I have taken my car to Larchmere Imports Automotive Service in Chagrin Falls / Bainbridge several times for service work and drove away 100% satisfied every time. The owner, Jeff, a great listener on the intake and is very gracious with his time in explaining the issues they found and what work they did to correct it. Jeff's vast experience and deep knowledge will get to the root cause of the problem whereas other shops often just throw parts at it. My personal experience working with Jeff and his great team at Larchmere Imports Automotive Service is that they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, dedicated to getting it right and satisfying customers. I trust them 100%. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your service needs and I stand behind this testimonial.

Jeff is the best! I took my BMW to the dealership and they told me I would need to replace/rebuild my turbo chargers. They said that was the reason my car was not drive-able. I asked them to just replace the spark plugs and fuel injectors for now. The car was able to be driven again. However, I still had the drivetrain warning. I called Jeff and he explained that I more than likely would not need to replace the turbo chargers. Well, he knew what he was talking about! He fixed my car in a day and my car is driving perfectly fine. No more drivetrain warning or check engine light! Jeff is the best! I will only be taking my car to him from now on. :)

As independent shops go, I like this one the best. Jeff knows his was around a BMW, and the quality of his work is excellent. Jeff takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and treats you as if taking care of your problem is the most important thing that he has to do that day. He installed a new valve cover kit and ignition harness on my 2012 X5. After the job, he reviewed each item that was replaced on the work order and how much each had cost. They do not up-charge for parts. Some prices were even better than if I had purchased direct from ECS Tuning. I'm very comfortable with bringing my vehicle to Larchmere. Jeff and his team of first-rate mechanics are wonderful to work with. Not only do they do excellent diagnostic and repair work, they bend over backwards to do the job right the first time, as efficiently as possible, and at a fair price. Had rear diff problem on my 07 Range Rover HSE . With that i had transmission oil pan leak and my rear sway bar links got broken. Most shops did not wana touch my Rover cuz is hard to work on them. I google places and LARCHMERE Import Service came . I took the car and Jeff and his team took care of me.. Fast service good price and Jeff is knowledgeable person.Thanks for service guys.

Myself and a couple of my brothers over the years have brought our older 90 s bmws to Larchmere Imports for various issues and have been more than pleased with the communication around what was needing to be fixed on the vehicles and the competency of actually fixing it properly. I brought my 2007 BMW 335i to Larchmere Imports for a minor engine modification and was more than pleased! The entire experience was positive! They are knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, and responsive. They had my service done within 24 hours of drop off. Dropped my car ('16 328i) off for a tire rotation and inspection. They found a known issue on the turbo wastegate, repaired that and changed the cabin and engine air filters. Service was quick and painless. They kept me up to date on what was happening and we're very friendly. Highly recommend this business!

First class service. Jeff and Dave are true experts and know how to explain needed repairs to anyone without taking you into outer space. I have been in the car business for years and it's hard to find technicians with this much knowledge. I have been sending family and friends here for a few years and everyone has shared the same great service. At the end of the day, I know my vehicles are inspected properly and fixed right the first time. Thanks

I needed an out of state prepurchse inspection for a BMW Z4 and worked with Jeff. He drove 30 min to see the car and gave a very thorough explanation of the car and some advice regarding maintenance. Excellent service and communication.

I cannot say enough about this Larchmere Imports location with Jeff and Dave. I originally took my car there after reading the reviews for their main location and now 4 years later and 4 different cars later, I continue to come back because of their honesty and their quality of work. I would highly recommend using Larchmere Imports for anything that's needed on your car.

Tried this place for an oil change on my 2010 MB C300 after reading good reviews about their original location. I am a satisfied customer happy to find a good place near work to service my car. I plan to return to them for future services on my car.

Larchmere specializes in BMWs but service all vehicles. We take a Rav4 and Tacoma to them for service. They are prompt and provide complete details. If there is an issue with service, they been responsive to correct.

Jeff and the team always tell it like it is and get the job done right. I'd recommend Larchmere Imports for all auto maintenance, but especially the complicated issues. They prep and service race cars too!

Recommended by Alternative Solutions and it was a good decision...took the time to thourally explain everything unlike the dealership....did 2 repairs for the same price the dealer wanted for just one and the desk person at the dealership did not explain things well or inspire confidence...my car is running so much better
