I had a great experience. The customer service made the environment very friendly. They also explained everything nice and easy. It was great that I would get updates through out the entire process. I highly recommend going there for repairs.

Crash Champions is definitely a great shop to take your car to for repairs! The staff is very friendly. Especially the lady at the front desk. She is very professional and clear. The Chagrin Falls location is definitely a great location! GREAT JOB YOU GUYS

Deborah at the front desk could not have been more helpful. She patiently explained the process and filled in the gaps that my insurance agent walked me through as well. She was so friendly and I really appreciate good and professional customer service like that. She is very kind and yet she is very busy from morning to end of day. Everyone else I was in contact with were very honest and helpful as well. Thank you all!

Bill kept me up to date and went out of his way to come up with helpful options for repairing a mirror that was not damaged as part of my claim. The body and paint work was great. I would recommend Crash Champions in Chagrin to anyone!

Each person I worked with on phone or drop off and pick up of the vehicle was great...they referred me to a couple different rental car options which was helpful too. Vehicle looks great inside and out!

Would not recommend no actual communication.. did not replace what was expected.. left overspray and tape on the vehicle.. unfortunately I cannot redo but if I could I def wouldn t come here Because I always have duct tape just on my car smh .. did I mention no clue I needed gas .. thankfully my friend waited and followed me to the only open gas station over a mile away at the time I was able to pick up.. save yourself the grief

Avoid at all cost. Had to refuse the work 2x because they do not have an eye for detail or a desire to do a good job. Paint was awful and the panel figment was all wrong the first time the told me it was done. The second time they told me it was don t they sanded out some of the bad paint finish though it was still slightly visible and the panel figment was still wrong. The third time the presented it to me it was marginally good enough and I was sick of dealing with them so I just accepted it to be done with themServices: Painting, Body & Trim

NEVER recommend this place.Extending my repair for 3rd or 4th time and cost off course. They call us on date of pickup about extension. Looks like I will not get my car back. I don t know why my insurance company chose this dealer for repairs.

Excellent service. Car returned brand new like after new parts and detail. Itemized detail print out of what was replaced and cost. Dan (South Euclid) made the process easy for me, and was always available if I had questions. Service was great but the complete process wasn't a breeze. My particular car completion time was changed 4 times due to delays on parts. Once I received my vehicle and opened the hood I noticed the power line to my sound system was removed without mention to me. I was disappointed about that because I don't know how to fix it myself. Overall 8 of 10 I already started to recommended more customers.

We took one of our cars to Bill and his team at Excalibur with nothing but the highest expectations along with a detailed list of requests no other shop would ever consider. Not only did he meet our expectations but blew us away with the final product. We were provided with a complete color change flawlessly performed. The finish is so perfect that people constantly comment everywhere the car goes. We will definitely be back for any of our future needs when possible.

Maybe I just had really bad luck here but the repair job I received was completely unacceptable and my truck now has to be torn apart by another shop to be properly repaired.I brought my truck here because it was where my insurance recommended. Communication throughout the experience was adequate. Less than two weeks after I dropped off my vehicle I received notice that my vehicle was repaired. Upon arrival I inspected my vehicle and noticed the paint was dripping and looked like sandpaper. I alerted the manager and my truck was sent back to be refinished. The next day I got the same call stating my truck was complete. It still didn t look quite right but I took it home. Having an uneasy feeling about everything I took it to the local body shop I trust and found a large list of errors...-The rocker panel was spliced (This is against GM standard operating procedure since the panel is structural) and is not straight, instead of replacing the entire panel.-The door was never aligned producing wind noise and does not shut properly-They waxed the car so much that they wore the paint off a previously undamaged door-They undercoated the panel in a very sloppy way so it does not match the original side. It looks more like a coverup job than to actual improve the lifespan of the vehicle.-They did not replace a damaged peace of trim or refinish it-The paint has runsI am now in the process of having my truck fixed properly. I will be out my vehicle once agin for another 2-4 weeks. It has been a full time job trying to make this right.Run. Do not leave your vehicle here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Crash Champions is a class act. They made the drop off of my vehicle convenient to my schedule, handled a timely assessment and quote, arranged a rental, and provided daily updates, either through texts or personal communication of the status of my repair. The painter even came in on his day off which allowed me to obtain my car two days earlier. The repair is perfect. Thank you, Bobby, Dorothy and the rest of the staff. It's definitely not a place I would recommend. My vehicle still has scratches that I was told not covered in the claim. Body shop does the inspection and estimate on damages but didn't include scratches from the accident. Didn't wash the vehicle either. Long wait on repairs. I was told the scratches should rub out, pretty sure that was what they should have done. Not to mention, the paint on bumpers doesn't match the car, plus I had to point out extremely obvious damage that they didn't repair to which the claim photos showed . I was told it wasn't part of the claim, they had to get a supplemental adjustment which led to a even longer timeline for repair. When i picked it up, deep scratches on hood, and light scratches on the side was still there. I'm not sure if it was just this location, just who my technician was, or what, but I know I will not use this place again. Geico picked the repair company, since I dropped Geico after having them for over 10 years. If they allow this, for the price paid in coverage, I don't need that company for insurance. I blame both Geico and Crash Champion for a terrible repair of my vehicle.

There was a lot of confusion as to who to talk to about my vehicle, and communication was horrendous at first. I was told multiple times that different people would call me back at different times, and many times was not called back at all. Therefore, I had to keep calling constantly to finally figure out what was actually going on with my vehicle. It took over a week for me just to receive an estimate. I was told that there were issues with the facility's phone system and that the person who was completing the estimate for my vehicle had been fired. Eventually, the communication improved a couple of weeks into this process when the manager, Derek, began to actually call me back and update me more regularly. Derek said that they were trying to have the vehicle ready by December 27th or 28th, and it was ready by the 29th. Luckily, the completion of repairs was not delayed any further, as this would have required me to make a whole separate trip from Texas to Ohio just to get my car back. In the end, everything worked out thanks to Derek, but this was not a pleasant experience overall.Service: Body & Trim

They had my car for 18 days for minor front end damage. They did not make all the the repairs and left me with a broken headlight cover. They did not give me an estimate I requested for other work. They billed my insurance rather than the insurance of the responsible party who was cited. They left some chemical spray dried inside my windshield that I had to clean multiple times to remove. They rifled through and looked at all the stuff in my glove compartment.Overall this was an unprofessional and costly experience for me. I had to cover the deductible and rental overage. Garbage company. Be warned.Service: Body & Trim

The repair looks great. However it took 3 months for the repairs to be completed. The insurance company denied additional money for repairs repeatedly. I now have my truck and they did a good job.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
