Arrived at 5PM and their hours list closing is 6PM. The vehicle in front of me pulled in and one of the technicians comes out to say that s their last service of the day. I left work early to go this convenient option. It would be helpful for them to clearly state when they stop accepting customers.

This was crazy. Pull in to get oil changed on my truck and the refused to do it. First it was your truck don't fit in our bay,but itsbeen in there before. Then it was we have a bad floor and can't get you in.

I like going to Quickchange in Chardon. I always get friendly, knowledgeable service technicians. Plus, they always walk me through the steps to reset the setting for oil change, etc.. on my dash!!!!

Very thorough. Much more than just an oil change. They checked and topped off all fluids, set all tires to the correct pressure and checked all lights,turn signal,etc. Clean and courteous. Didn't have to wait 2 hours like at the dealership.

Well! I could have waited 3-4 weeks for the dealership to fit me in for an oil change that would have taken an hour to do (as it always does) OR I could do what I did which was try out Quickchange! I am SO glad I gave them a chance. I found professional and personable guys, a unique experience (you can watch them and talk to them while they are under your car!), reasonable prices (similar to anywhere else), and FAST service! I had to have been out of there in 10 min but, honestly, I was enjoying talking to the guys and watching what was happening so I can t say for sure how many minutes but it wasn t long! Try them out- you won t regret it!Service: Oil change

Very professional and friendly. Did the oil change quickly. Let me know when I need things replaced without being pushy. Prices are very reasonable. All around great experience. Been going there for several years with several different vehicles.

I visited the Chardon location today and it was the most unprofessional, shocking experience I ve ever had. There were little kids (employee s children) playing near the bay opening. It was a dangerous situation and I was shocked it was allowed. Then one tech was on a personal phone call during my visit with a furniture company, screaming profanities and threatening the person on the other end of the phone about a furniture delivery. After that, the other technician said he couldn t get a part off of my vehicle and yelled a profanity while he threw his tools against the wall. I was very uncomfortable and will never be visiting this location ever again. Extremely terrible service.Service: Oil change

Was in a pinch for time, and could not spare three hours for oil change at Preston. These guys were done in about eight minutes. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Yes it cost more, but the time I saved more than made up for it. Great location, easy to find.

I got an oil change in Columbus at a different company. I got a leak the next day after driving up to Chardon. Since my sister had been using this Quick Change for years, I drove there 20 minutes before they closed. They found the previous company didn't tighten the oil filter. They tightened it, added the missing oil, added coolant also and sent me on my way. No charge!!! They were super nice and very helpful. Thanks guys.

I would absolutely not go to this place!! My tail light bulb needed replaced and the technician broke the bolt off that holds the tail light in place. And then tried to tell me it s because my truck has 230,000 miles on it. The sad part is that I just had the tail light out of the truck two days prior and I handed the guy my old bulb when I pulled in. So ridiculous I will never go there again!!

I have used this company a few years. My experiences r usually good. Some times they r not so good. I got another 2013 Chevy van & they pull the scam transmission fluid needed changed. I ask if their changing trans. Filter & they said it's never done any longer. Well they used pump & idiots had a low battery hooked to pump. After 10 mins. They decided to put fully charged battery on to speed up pump. I just went to selnick transmission & the filter does need changed. The idiots set oil nozzle in filler before before changer was ready & it seeped thru totally filling it up. They had to drain it back out to rite level. I was there an hour. They did not put my tire pressure at what I ask. They never gave me window sticker. Had to go back 3 times to have tranny fluid checked & oil level at their request. Will never use them again. Ever.
