Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. They took the time to do a complete check of my car not just the oil change and tire rotation. Dale came out and sat with me for a bit and we chatted about cars. He was very honest with me about a possible upcoming repair and where it would be the most economical for me. I truly appreciate that and will be going back. Thanks so much!!

We recently had Dale take a look at a complex problem with our car. Dale did some research and solved the problem quickly and at a reasonable cost. Saved us well over a thousand dollars from what the dealership wanted!! Thanks Dale!

Dale's service was timely and professional. His cost was a little higher than I anticipated, but after talking with Dale, I understand why. I will definitely use Dale's service in the future and recommend anyone in the surrounding Chardon area to use him as well. Best Regards

My first experience At Dales Auto Service was awesome. I dropped the car off a day early due to getting a ride and they even finished it that day. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. They were very professional and personable answering any questions I had.

This is by far the best place in the snow belt to take your car to be maintance... Thank you for the super fast oil change I just got on my truck... It was like 15, 20 minutes tops...thank you everybody at Dale's

Solved my wiper problem by taking the time to evaluate the problem and fixing it same day !Funny the dealership said it was a motor - turned out it was Not.Fair price and honest service..I will be back for any of my cars needs
