I don't normally post my negative opinions but I felt this needed to be addressed. When you work with the general public I understand that there is going to be some disrespectful customers. When I approach you with a genuinely good attitude I expect the same in return. My mom recently came to this place and experienced the same treatment. Employees treat your customers with RESPECT. Second of all I had an experience where my door was shut and I did not hear what the guy said. I opened the door and asked him to repeat and he rolled his eyes and laughed at me then proceeded to repeat with an attitude. I come here because it's quick and easy but your workers need to be held accountable. If you were the owner I dealt with then shame on YOU for treating me that way. If you're sensitive to unequal treatment, do not come here.Service: Emissions testing

It's a little out of my way but a nice drive through Chagrin Falls and out to Auburn. Second year I went there to get E-Check and the people are great and no waiting. Coming back cut through 306 headed to the BMV in Chesterland same thing.

It s not too bad here. Big plus is that their is usually no line to get in and so not much waiting. The staff here could do a much better job of being warm and genuine. They seem like zombies in the way they relate to customers; greeting people as if they were trained by a robot. They could use to be more warm in a hello with people.They do a good job of checking out the vehicle which is the core business.

Very chill E-Check experience, which is the way I prefer my E-Check experiences to be. You don't want an uptight E-Check experience - don't worry, you won't get that here. This E-Check facility is gonna make you feel like you just left for vacation and you're 100% sure you didn't forget your luggage at home. 10/10, this E-Check is so good you might even forget that New Jersey exists for a few precious moments

For a State run operation the staff is fantastic!I went there on a Friday evening about 15 to 20 minutes before they closed. I was expecting a very sour attitude that I was going to be an inconvenience to them, much like yours get at the Chardon license plate bureau on 44 South. I was completely wrong! The two gentlemen couldn't have been more courteous or helpful. The completed the check up my vehicle in under 15 minutes and thanked me for stopping. I will definitely use a service center again.

The employees there really treated me like a friend! It wasn't the regular encounter at places like this. I really felt comfortable.

After living in Tucson, Az and trying to deal with their e-check, this one is a blessing. I think my longest wait was 5 minutes to pull in. My longest wait in AZ? That was an hour in a half in 100+ temps. And you can't have the AC running, lol. Every person we've interacted with has been very nice as well.

So easy to miss but what a painless process. You pull up, they direct you to a room where you can watch the testing. No cost. No stress on your car. No waiting. A hidden gem.

It is e-check. I cannot say it is a whirlwind of frenzied excitement and debauchery that makes me long for two years in the future when I get to visit this magical, mystical place again. It is, however a bi-yearly inconvenience that usually goes quickly and professionally.

Associate we very helpful and got me thru a the testing. They should be able to close the big doors to reduce the cold for them. Looks like there are plenty of vents to allow this.

Easy to get to... kind of hidden off munn, look for signs. Super nice... no touching anything even the paperwork! They place it on the windshield or toss it in the backseat.

Its cool but i don't understand y we have to get it. My fam lives in Columbus and they just go renew there sticker. That how it should be everywhere.

Very unfriendly and disgruntled staff. They forget that they are working as a tax payer funded service provider. Just be professional about it.

This facility has turned multiple people away for not having their registration when the EPA AND Ohio Echeck say a registration is NOT required to check the vehicles emissions as long as the vehicle has it s vin number on it.
