Bought a truck a couple months back from here. Was cheapest price for the truck I could find around. Because the truck was priced lower than the price point they aim to sell at they didn t touch it and was basically as it was when traded in with a weird strong smell which I found the source of when cleaning it. If they would ve gave it some attention I d give them 5 stars.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Rino's and are very happy with the car and the entire car buying experience. They drove the car to Columbus just so we could test drive it. They made buying a car a very pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend them to any one needing a great used car!

We bought a van and misfiring on5 out 6 cylinders and the split the cost of repair with us and then drove it a couple of day and now my drive light is flashing!!!!!! Now gonna be another 500& or more we did explain we needed a vehicle we could afford the would be reliable because we have 2 disabled kids on in a wheel chair and I can even drive it across town and we have already gave h all our money and no way fix what wrong again! I feel like we got took by a snake.

We purchased the 2007 SS Monte Carlo and I wanted to post a testimonial on the site about our experience.Terry and Ron were GREAT and very professional! We drove from Columbus Ohio after seeing the car online. Terry and Ron stayed open late for us, made sure the car was in tip top shape, AND worked with us on the rest of the down payment! I have dealt with many car dealers in the past but my experience with Rino's has been by far the best experience.I recommend them to anyone! Do not go with the finance company these people use! They are dealing with crooked finance companies. If they really cared about there customers they wouldn't be using companies like Credit Acceptance.

I purchased a Nissan from this place several years ago. Although I live 70 miles from the dealership I have driven down to look at their inventory. I am very pleased with my last purchase and hope to buy from Rino's again.

This dealership don't deserve the best dealer award at all. They try sell me the vehicle with the original paint condition vehicle which was painted and had 2 window didn't work and the manager Mr. mark had so much attitude that as if he was top of the world. Keep your feet on the ground. There are many people who deserve your position better.

We had a great experience at Rino's. Everyone was very friendly. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted. Doug was a pleasure to work with on this sale. The vehicle was everything they said it was going to be.

I went to Rino's Auto Sales, specifically to buy a car from Bob McClish. Bob has taken great care of my husband and I for years and years. Our children buy from Bob now, as well. I have my 2017 Nissan Altima and I love it! Thank you again, Bob.

I have personally known Terry Reineke, his wife Tracy, his manager Roger and most of the other employees at Rino's Auto Sales for many years. If you are looking for a Quality Dealer that you can trust this is the place to purchase your next vehicle. Terry Reineke is one of the few great people that you must meet in this world and the only one from whom to purchase your next vehicle.

Sold me a van, that 3 days later ended up blowing a radiator, and transmission is slipping. Beware they use stop gap to hide leaks, and it ruined my heater core.

Not the most fair salesmen, when we mentioned a problem in a used vehicle (potential transmission issue) we were told we were wrong. Just wrong. No explanation or mention of double checking for an issue.
