Car Star has always done a fabulous job for our family. This time they fixed my son s F-150 truck after a deer did a number on the front end. They are friendly and professional. Work with the insurance company so you don t have that headache. They keep you informed where they are with your vehicle. If I could give them 10 stars I would. A big thanks and shout out to Car Star Collision and a special thanks to Hailey and Dennis. The headlights on my daughter s car were not functioning properly and her visibility when it was dark was very poor. Because she has a 40 minute commute to work and with the impending shorter daylight hours due to winter, it was imperative to get them fixed. We took her car to 2 shops (including a dealership) who were unable to diagnosis and resolve the issue. On a hunch, I took the car to Car Star Collision. They were wonderful! Everyone I spoke to was really helpful, nice and professional. Within 24 hours they diagnosed the problem. At one point in time, they reached out to update me and asked a few questions to help with the diagnosis. Not only did they diagnosis and fix the problem, but it was quick turn-a-round. We now have peace of mind knowing our daughter has a much safer ride home. Thank you Car Star Collision! You will be top of our list to call for car repairs.

They handled an accident claim and repaired damages for us. They worked with the insurance company of the car that did the damage. The work was completed ahead of schedule and looks better than when we purchased the car. I found them to be courteous, attentive to our needs and very professional. Carstar did the repair work on the front end of my Subaru (body, radiator, etc.) after I hit a deer.They made everything easy for me - coordinating with my insurance carrier, giving me updates via text and voice, and finished earlier than the original estimated completion date.The work was very good and the affected areas look brand new. The ride is smooth and there's no evidence that a deer was ever half way into the front end of my car.Service: Painting

Taking a new car in for body repair work is never a pleasant experience but these people went out of their way to make it a good experience and included timely text updates. Body work appears perfect and car returned as clean as when dropped off which is saying something in view of my light interior. Overall a great experience and I am very happy!Service: Body & Trim

We had hit a deer with my car and it did significant damage. Carstar worked directly with my insurance company and the rental car company to make everything as seamless as possible which I really appreciated. Their work was great and documentation was very well organized. Would definitely use this shop again.

I had a gouged spot on my fender where I think someone backed into my car and a couple of rub out spots on my driver door. When I got the car back it looked brand new. The workmanship was wonderful and they even detailed the inside of my car. I couldn t ask for more. They re a .great company to work with I highly recommend them. I went there to get tree damage repaired back in June the work was completed about 1.5 months later upon picking up my car the rear door seal was ripped almost completely off and the bumper rest was not adequately clipped on due to one of the clips in the front damaged when I left the lot I found that all my dash lights were on upon further investigation I found my mass airflow sensor was tampered with and that there were bubbles and globs of clear coat on fender and hood not large but big enough to see them. Fast forward a few months and the rear spoiler broke off while my rear lift gate they repaired was lifting breaking my rear window.When I asked them to repair the damage that was witnessed by a third party they convinced the adjuster that it was my fault when it was the part they literally put on that broke off and wedged itself between car and window causing it to break literally in the parking lot across the street. They refused to stand behind there shoddy work and then had the gull to blame the consumer so they didn't have to foot the bill for the repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Russ and his team did a phenomenal job. Had a quick turn around time to get me back on the road with my car. Also, made it easy to pick up and return the rental with Enterprise right in their own parking lot. Hit a deer on New Year s Day. Russell Black was extremely helpful making sure my car got to the shop, and stayed in constant communication with me and my insurer. Unfortunately the car ended up having to be totaled out, and the CARSTAR people were extremely helpful throughout the whole process.Won t go anywhere else. The great thing was that they were a preferred body shop by my insurer. Can t beat that.Thanks for everything you did.

Laurie, their customer service rep is horribly rude. So bad in fact, that we didn't leave our car there. She gave wrong info over the phone and text, then didn't relay any of our messages to the man doing the estimate. We were finally told they don't even look at the car until we come up, IN PERSON, to talk first. Which was never told to us, and was very inconvenient as we had the car towed there! The man doing the estimate was typical "dirty car salesman" very arrogant and acted as if I knew nothing. We paid for the tow and took the car. Do NOT recommend!!!

I went to carstar after a minor accident to paint my bumper and replace my grill, the technicians were friendly and professional, I was kept up to date every step of the way, and the work was finished ahead of schedule. My car was cleaned inside and out, looking like it had the day I bought it. The pickup process was streamlined, I was in and out in 5 minutes!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I put my car in a ditch after hitting some black ice. For the most part the guys at the shop were great. The only unsatisfactory part of my experience was that my vehicle sat there for two days before being worked on and was given back to me three days after the estimated completion date. I called the shop a few times early on to see what the hold up was and the gentleman who answered the phone (Russ) was a little short with me. Other than this, I would take my vehicle back again and recommend this Carstar location to all my friends and family. Thanks!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

My insurance company recommended Carstar Chardon for my front end repair. They did a very good job with the repair but unfortunately some primer over spray found its way to other parts of the car. Sometimes this happens and is not a huge deal. So I contacted the gentlemen there and let them know my concerns. They were so professional and went above and beyond to alleviate the problem. I was so impressed with the customer service and quality workmanship they deserve an Excellent review. I would definitely recommend Carstar Great Job.

I have taken all my cars to Doug at Carstar can't say enough about this shop. Very professional and friendly every time I need work done. I just got my car back and it looked like it was right off the showroom floor, plus they did the inside interior cleaning which was awesome job. I highly recommend this body shop for all your needs
