I purchased a bed cover for my Tundra, but ran into problems installing it myself. Fastlane installed it in less than an hour. Fantastic and kind customer service. Highly recommended!

Had a Bull Bar added to my 2023 Ford Bronco today. I live 45 minutes away from this company but went because I was referred. The Bull Bar looks great.. but the work was incomplete! They left my lights UNPLUGGED. Drove around for the entire rest of the the day without lights and ended up getting pulled over for not having my lights on! I had to go back to Ford to get them plugged back in! When I spoke with FastLane they had nothing to say besides I should have drove it back to them.. I HAD NO LIGHTS, everything should have been FINISHED when I left the shop. Very upsetting.

These guys are great. I attempted to install my own light wiring kit in my Honda and just couldn't get it to work. I made an appointment to have an experienced eye look at it and diagnose the problem. Their reviews were very good so thats why I picked them.They agreed to take a look and it took them all of 10min to fix the problem. They even did it for free because it was so fast. I would recommend them to anyone and I'll definitely be going back for future work. Thanks guys!

Great place to buy accessories for your truck. I purchased a bed cap and ladder rack for my 2016 ram and had them tint the windows while they had the truck. Staff was very professional and the install went smooth. Staff was very helpful when I was deciding on the bed cap and ladder rack. I was so happy with the bed cap I came back layer to buy lug nuts for the new rims I bought for the truck. The staff knew the exact lug nuts to get for the truck. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to customize their trucks. They are the only place I know of on the east side.

I have had nothing but good experience with this place. They do great work, and have the best prices around. They have all brand name parts and still are somewhat comparable to online. We are lucky to have a local shop that does customization. I would highly recommend Fastlane for any of you auto accessories!

Set an appointment based on car dealership recommendation. Showed up at 10am when they are supposed to open and no-one was there, shop is dark, called the number left a message. After waiting 15-20 minutes I left and a half hour after my scheduled appointment I received a call. On the call Zack became profane and agitated that I did not wait for him to show up to work, he called me a princess who thought I was so special, and criticized my vehicle, "you are such a big man in you minivan". It was the most low class, lowest common denominator interaction I have had with anyone who was not completely drunk. I guess Fastlane thinks showing up late and cursing out customers is a good business model, but if you are a self respecting consumer I would steer FAR away from this garbage fire.....

Absolutely horrible horrible service. Dropped my boyfriends car off in the early morning & got a call at 5-6pm that they ran out of the tint and that we'll have to come back to get the rest of the car finish? Not only did they not finish but they didn't even correctly put the right percent tint & tried saying it was 5% when you could clearly still see through the windows & it was definitely 20%. I would highly recommend solar solutions in mentor considering I dropped my car off at 830am and the car was completely finished by 10am. I would highly recommend staying away from fast lane.

Absolutely horrible. I just had my tint done here a week ago and first they made a bad cut on the back window. Okay no big deal. I go back to get it fixed and add a bottom strip. I wait more then two hours and in the mean time the owner says it will only take 10 more minutes...well that turned into 45 minutes. About a week later the same window makes a ear screeching noise when being rolled down . Keep in mind I did not bring it in with this problem and it already had limousine tint on that same window for 5 months prior. Mike the owner tells me that this just happens on some cars and there is nothing they can do. Also that the weather seal can crack, ok I get that to. I own a 2012 Chrysler that none of this happend to before his staff touched my vehicle for the second time. You would think that a returning customer would get good service. Also you would think for someone who "specializes " in tint they would know the difference between limousine tint and something lighter. Well not here because my top and bottom window strips are two completely different percentages. If your looking to have someone screw up your new car before you do, you've came to the right place. Now my dog cowards down when the window rolls down and guest ask whats wrong with the new car. Needless to say this is my SECOND vehicle iv brought to them and they truly shocked me with this horrendous treatment. He is well aware he lost two good paying customers and nothing was done.

I've been modifying my cars/trucks for 16 years now and anyone else in this hobby knows how difficult it is to find a good shop. I am very picky, VERY picky... And this shop has great cust service, quality workmanship and great price's. Thats very hard to find these days! Even harder when your OCD about your truck! Lol, two thumbs up!!!

Unfortunately had a bad experience with fastlane trucking. Was referred here from a friend so hopefully it was a unique situation. Purchased a truck cap from fastlane and it showed up late and damaged. Wasn t informed of the damage, I found it myself the next day. Then discovered a week later my brake light was out due to their installation work. Also there was a bolt missing from my bed that holds the light assembly in place. I was given money off the cap from leer (less than %10 of the price of the cap), but received nothing from fastlane.
