The short, stumpy, dark haired man at the service center desk is extremely rude. He shouldn t be in any position that speaks to customers. The service here is unprofessional and overpriced. The cost for diagnostics is $199.99, which is extremely expensive compared to other nearby shops. Actual service is going to cost way more than that. Skip this place and go to a more reputable company, like Hoffman Auto Repair.

Update: still no title to get our tags. At this point let me just bring it back.Sales guy was super nice.. but that's to be expected when one works in sales. No kudos there. Purchased a used vehicle. We also purchased new tires to be put on when they completed the oil change and do a vehicle check as it had just arrived as a trade in. They said the next day we could pick it up.. next day came and it wasnt ready. We were leaving for vacation the following day they said they would do it first thing in the morning so we could pick it up prior to us departing the state. No word, so we drive there and it's not even in the shop yet, there's 5 cars ahead of us so we say okay we'll pick it up when we get back. 4 days into Vaca they text and say it's ready. We say great we'll get it 3 days from then (when we get back home). We get home and go straight to pick it up. They didn't put the tires on. Two days later no word so we go up there again and wait there while they put the tires on. A month later didn't get the title to get the tags. Call and they have to research. Theu never sent the documents to the finance company. At this point we've purchased another vehicle for our daughter from another dealership (attempting to buy this vehicle from here but didnt get a call back so we went up there and they told us theyd call us the next day when they check in the new trade ins that came in over the weekend..but we never heard back which looking back was probablya blessing). So they have to run a credit check again to reapply for the loan and here we are still waiting for the title for the tags.

Good afternoon! I just wanted to update everyone on my Jeff Wyler experience, I was greatly impressed with them. I received another coupon for my Oil Change and they did honor it! Yippee. The service was outstanding as they showed appreciation for my business and interest in my prior concern. I am back in like with them ( well always will go to them) but no miss understanding, all resolved. Thank you Jeff Wyler. Ps my service advisor this time around was awesome He Rocks

Preface: I really do not like giving negative reviews, or leaving detailed reviews. This needed to be shared though as it was truly that bad of an experience.Terrible service. Went in on a Friday for an oil change, went back about ten minutes later because the check engine light came on. They also forgot to give me back the wheel lock key. Issue was quickly fixed, but come Sunday (the first time I drove since that Friday) the car was running rough and the check engine light was back on. I take it back on Monday, the day I'm supposed to leave for school, and they fix the issue within 4-5 hours stating it was the mass airflow sensor. $720.00 expense for an issue that was non existent the previous Friday and for a car with 24.5k miles and just out of warranty. But it gets better! I finally get on the road and about half an hour from home and I'm on the freeway and something bangs under the hood and the check engine light once more comes on. Livid. Tried calling the dealership, left on hold endlessly and unable to get ahold of anyone in any department. No followup for the messages left, no guidance, just left completely in the dust. I had previously had decent experiences with Jeff Wyler, but this experience has painted them in a different light. I recommend taking your car elsewhere for service or repair. The mass airflow sensor going bad at the same time as an oil change may be a coincidence, but the failure of being able to contact anyone at the dealership during normal business hours is genuinely infuriating.Service: Auto maintenance

The staff was very attentive to my concerns. They explained everything in detail. They treated me with respect. They did my repairs in a timely manner. I use their services, because it s always guaranteed and I know they will back up their work even if it ends up costing them. They never made me feel like I was being taken advantage . I have complete faith in the staff and the service. We are all human and we all make mistakes but I have experienced with patience even on my side they will work hard to rectify any repair issues I have. I bought my car here , which was a pleasant experience especially knowing how far buying can be a headache sometimes, but not here. I will buy my next car here as well.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I really wish I had read the reviews before I took my vehicle. The representative I gave my issue to spelled and took down my name incorrectly which should have been my 1st indication this will be a bad experience. So I spent over $300 dollars to have them look into an issue I already knew but Ben treated me like I was just blowing smoke. I advised them that the Blower Motor, Resistor and Connector had already been checked and/or replaced at Firestone and after the replacement it didn t work still. Firestone informed me it was a grounding issue, I took it to Jeff Wyler whom completely ignored what I was telling them needed to be checked. Although they didn t check what I asked I was still charged me and never determined where the grounding issue was. Fast forward to having the Blower Motor, Resistor and Connector replaced and not to my surprise the blower still doesn t work. DO NOT get your service done here it is not worth the hassle. I Almost forgot to mention I had to go back the next day because they just left a part to my car on my floor. Seems like I paid for inconvenience instead of service.

