Best experience I've had getting a windshield replaced. From the quick response to my online quote request, to scheduling my replacement. The price was great, and they didn't charge extra to come to my workplace. Brent did a great job, was quick and took care to not damage my truck. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of everyone I dealt with a Defender Auto Glass - Chardon. I had a fantastic experience with Defender Auto Glass. I put my claim through my insurance and within the hour Defender called to schedule an appointment. The appointment was scheduled for the very next day and they came to my house to do the replacement! They quoted a 2 hour downtime but it was done in less than an hour. I've used Defender Auto Glass twice now and have received outstanding service in a timely manner with a competitive price. Service tech was very efficient and friendly. I hope I won't have many more auto windows to replace but if I do I will call them again without hesitation.

I called and a very friendly person answered right away. She was very well informed and got me pricing and an appointment immediately. The techs were very patient, even after I told them the wrong details on my vehicle and they had to come back the next day with the correct windshield. The tech even took time to make sure that my windshield wipers worked and answer multiple questions on why my windshield cracked in the first place. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. They arrived as expected, on time with a phone call to let me know they'd arrive within 30 minutes. The te hnician was polite, respectful and professional. My windshield was replaced and my car left exactly as before the work began. The office guy, Rich, just made me feel like I was putting him out. If there were someone else close by, I'd opt for an office with a friendly person making appointments.The installer broke the glass when he installed it. No big deal, they replaced it the next day. But they should have offered me a discount for the inconvenience of not having the car available for a second day in a row.They never called ahead of time to give me a ballpark of when they'd arrive. Other companies in the past at least said 8-noon or noon -4 pmMatt, the installer, was very polite and considerate...

I cannot say thank you enough to Defender Auto glass for helping me out!! I had gone to a concert the night before and came out to a busted passenger side window...Defender Auto glass responded quickly to my email for a quote and was able to get me in the same day! The service was quick and the guys were great! I highly recommend them and would go back in an instant (here s to hoping it doesn t happen again though, lol)
