A++! By far the easiest, and most convenient Bottom-Line vehicle purchase I have made in the last 20+ years. Tom, Matthew, and Emily in Sales were amazing, and perfectly executed the deal from beginning to end as a team! Sharon and Nate in Service also followed the same suit making me feel right at home. Thank you all. I very much look forward to future purchases and spreading the good word of Junction Buick-GMC. I absolutely Love my Denali Acadia - what is more, I know I have these fine individuals backing it.

I have never had a more pleasant experience. Emily was absolutely fantastic! During the time that I was out of town, she listened to my concerns, needs, and provided timely updates. This helped me to make a well-informed decision and I was able to come back in town to all affairs in order. This was the most seamless car buying process as throughout she as well as the sales manager, Dan, proved themselves more than trustworthy. I will definitely recommend individuals to the dealership and will take my car to them for service (at any point needed)!

Buying a car has never been what I would consider a good experience. However, this purchase was amazing. My salesperson Andrew Pleso was attentive and very low pressure. He was more concerned with me receiving the car that I wanted and would love over time then with just making a sale. This purchase is just the first I will be making with this dealership.

Tom Bond was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured or stressed at all. I am very excited and happy to have purchased a car from your dealership and I am glad we had Tom as our sales guy!

Tom and Cliff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Both gentlemen were able to answer all my questions, took the time to show me all the features on the vehicle and made sure I understood how each worked. They were wonderful to work with and I am exceptionally pleased. Their follow up has been great. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family who are looking for a vehicle.

This was not a first time purchase experience for me. While some of the faces have changed, the attention to detail and concern for customer service has not. Circumstantially, it was the lender carrying the loan on my last vehicle who kicked off the thinking process as they saw my loan about to pay off. That brought a flood of interested dealers to my email inbox and lots to consider. From KBB trade-in value to vehicle offerings, at every turn, Junction treated me very fairly and with respect. One of the values of a long term relathionship proved to be above average honesty in the proper selection of the new vehicle because they actually knew their customer rather than depending on salesman's puff. It was a wholly refreshing experience and I've had no sense of "buyer's remorse" days later. Great job!

Looked at a new Yukon with Tom Bond last week. He couldn t have been more helpful or professional! After speaking with several other salespeople at various other dealers Tom was a breath of fresh air. Patient and knowledgeable, he is what all car salespeople should be.Way to go Tom!

Love my new truck!! I love the style, color scheme, power in the 2500/6.4 hemi, and the comfort. We pulled our camper to a mountain top camp ground with no issues at all. Thanks Andrew Pleso for the honest and exceptional service and Matt too!! You guys are awesome!!

Matt, Andrew, Scott, and the crew at Junction Buick GMC are wonderful to work with. They understood what we wanted and when we wanted it by, and did everything they could on their end to deliver. They are really efficient too; we didn't spend any down time at the dealership just waiting on the finance team or other back of house steps, like I have at other dealers in the past. They will work with you to make any of the to-do items convenient for you as a customer. We will continue using them for vehicle service and if we need another vehicle in the future, we will return to them!

I brought my Terrain because it had been acting up for quite some time, and I made the mistake of taking it to Midas. The mechanic at the dealership was up front with me about everything, and gave me options on how to proceed. The staff there has always been warm and friendly. Always a good experience when I go there.

This is my second vehicle from Junction. The sales team here is incredible. They treat you like family from the minute you walk in the door. No pressure, friendly and fun to do business with. Shaun was amazing, he took the time to go over all the vehicles features and he has gone above and beyond after the purchase. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Well what can say!! What an amazing experience and an outstanding dealership. Tom Bond was my sales associate and he went above and beyond for ordering and delivering this beautiful 2023 Ram Promaster. I m a little picky on things but Tom came through and met every expectation and more!!! Big shout out also to Matt Emerick. Could not be happier with this purchase!!!

I bought a car from Junction Auto a few days ago and had the best experience that I've ever had buying a car! Emily Janke walked out to greet me and listened to what I was looking for. She immediately showed me a few cars and suggested that I should take one for a test drive to truly get a feel for the type of car I wanted. She never once pressured me to buy a car but gave very helpful suggestions. I ended up putting a down payment on a car that was a little out of my price range that night but Emily and Matt told me to take the rest of the weekend to think about it. By Monday I decided that the car was not what I was looking for so I chose 2 other cars and Emily held those cars for me until Tuesday when I could make it there to test drive both of them. I was so indecisive at one point and Emily was so kind, understanding and patient with me. After test driving the one car 3 times I finally made a decision! I just want to say thank you, Emily, for not pressuring me. Without you I never would have bought a car so soon or gotten such a good deal on such a beautiful car. I look forward to many years with my new friends at Junction Auto and I certainly will be telling everyone about my truly amazing experience there!

Brandon is a delight to work with. He explains everything very clearly and is always honest. I really appreciate that he's never trying to "work me over". He tells me if something needs to be dealt with, is transparent about how immediate the need is and we go from there. I'm always greeted warmly and treated respectfully.
