Saleswoman Gail and Manager Scott were excellent. Made us feel at home. Nothing hidden. No pressure to buy. Fair trade offer. Scott even allowed me to come out into their shop to inspect the underneath of our new vehicle. And, he offered me and my wife food from their employee Thanksgiving party. We got to eat in Gail's office and spend time chatting with her while the paperwork was being completed. Such an all-around stress-free experience. We love our new car and will definitely be back in the future when we're looking to buy again. Thanks, Kerns Ford!! God bless you all!!

Bought my first car here and it was the easiest process ever!! Stormie answered all my thousands of questions and was really easy to talk to! Definitely recommend looking and buying cars here! The wife and I got a really nice deal for her. 8 year old dodge journey, under 100k miles, $500 and a "junker" down, 245 a month. It's near perfect for us. 3rd row seats, extra room for kids and such, plus its the "high end" version I think. All sorts of features. Thank you guys so much. They worked tirelessly for us, searching for a bank that would work with our specific situation. We both work part-time, and I also work full time for myself at my shop. But my income wasn't "all on paper" so to speak. It's my first "tax" year and I couldn't use my shop as income for the loan yet, only the part time job. But they found a helpful bank and we got it done. I'm not at home, so I can't look up the names of the two gentlemen that assisted us, but you guys rock! Keep being awesome, and we will probably be back when our other suv takes a poop.

I was in a car accident on the 23rd of February. And was in need of a new car since my other one was totaled. I talked with Eric in finance, he went above and beyond to help me be able to get into a new vehicle. The salesman Lonnie was so helpful in showing me the basics of how to work the different features of my new Escape. He even said that if I need help with understanding anything eles just give him a call or stop on down.These two men went above and beyond to help me.I definitely would recommend anyone to work with them.

Great experience from start to finish! Justin Converse was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and fun to deal with! Justin delivered the best customer service that I have had when buying a car. Easy process from the start! I appreciate Adrien, Brigette and Del making the process so simple and question free. Huge shout out to Cam! Cam was the first salesperson on my journey to treat me like an adult. I m 20 years old and every other salesperson talked down to me and didn t take me seriously. He was not only professional, but he was also very understanding and genuine. I did not buy (not just from him, didn t buy a car at all) due to personal issues, but when I m back in the market, he s going to be the first guy I talk to.

What a great experience we had at Kerns! I have spent 2 months battling insurance over a total loss on my sons car and I spent an additional month looking at used cars within my sons budget at multiple dealerships. The inventories we looked at were horrendous, and many dealerships don t appear to even clean their used cars. One dealership pulled a car around and opened the door and I could smell such a horrible odor I told him I couldn t even get in the car let alone spend tens of thousands of dollars on it. It was such a stressful event.From the moment I called Kerns and Adrien answered the phone I just had a feeling this was going to get done today. He was very polite and professional. Trust me we talked to a lot of car salesmen within a 100 mile range who were not. I told Adrien what we were going through and explained that we were interested in a car we seen online. I told him we were 1:45 minutes away and I didn t want to drive up to waste everyone s time to look at a car that wasn t as nice as the photos made it look. Adrien assured me the car was worth the drive and would be clean and would not stink. He also assured me there was no hidden damage photos were not showing, very honest and forthcoming. He also advised me if we did not like that car he had a second one that was almost identical. We did drive up and test drive the car. It was a clean car but it also was an excellent running vehicle. We wanted the car. Just when you thought it couldn t get any better we had to sit with the manager to discuss options for additional insurance coverage and financing , and he was just as nice and professional. He sensed very quickly the fact that this was a milestone for my son and he made him feel very important in the deal as any dealership should but others do not. This may have been just a business deal to the Kerns team but to me and my son it was a moment we had together and will always remember.I appreciate you all at Kerns for making us feel welcome and comfortable, and important. I also thank the people behind the scenes who cleaned and made the vehicle look and drive great.The lot was very clean and organized. I hope you all know far and wide you have the the best looking used cars around and the best staff!!!Sincerely,

Chad and Dale were absolutely wonderful during the whole car buying process. Unfortunately, after having the car for a day, we noticed that the catalytic converter wasn t working on the car. It also needed an alignment pretty severely. They offered to cover HALF of the cost of a new converter, and do an alignment since we were still in the 30days of purchase. We had to pay the other half, and put it on ourselves. I haven t even had the car two months and upon further inspection, it also has a cracked rim, loose drivers tire rod, and loose passenger wheel bearing. There is no way this wouldn t have been noticed during the alignment. They did not even do an oil change on the car before selling it. I have no doubt that this car did not even have an initial inspection before selling it. My check engine light has been on since the day after I purchased the car, so it s pretty obvious the codes were just turned off and the car then was sold. While I was there waiting for the alignment, another couple sitting In the waiting area told me they were having the same issues as I was with a car they had just purchased there also. So now I ve had it 2 months, and almost have a grand worth of work that should have been completed BEFORE the car was even sold! Do better Kerns. People deserve to be sold good reliable cars .

Everybody I talked to (the salesman, finance gentleman and sweet lady who delivered the car) was very helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Shayn went above and beyond which made this amazing vehicle the perfect purchase for our family. He listened to my wants and found exactly what I was looking for! Great offer for my trade-in as well. Definitely recommend anyone at Kerns Ford!

I have never had favoritism for a dealership and have never written a review. However today I had a great experience buying a car from Matt Speicher and the Kerns Ford team. It was wroth traveling to get the deal they offered. The vehicle was exactly as stated and pictured. They had everything ready when I arrived for quick easy no pressure purchase.

I had Justin as my sales representative. Super nice man, straight to the point and helped guide me into filling out my insurance forms and other paperwork. ( Reassured me there were no hidden fees in my contract {as sometimes you have sleazy sale reps that do add hidden fee's})Justin's finance rep ( eric/erik) was really friendly as well, helped me fill out my paperwork and where to dot my I's and cross my T's.The car dealership was very neat and clean, I found that very refreshing. No foul language was used around the shop, everyone seemed very friendly.
