Corey on the sales team is absolutely incredible! So transparent, knowledgeable and chill (yet professional!) I told him my max dollar I wanted to pay each month and he was beyond helpful, showing me all my different car/financing options that fell within my budget. The process was extremely smooth and fast, and there was great communication throughout, not once coming off pushy!After printing off several different options to take home with me and sleep on all week, I went back in today to trade in my Nissan Altima for a brand new Jeep Compass! I 100% plan to use Corey/Junction Auto Sales for any future car needs, as the entire team there is super friendly and there to serve you! Great team from Service to Sales to Parts. While their service department may be extremely busy, my go to service advisor Ashley never lets that get in the way from providing exceptional customer service. She always makes me feel like I am talking to a friend, not someone trying to use high pressure sales tactics like you get at other dealerships. Have purchased 3 vehicles here since 2016 and will continue to purchase all of my families vehicles from here as well.

We were beyond pleased with our purchase experience at Junction Auto. I needed a vehicle for my 18 year old son; this was his first experience test driving and choosing a new car. Our salesperson, Vern, was absolutely fantastic with him, teaching him about the features of the Jeep, and sharing information that was more than what you typically get on a test drive. When we knew this was the vehicle we wanted, Verne and Kyle made the process of financing and picking it up completely seamless. I m very thankful we chose Junction, they really made us feel good about our purchase, and we felt like we were talking to friends, not salespeople. Thanks for such a great experience!

Extremely disappointed!! Manufacturer defect on the hood of my vehicle- I asked for it to be fixed properly shortly after purchasing and was treated very poorly by the manager at the time- I ve spoken with many individuals all who say they are trying to help - but in reality they are just trying to get me to pay for something that should have been fixed correctly in the first place. My time means nothing to these people, nobody over there cares and I will not be purchasing from this dealership again. Nate and Amy just continued to tell me nothing they can do for me unless I want to pay for it.

Having bought several CPO cars from Junction Auto, I have found their whole staff friendly and helpful.Mike A in Parts will go the extra step to find or special order needed and wanted parts.Mike "Turk" T in Sales had cars warmed and ready for comparative test drives during snowy conditions. He also stayed late to explain features and link up the tech.

My daughter and I had the privilege of dealing with Mike Turk and purchasing a car that she would feel more comfortable in. I can't say enough about Mike and the closing loan officer. This place is passionate and understanding. Buying a car is typically a "headache" experience and they make it the opposite. Truly a great team. I would give more stars if I could. Terrible service. I'll NEVER again buy a vehicle from them, and I recommend that nobody does.A recall was issued on the GMC Acadia they sold us, because when the airbag deploys, it can blow up with "metal shrapnel" killing the driver.When I called, they took my information, saying they would call me back, but did not call me back. When I got hold of them, they informed me they will do absolutely nothing, because there are no parts to fix it, and gave me a phone number to call and said "maybe" the people at GMC would do something.This was AFTER the same vehicle had a defective transmission, which they replaced (because it was still under warranty) with another defective transmission, and it fell apart right after the warranty period, and I had to replace it out of pocket.The bottom line is, they are perfectly ok with you driving around with a possible hand grenade as an "air bag". Literally that is not an exaggeration.

I had some problems when I bought a used 2018 Ram Promaster; however, the dealership in the end took care of the problem and did everything they could to make the problem right. Overall I am very happy with the customer service and would do business here again.

Service been great but sales not so much over the years( October 2018)...my last service was October 2023 and they ran diagnostics and it cost me 600 plus for a map sensor. Service advisor was out on vacation when my truck was ready. I was dumb founded diagnostics was 570 dollars and NO time given...advisor should of advised to put a map sensor in from the time TECH said but suggested that they could do more diagnostics. It was on wiring and over how many hrs??? I'm disgusted and unemployed and have no fight in me. Just want people to see...NO BLEEPING STARS

I recently visited the car dealership and I was blown away by the level of customer service and attention to detail provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable salespeople who were genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect car. Shaun & Mike are amazing.The showroom was impressive, with a wide variety of cars to choose from, and the staff was patient, answering all of my questions and ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the process. They really took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.The financing process was also seamless, with the staff explaining everything clearly and patiently. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they made sure that I understood all the terms and conditions before signing anything.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this car dealership and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Junction is,an awesome place. Bought my 2017 Challenger GT there from Mike Simpson. Great experience! The service department rocks. I got same day appointments and the service staff was outstanding. The body shop (yes somebody dinged my car) is amazing, top notch.The entire business deserves a high rating in my opinion/experience.

