Took my Toyota truck In for a oil change and general look over. Recommend the fluids all be changed. I agreed and ready to go for another 50000 miles . When dealing with Emily And Kelly I was made comfortable they knew cars inside ad out. I then brought them another Car which is very hard to work on . No one wanted to touch it. Kelly say bring it on down we get it down . And they did Thanks to Dons Cars

first of all. the young lady who took my call and processed my payment was sincere and and had a sweet demeanor. Service was quicker than expected w no far waiting period. A big plus! The technician that handled the service was polite. i will be back for future services on my Lexus.

I had dealt with DONS before the ownership change. Was always a great experience. So I was worried when I found out it sold. I was really impressed with the new team! Got my car in. Got an oil change. They checked a rattle I had and I was unsure what it was they secured the loose heat shield for free! When I got in the car there was a nice little bag of candy as a thanks for the business. Across the board a great experience. Really happy to see this place continuing and I plan to be a loyal customer.

Have always been helpful cheerful and supportive. So glad these new owners took over!! Amazing pics sent of what damage they found on my vehicle before I spent money on repairs. I have had great experiences so far with the new owners. Best way I could put it is that I ve had a couple weird problems, and they worked hard to find them/eliminate what it wasn t, and only charged a very low inspection fee. I feel other places would have charged for a repair where none was fully necessary. Thank you for being honest and hard working. Also the communication is great!

Just got my new tires. The price was great and the service was too. .Such a good experience. I didn t wait long, and Emily in the office was so personable.I absolutely recommend Dons Cars to everyone in this area.

They always do a great job on my car. This time I needed a new sensor and they had it replaced quickly at a reasonable price and even gave me a bag of candy as a thank you. I m a very happy customer.

First time since it changed ownership and I couldn't be happier! Emily, the service coordinator is a gem! My car is now running smooth! From the first phone call until the time I picked up my car, service was amazing. It ended up being a smaller job than expected. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Honest and reasonably priced. Don did good in selling to these folks.

My first time going to Dons C.A.R.S. since it changed hands. I was a little uncertain if the service and quality might not be the caliber that I had always gotten there.I was given excellent customer service and professional car care from the new owner, they went above expectations, and I will continue to come to Dons C.A.R.S for all my auto repairs. Great communication regarding my car's diagnosis, replacement part options, and repair status. The addition of an online status page has further improved the overall experience. I m happy to say I have the same high level of trust in the staff as I did prior to the change of ownership, and I m a fan of the additional means of communication.

I was so pleased with the service I received. From the initial reception by Emily to the level of expertise by the mechanics, the experience was exceptional. The problem was diagnosed and corrected within a timely manner and I was kept informed of the progress.I was skeptical as this business is under new ownership and I had only dealt with the previous owner, Don. I was not disappointed and will return for future repairs as needed.

I couldn t have had a more positive experience dealing with an auto repair company. My 2015 Caravan feels and drives like it did when I first got it new from the dealer. Pricing was exceptionally fair and follow up has be above and beyond. The team there was great to deal with and easy to deal with. Will be recommending them to everyone I know.

A truly good experience.Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Quick and efficient service.Good prices.It had a FAMILY feel.I will be bringing any future needs or repairs to them.I hope that all the stockings that Y'ALL hung will be filled and the little stocking left in my car was a truly nice touch.

I was pretty devastated when my repair shop shut down so I gave Don's a try. I'm so glad I did. They were super quick, worked with my warranty, and now my car is all set and back on the road.

I have been a customer of Don's Cars for decades. With Don's recent retirement it is reassuring that all of the local charm, concern for the customer and level of expertise and service remain. Technology is a more apparent tool now. Handwritten receipts have been replaced by computer itemized printouts, texted links remind me of appointments and share the vehicle inspection checklist. But, as always, the tools are used to make the customer experience better. I had my tires replaced. The price was fair, the alignment perfect and the follow up guarantee better than I would have expected. I enthusiastically recommend Don's Cars for any car repair.

Had a 2012 Kia in for oil change and tire rotation done quickly at a good price. They also did an inspection of other items on the car. Very good communication and professional.We had a 2013 Hyundai in to have the MDPS flex coupler replaced and a tire rotation. They found that the rear brakes were completely toast. They were able to get the car back in the next day for that. This was great because my daughter was only in town for a few days. The work needed to be done before she left. They are friendly, professional and accommodating all rounded into one.

I moved to the area from out of state and was looking for someone to service my vehicles. The process from booking an appointment to the service was smooth and efficient. Moreover, there was no attempt to up sell unnecessary services as is frequently the case with dealerships and other repair shops. I'll come back next time I need work on one of my vehicles.

Needed a New headlight on a subaru which subaru s do not make quick or easy. Don s did a great job. When i left i forgot my purse. They called me quickly to let me know. Nice to find honesty!!! And good work

I had my SUV serviced at Don s a few weeks ago. I m very pleased with the customer service team Emily & Tom are Very Professional! I met the new owner Jason Aquila, Very Nice Man! I Greatly trusted the previous owner Don Horvath. Don spoke highly of Jason & added that his (2) mechanics were staying on board. I was pleased to hear this & reassured of continued Great service. I felt the cost of my repairs was reasonable & fair. My SUV is running PERFECT! Don s will continue to be my go to place for repairs. Thank you all for making me SO H PPY & May GOD BLESS ALL! I got a flat tire the other night on my brand new truck with 2,000 miles on it. Not only did they have it fixed for me less than 24 hours later, but when I picked the truck up they had the spare put back and they cleaned up my mess in the back seat. I had the jack and all the components just thrown all over the floor because it was a long night and I was upset. And they put all the parts back together and tucked it back under the seat the way it was when I drove it off the lot. That small little gesture was just one less thing I had to do and was so appreciated.
