Great place and has awesome customer service! The turnaround time for my truck was sooner than expected and it turned out great! The communication from the Service Adviser, Melissa, is great and she keeps you posted throughout the repair cycle. Definitely will recommend them! Great work Team!

I ve had to send my car here twice for repairs and they ve made it a breeze each time! They update you via call or text and keep you in the loop and give you back your car in perfect shape and shiny squeaky clean!! Missy is always a pleasure to work with!

Was very satisfied with Caliber in Chesterland Ohio. Worked with me every step of the way and made sure to get my car done as soon as possible since I was paying out of pocket for car rental. It's great they have a partnership with Enterprise in Chardon because they were able to arrange a ride for me to their lot to pick up my rental. Also was able to leave my rental at the shop when my car was complete. Very convenient. Also the work on my car was very well done. Looked like it had never been in an accident. I highly recommend this shop!

I couldn't have been happier with Caliber Collision. It started with the first contact to the picking up of my car. They were extremely professional, friendly, informing as well as fixing my vehicle after my fender bender. Their estimates were very reasonable while doing great work. I received daily updates when they started working on my car and called the minute my car was completed. Overall I am thrilled with their work and the work they did on my car. I'll be bringing my car back in January for round two.

The process took longer than I expected but the results look great. You can t tell what happened in my minor incident because it all looks new again. In my opinion, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, especially "Missy/Melissa". When I first picked up my car that they "repaired" after a pretty serious accident, the people here had me fooled. They seemed nice and professional. Then, a week later I began having issues with the repairs that were made, specifically with the alignment and a very loud clunking sound under the hood. I returned to the Caliber immediately and they told me they couldn't address the issue because "that's not what we do here"(???). They said they'd take a look at it and if if was a "quick fix" they'd handle it, but if it was something that required time and effort to remedy, they didn't want to do it. So they took the car back, said they adjusted a bolt, and it would be fine. A few weeks later, same issue (a clunking sound under the hood). I took it back again (my mistake), same process. It was okay for a week, then clunking again. Not wanting to return again to Caliber, I took the car to two other mechanics who were shocked at what a terrible job they did. It turned out (according to not one, but two separate mechanics) that Caliber had replaced my strut with a crummy used one that was falling apart, and messed up the alignment (swinging left). When I spoke to Missy/Melissa (?) she was EXTREMELY rude and refused to give me contact info for her general manager, then hung up on me. They do a great job of hiding a lot of major issues here with fake smiles. DO NOT choose this repair shop if you were in an accident. They will only make the process that much more difficult.

Accidents happen and are never convenient. But what is really important is who you work with to fix the problem. Caliber Collision in Chesterland is outstanding! The repair team does a phenomenal job and its customer service team is responsive and informative. They truly ease the pain of resolving an accident.

Charged me for gas because a full tank was needed to perform a factory spec test drive, left scratches on interior plastic trims and more than likely chipped paint on my driver side door. It s never a shops fault after you pay though..Pretty disappointed, the folks here are ok but it s just a run and gun operation looking to get you out the door.

Caliber Collision was incredible to work with! Missy was exceptional in regard to all repairs, communication, updates, and ensuring my Kia Sportage was completed in a timely manner! Missy originally said my car wouldn t possibly be completed until the end of January because of a part that wouldn t come in until then, but she definitely went above and beyond to ensure that that part came in earlier than expected and my car was finished January 4th, 2024! When I went to pick up my vehicle, it looked brand new! Caliber even cleaned the interior of my vehicle !! I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any of your auto repairs!!! If I could give them a 10 star review, I would!! Thank you so much Caliber Collision!!!!

Brought my car in for repairs through insurance. Everything was seamless, car took a bit longer than estimated but mostly because they found more damage than was initially suspected. I was able to return my rental car directly to the shop and my car was perfect and clean on pickup. They worked well with my insurance even though they weren t one of the preferred insurance providers.

My insurance company recommended them and they were great. Melissa kept me informed during the whole process so I knew when to expect my vehicle. I received my vehicle back sooner than I expected! I also was able to leave my rental car with them rather than having to drive it back to the rental car place. Very friendly, professional and I would highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely terrible, unorganized and ineffective front office here. In spite of multiple calls to the insurance company, which confirmed again and again they had approved payment for work to be done by Caliber, Caliber's office team couldn't find the approval order.They did nothing to resolve the process. Weeks of delay and stupidity. It took just 30 minutes to move to another repair shop that got the insurance approval and scheduled the work.

Took my car here after a limb fell on it during a storm. Missy had my case and was great to work with and all the employees there were friendly. Good communication with updates. They did a great job fixing my car after I backed into a rock. Missy was absolutely great! They send you text messages updating you on the progress. Missy answered my text questions really fast and was so nice. Would definitely recommend!

Took my daughters car here for repair after her car was hit. They made quick work to get me an estimate. Once a claim was filed they made quick work of repairing the vehicle. Sent updates to me and got the vehicle back to be well before the estimated return date. They are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Got a preliminary estimate for about $2K. When I gave a personal check (not through insurance) Caliber deposited that check and then issued me another estimate, this time for $4K, double the initial estimate. I called to inquire. I was told that snow and "grime" prevented the estimator from fully assessing the damage at the time of the first estimate. I indicated I needed to get another quote. She got very rude and actually hung up on me. I took the car somewhere else - estimate for all repairs is $1,400.I have never posted a review on Google, but felt it important. I've never had such a bad experience. If I could give a 0/5 I would. In addition to being treated horribly by a really nasty person, the whole thing seems quite suspicious. Be careful...

I am very happy with my experience at Caliber Collision in Chesterland. Melissa provided consistent updates over text message (almost every other day). She worked directly with my insurance company and my rental car company to move the repairs along and even went the extra mile by ordering a rear alignment test on my behalf. I was also pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and it looked brand new! They must have had it thoroughly cleaned/detailed before I picked it up.I hope that I don't ever need collision repairs again but if I do, I will be taking my car back to this location.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision in Chesterland, OH is fantastic!! They are very professional & nice folks to work with. When my car was damaged, they worked with me to drop off the car, communicated with my insurance company promptly, gave me regular updates on progress of the repairs AND best of all my car was ready ahead of schedule!! I recommend them 11/10!! Honestly, my car looked better inside and out than when I dropped it off to them. I used them to repair my car when I was hit by a drunk driver in Oct 2022. Due to all the shipping issues (and it's a Kia) they had to wait for parts. Almost seven months later and I got it back. Looks as good as new. Missy kept me updated all along. She helped make it a smooth process.
