My experience with this business has been great and will I continue to use them when I need to have repairs done to my car. They are very friendly and honest and the mechanic Jake does excellent work. They value their customers. I recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired. Take your car here! Jake, the owner, is a good guy. He is honest and will not tell you your car needs anything that it doesn't. He takes his time to look everything over thoroughly and prices are very fair. He was forced to move to a new location and he now on Ravenna Rd, across from Best Sands in Chardon. I had a good experience at this facility. The work was done quickly and for the agreed upon price. Jake laid out my repair option clearly as far as Parts, Warranties ect. The price is fair for the work involved. Not the cheapest but several hundred less then other places I had the same work quoted at so a good midpoint option.Overall I'm happy and plan to return in the future for my repair needs.

If you are looking for a repair shop that you can trust with your car then this is the place to take it to. Jake is the only mechanic I will take my cars too. He won't "over" diagnose your car for repairs that aren't needed like a lot of shops do. He is honest, does solid work and is very fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Winter took me and my car by surprise. I needed a fast tire rotation and Jake was able to fit me into his schedule that same day. He rotated my tires in 15 minuets. I highly recommend this local business for all your auto needs.

I have been going to Jake for a few years now. He is an honest, fair and professional businessman who treats his customers very well. We take all three of our family cars and horse trailer to him for regular maintenance and any repairs.

Jake is a great guy. Courteous and honest. Showed me what my brakes and calipers looked like before replacing and let me know transmission pan was leaking without pressuring me to get it fixed.We will definitely be going back.

Jake has done great work for me! He will explain your options and fixes for your vehicle. He has done everything for me from exhaust work, a/c, suspension and other maintenance on my vehicles.

Highly recommend Jake and his auto clinic. They have taken excellent care of our vehicle. Professional and yet treat their customers like family and friends. We won t go anywhere else.

I took several vehicles in over the past year. Jake is very personable however his rates are going up significantly. A family member also takes his vehicles to Jake, and his rates have almost doubled. My second to last encounter I asked him to change a bulb in the dash so I could renew my e-check (engine light would not turn on) and his response was to go look for a bulb and take the dash apart myself. On my other car, he neglected to tighten my parking brake on a manual. Lastly, I called in two weeks ago about getting two tires, he never returned my call (specifically spoke to him). I called back today, his secretary didn t return my call after I spoke to her in depth this morning. Appears to have difficulty with follow ups and specificity regarding the job.

Jake has been our mechanic for years including making sure the Dealer followed through on warranty work!
