I purchased a brand new 2024 gmc at4 duramax and from the factory the rear door was never even connected to the handle so I was never able to open the rear door from day one. Also the truck was delivered to me with the steering wheel being off to the left about 3 inches, which when you spend almost 100k dollars on a truck is kinda ridiculous. But Brandon the service guy at kerns took the truck in and had both items fixed and the truck back to me the same day with no issues.

I recently had visited the parts department with a broken Ford key and needed a replacement quick. Both Seth and Ethan were determined to getting me a working key ASAP and ended up saving me a ton of money along the way. Awesome people doing an awesome job!

I knew the car I wanted with certain color combo and it was reserved during shipping approximately 4 months prior to purchase. The sales rep was called several times during the 4 months and was patient giving updates on location during shipping. Very kind and easy transaction as everything was in order when purchased.

We needed an oil change but didn't have an appointment so we went to the quick pit stop place. The attendant came to window showed my husband a picture of the engine said it was full of snow. My husband said he wanted oil change and tires rotated. He said we don't do tires any more if we did I would not do them in this weather it's nasty out. Granted it's winter and it is snowy and sloppy. We decided to go ahead get oil done. The attendant went back up to the front and was digging snow out of engine block throwing it on the floor and continued to complain. My husband told him to just forget it he would go some place else. Then I believe the owner or the manager who was working on a vehicle next to us jumped in with attitude and said open the door and go. Then Merry Christmas! I am not sure if he had heard any of the previous conversation from the employee or not. So we left and thought we would just stop by Kern's and schedule an appointment for another day. They were able to get us in and within the hour and rotate tires. We did let them know the engine was snowy. That didn't matter he just said it is winter.Thanks to Kern's for the professional quick service we received today.

Hands down the easiest buying process that we have ever had. Austin took great care of us and made it a no pressure/no hassle experience. They gave us what we wanted for our truck and drove home with a new one an hour later! Great service from everyone including finance!!

The absolute worst buying experience of my life. Bought a 2018 GMC Acadia with 54,000 miles on it. Covered under warranty til 60,000 miles. Transmission issue right away. Kept putting a bandaid on a bigger issue. Serviced it several times and still continued to have the same issue after replacing a speed sensor and transmission module control. Still had same issue and kept getting worse. Of course went over 60,000 miles and pretty much said not their problem anymore so got General Motors involved. Took it to a different dealership to find out there was a missing thrust bearing in my transmission which ruined it over time! Kerns still won't take responsibility. General Motors said take it back to original dealership to be covered under warranty. They refused to work on it! Said they don't work on transmissions and never had a history of transmission issues before my purchase which was a lie! Before me purchasing it, it was in for transmission shift issues. They inspected the shift linkage and replaced the shifter! Just another band aid on the bigger issue without finding to true cause. Took the other dealership 2 days to find what the main issue was because they care about the consumer. They even agreed I was wronged. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! You'll thank me later.

Kyle and the whole team was great to work with at Kerns. We had been shopping for a long time for a new-er vehicle at a reasonable price. I m very happy with our purchase. I feel like the price we paid (and got for trade in) was very fair!

I texted Rich (Finanice Manager) at 8 AM telling him what I was looking for. A few hours later, the exact thing I needed was delivered on the lot. Within 4 hours, we had a deal, and deliery scheduled. Our second purchase from Kerns in the last 6 months. Lifetime customers, now.

Great experience did a wonderful job. Kevin and Rich did a fantastic job making sure that once the vehicle arrived here we were able to come and sign papers quickly and take our vehicle home the next day once all the detail work was complete. Willing to work with use and not be over bearing and understanding thank you for the fantastic customer service we will be back for our next car as long as we still live in the area.

All staff at Kerns greets you with a warm smile & your treated with an unconditional kindness. Something rarely experienced in metropolitan cities that are so huge that you feel swallowed up in the crowd. I throughly enjoyed my visit!

Arrived at the scheduled time. Guy said I was not on the schedule, but I had gotten 2 text reminders. Guy said the manager recently quit and they had no record of the appts. Luckily, they got me in anyway. Told them it was making a noise perdiodically and also got an oil change. He came out and said they couldnt hear a noise, so I gave him a video I had recorded earlier. He came back again and said they could not duplicate the noise, that I should bring it back sometime in a week or so to leave overnight to see if it would do it again. I paid and left, car is making the noise no-stop now and sounds way worse. So I turn around and go back. Guy gets a lead service person who says to me with an attitude, "Is it going to make the noise when I start it now?" I said no, you'll have to actually drive it around the block like I said the first time. He comes back and they tell me I need a new transmission on my 3 yr old vehicle. I went from no noise to needing a $6k repair within an hour. I did not like the attitude of the guy or they fact that they just wanted to send me away and act like I was crazy for hearing something. Then they hear it and say its so bad, they tell me to go home and park it.

