in the loop for scheduling and calling when the cars were done. Won't go anywhere else!

I ve been to King s twice now, first for brake pads and rotors. They gave me good quality pads and rotors and noticed my tires need rotated so they also did that while my car was jacked up. Today I went in to balance my tires and the owner/manager I m assuming(I forgot to get his name) took me back to show me why he couldn t balance my tires due to the wear and tear so that instead I needed new tires not a balance. Im really thankful he physically showed me the problem and gave a good explanation, I ve been taken advantage of at other shops so this meant a lot to me! He was very kind from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left! Fair pricing, quick service and honest work! There are plenty of other shops closer to my house that I could go to, but I would much rather drive a bit further to come and get service at King s. Wonderful experience, thank you so much!! Looking forward to calling for the appointment for my new tires!

By far the BEST mechanic I ve ever been to. Frank is the most wonderful man, amazing with diagnosing car problems and has a HUGE heart. I will never take my car anywhere else and I 100% recommend everyone comes to Kings auto. Completely trustworthy and reliable.

Frank (the owner) is the best! Honest, fair, and direct. He explains everything in detail and doesn't take advantage of people. We only take our vehicles to King's.I've taken vehicles to Frank for many years now. This place is a gem with the best service in town. I had a battery issue on the way to work. Battery was on it's way out so it needed to be replaced. I stopped in thinking it would be a project for later in the week. Nope! Frank took me right in and got it done in under 45 minutes. That's the type service that all those in any service industry should aspire to recreate. Huge thanks to Frank for saving the day.

Was in a bind getting my Porsche Boxster ready after the long winter. Had a serious leak, or so I thought. King Auto came highly recommended from a local VW/Porsche mechanic I respect but he was slammed. Frank and team sorted through the car and found issue to merely be an overflow valve vs a new water pump as I suspected. I am so impressed with Frank and team, first class operation that I will recommend whenever the conversations kick up! Bruce F., Geneva, OH

If you have a significant repair and may involve insurance, do NOT involve this shop. They agreed to have my car towed there, took three weeks to get an estimate, then turned around and refused to complete the repair. Of course, I m now at the end of my rental and it s at another shop and the rental has become out-of-pocket.

I m not one to leave reviews but Kings is worthy of it! Frank helped me out with a car problem that arose out of no where. He had me come in 10 minutes before close and stayed late to complete the repair as well as talked me through everything. Just overall great service from a friendly and genuine staff!