I bought my 2021 Chevy Blazer new from Jeff Wyler on March 21, 2021. A couple months later I went to try the AC and it was only blowing warm air. I immediately reached out to my salesperson and he suggested trying Auto and it should work. It did not and I let him know a couple weeks later; at that time he said to call Service and they will take care of you. I made an appointment and took it into Jeff Wyler Service on May 24th and was told they had to order the part and they would call me on that Thursday to get me in on that Friday, May 28th. You guessed it, no phone call, so I called parts to verify the part was there and they guy advised it had come in on Thursday. I had told both the service gentleman and my salesperson that I was leaving to go out of town the following week, so getting it done quickly was appreciated. When I text on Friday the 28th after calling and being on hold for over ten minutes with no answer, I did not get a reply back until Wednesday June 2nd the day before I was to leave for my out of town trip. I expressed my disappointment to both service and my salesperson, their replies were less then what a new customer should receive; Service told me to just let them know when I could bring it (which it was already suppose to be scheduled and done by this point) and sales said it is a new car you can take it to any Chevy dealer to get it fix with it being new and under warranty. I was shocked and felt like it was we got your business now we are done with you.I was however blessed that I did not go with leasing as I cannot imagine how awful it would be to get any service from them if this is how they treat brand new customers. I will save you the back and forth after that but no above and beyond was given to me to try and rectify this service. At one point the service manager called me and told me that my car would be ready for pick up in the morning they had it all done........hmmmm funny my car was sitting at my house so that can't be right. And when I did take it in today to be serviced I asked for a courtesy car as it would be a few hours to get it fixed and I work thirds and wanted to come home to sleep. Not sales or service was able to provide that for me and I was driven home in the shuttle. When I went to pick up my car, there was no apology for how this was handled or that this is not their normal or even a mention of a free oil change or detail of the car, NOTHING. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this experience and I would advise anyone not to do business with Jeff Wyler Chevrolet. The one positive is it is fixed now and I will not be going back there.Service: Air conditioning

Dropped off our vehicle to have recalls and was promised it would be done by Friday (3 full business days later). Never received a call and when I called no one could tell me what was going on. A week after we dropped it off WE called again to find out the recalls are still not complete. Horrible service and will NEVER take another vehicle back there. Honestly they deserve no stars. One state rating is much too high for this horrible service dept

Used car was dirty when I bought it. Brake dust on the hubcaps, white paint or something on the hood, Coke or soda on the seats, French fries in the backseat, some carpet hanging down in the trunk. And one of my fog lights was out which they DID replace for free. Then I drive it about 4000 miles from May to October and my car stopped completely at a light, wouldn t turn on. So I paid $392 for a new solendoid valve on a used car I had only bought months ago and put not many miles on. Then I bring it in for an oil change and they didn t fill up my wiper fluid all the way so I had them come back out and do that. And then I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation and my car was making a rattle sound after that it was NOT previously making. I just drove it home, whatever, and had surgery and didn t drive it for most of December and almost all of January. I drove it probably 3-4 times in February, just a few miles, so the rattle started to bother me. I checked my lugnuts and they were COMPLETELY STRIPPED AND ONE WAS ALL THE WAY LOOSE. I am beyond upset. This is rediculous. This is their fault. I have been nothing but dissatisfied with Jeff Wyler. Now they re telling me my car is dangerous due to the loose lug nuts which don t TIGHTEN BY THE WAY, yes I used my torque. They better fix this for free. I am not going to walk away having paid for this and I am serious. I will talk to David Wyler and his daddy himself, I do not care, this has been the most frustrating and irritating experience of my entire life.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Oil change

Disappointed with service after the sale. I bought a 60k truck 4 months and it won't start in the cold. Jeff Wyler says I should wait 3 weeks before they have an appointment available. I have a worthless truck if it won't start 4 months out of the year. A block heater cord for a diesel truck in ohio should be one of the 973 things they inspect, guess its not. Guess I'm not a priority after the sale and that warranty I "needed" when I bought the truck doesn't matter when I'm stuck at home.

Purchased a 2013 Kia optima in 2020 from the used car side of the dealership and also purchased a warranty for an extra 2000 dollars on top of the $6000 down cash however anytime I bring my car in I always have issues with the service department in regardless to my warranty please be aware of this company and how they treat there customers after you ve purchased a car whether it s brand new or used I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy !!!Service: Brake service & repair

Salesman was super nice and helpful. Just watch for hidden costs and fees that were never explained. Detailing of the car was horrible and I paid for an interior protection that I am convinced was never applied. Would NOT recommend!

Trying to get service on your vehicle is a waste of time, even though I have 3 services paid for under the "Wyler Care" it was also a waste of money spent.Only positive thing I can say, the salesman was spot and went the extra mile and out of his way to earn my business "Marvin Lee Carrel Jr" if you are looking to buy a vehicle make sure you see him!