I bought a GMC Yukon from here right before I moved. I had a simple request when buying the vehicle for a rubber lining for the sun roof that was missing. I never received it. That s the first part. Second within 4 months I had to replace the hub bearings, then the catalytic converters, and now the transmission all within a years time. When spending 10 s of thousands on a vehicle I really hate putting another $12,500 in repairs. Stay away from this place.

Worst Chevrolet dealership I have ever been too.. Took my car there to have a recall fixed and the service dude Branden calls me and asks if I have two keys and I tell him no, he asks if i d like another one so I said sure.. He never says anything about a price until I get there. 90$ for a key for an old car. I tell him i m not paying 90$ for a key and he wants to act like it s my fault that I said sure about an extra key. He then wants to try persuading me into buying the key by telling me if I go anywhere else it d be over 300$. I finally get it thru to him that i m not buying the key bc that s not the reason I came over there for and that he can keep the key. He then wants to go ask his general manager if I can leave without paying for the key and them keeping it. Moral of the story don t agree to anything they offer over the phone especially if you re younger because they think they can just get anything over on anyone. I ve been to multiple chevy dealerships and not one has asked me if i d like something without saying the price.

The experience i had with your dealership was amazing. I found the vehicle on the website. Called in and was immediately contacted. The deal was made within 30 minutes. They delivered the vehicle to my job. The exchange took less than 30 minutes.

Good place to take your car for work needing done. They get your vehicle in and done in good time. Have a nice sized waiting room with coffee available and a popcorn machine also. Staff friendly and helpful.

Can't put negative stars or I would. Talked to a sales person about a 2500 diesel truck over text messages asked about rust was told no rust on rockers or cab corners. DROVE 4 HOURS to find out rockers were completely shot. My advice ask for pictures of anything you have corners about before you make a trip here!

My husband found a car we would be interested in at Kerns. I phoned kerns, made an appointment with Brandon. He made sure the car was there and ready for us to see.Everyone was polite, friendly and Brandon was knowledgeable about the car and very helpful.We drove the car home the same day.Not having to return to the lot, or pick it up tomorrow.Their regular person that does the trade-Ins and finance paper work wasn t there but there was a very nice and knowledgeable person filling in (so the sale could be completed in the same day).Brandon even walked us through all the features and buttons after our sale.We are happy and satisfied with the car, Brandon and the Kerns team. the experience itself was fine one of the things that I was told needed to be done to the car was incorrect. I was told my antifreeze was weak and needed to be changed, I had it checked at another garage and was told it was fine. the other garage checked it twice just to be sure. So, either Kerns tech doesn't know how to read the antifreeze device correctly or it is showing a false reading.

We purchased a gently used SUV yesterday from Kern's. The facility is small, but clean. I was so impressed by their selection of used GMC's & Chevy's, that we drove 90 miles there. The sale's man Gary was very laid back and low pressure. We have purchased 3 vehicles before this and this was by far the best purchasing experience. Very little haggling and straight forward answers. I had my 5 y/o son with me there for 5 hours and he was comfortable there, they even have a little popcorn stand and child's table with access to a TV. As far as our buying experience goes we are very pleased. We have only had the car for 24 hours so I cannot review on this, but so far so good!

This is the 2nd time we ve purchased a vehicle from Kerns. I was hesitant because of the experience we had 3 years ago in St Marys - but Kyle was awesome and easy to work with. He was honest & straight forward. They fixed two issues we had with the vehicle and got it done in less than a week. I m very pleased with the service & professionalism of their staff. Thanks Kyle!

My husband and I decided it was time to upgrade our vehicle to an SUV. We found one we were very interested in online at Kerns Chevrolet in Celina, OH. We live out of town and they were quick at responding to our questions/concerns over the phone. Our Salesman s name was Kyle Miller. I highly recommend Kerns Chevrolet, they made the transition of our vehicles nice and smooth. They make sure their customers are happy and I like the fact that they are not pushy like many dealerships around. They made our car buying experience great, we would definitely buy from them again in the future!