Tried scamming my mom for thousands in labor for "faulty" engine mounts. Tech couldn't even explain the issue properly and stammered when she tried asking him questions about it. Got second and third opinions from reputable shops and neither said there's an issue. There's a reason why they call them stealerships.

Exceptional experience!! Amazing service by Vern and Ray. They did everything to make sure we get the car we want for the price we want, helped with the application process and explained everything during signing.Unlike other dealers, in here we felt from the first minute they mean business, they're here to help you find a good fit and drive off with it as fast as possible.Highly recommend!!

They say they treat you like "FAMILY." That is only true if you don't bring vehicle purchase back for repairs, that should have been completed before sale, and within dealer warranty. GOD forbid you need a 2nd vehicle 3 months later, after hit/run driver totals your new purchase. Then you become "red headed adopted child" who is no longer "FAMILY." Junction doesn't want your business.

Just bought a 2022 Jeep compass today from junction Auto family . It felt like family very friendly and easy to deal with didn't try to push some deals on me that I wasn't interested in all around great service I would definitely buy a car there again

I am happy to write this positive review for Junction Auto after going to several other Jeep dealers and being treated poorly. I contacted Junction Auto and spoke to the sales associate, Ann Cottrill over the telephone. I explained to Ann that I had been provided a special code by FCA to purchase a new Jeep at a reduced rate. Other dealers upon hearing this did not want to do business, lied, or tried to push me towards what s on the lot .Ann was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I was talking about when I referenced the FCA control number for my purchase.. Ann was able to provide me a quote based upon the information I provided her and the price was extremely fair. I ended purchasing a Gobi, 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport S at well below the MSRP. I arrived with my trade and explained to Ann what I would like to get for the vehicle, fully knowing I would be taking a little money into my new purchase. The sales manager was respectful of my request and did not give me the run around at all.Upon going to the financing department I explained politely that I had already secured my funding and there was no pressure to use a bank recommended by the dealer. I have bought and sold a lot of vehicles over the years and I cannot recommend more highly a sales team that I would do business with. Truly professionals working here trying their best to keep your business.

I have been to their car show. I know people who bought vehicles from there. What they did to us while in the posses of buying a used vehicle is wrong. The sales person Jerry Nicholas made a mistake and tried to make me pay for it. Then they sold the vehicle out from under us. We had a deal made. It was in the finance department. They lied to us and then i get a text from the sales guy that they sold it. They wanted a deposit after we made a deal and submitted our paperwork. I thought that was odd. I have bought and sold many vehicles in my lifetime. I have never had this happen from a dealership. Its expected on craigslist or face book. I guess they care more about money then treating people right. Buyer Beware. I will never attend their car show and i will never use them for service and i defiantly will never look at any vehicle they have. If i could give them negative stars i would....Wasted a lot of my time as well. Time is money.

Shaun Woolard and Kyle Gilmore were great to work with. They helped me get a car I have been dreaming about for 10 years or more. Kyle explained everything about my loan to me and answered all my questions. He was upfront and honest and didn't try to sell me services/products I didn't need. Shaun helped me get my car on order and when it arrived he seemed just as excited as I was to see the car. He showed me all the features on my car and also answered any questions I had. I was even told by both of them to call them if I had any other questions later on. Shawn also followed up and asked me how my first ride was in my new car several hours later. Now that is going above and beyond. I will refer any friends that are looking to purchase a vehicle to this dealership and duo for sure! I can't thank both of you enough!!!!!

Jim Zorich lost a sale due to negligence. Odd the owner says there is no Jim that works here. Dishonesty is not a good quality.You have stated twice "We have no sale people named Jim" If you look at the picture JIM claims he is a SALES manager. So your SALES manager is not a SALES person? Sounds like you are trying to deceptively weasel your way out of an honest review rather than bettering yourselves from it. I have had family and friends purchase from you in the past that is why I considered you to begin with but I will make sure they all know now.

My family, and extended family have been coming here for years! They've always taken care of us, and treat us like family when we walk in the door.I went to Junction instead of the local dealers in Columbus, Ohio, because of the commitment you get during the buying process, and during the life of the vehicle as well.Thank you, Junction, for helping a Veteran out, and being a honest and caring family!!
