These guys are great!!! Very friendly and walked us through the steps on getting our Durango! Very excellent customer service and kind and friendly along the way! They got us what we wanted for a family vehicle! I recommend going to them for any car purchases!!

Great experience here. Not only did they work a deal out for me, it was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Down to earth guys, nothing was shoved in my face, made sure I was satisfied before moving forward. Their office was modern, clean and it was a quick process. Recommend anyone interested in a vehicle to at least pay them a visit in Celina. Thanks guys for the Ram!

A friend recommended Guaranteed Auto to me and if you re reading this, I am now recommending them to you!!! I have bad credit and a history of repossessions. I applied to every local auto dealer and couldn t get one to approve me for a loan to get back on my feet. Guaranteed auto and my salesman, Aaron, gave me a fair chance that I deserved. I received nothing but patience, hospitality, and remorse from them. The process is quick, I drove off their lot in my new vehicle the same day I took a tour. They took care of me. I found a promising retailer and I will be back for my next vehicle! If you re in a pinch, call them. Now! :)

Back at it again with a new car, took a full day to get approved on a 2014 ford fiesta . Couldn t get it done without my grandma and Jon Finn with the team. If anyone looking for a vehicle go to Guaranteed Auto!

I have purchased my fourth vehicle from Guaranteed auto. 3 from the Van Wert store and 1 just yesterday from Celina from Aaron Bonanno. I had called him and explained my situation and the truck I was looking for and asked if he could help me. Within a couple days he had me come in to look at a vehicle and I figured since it was going to be a work truck I would be getting an older higher mileage vehicle. As my credit is still recovering from divorce. But when I got to Celina he had thee most perfect beautiful 2019 60k mile dodge mega cab truck for me. I fell in love with this truck instantly. My apr was also super low bc they wouldn't stop shopping for a better deal for me. Thank you guys for all you did for me. This is one of many reasons I keep coming back.

Most amazing experience I could have asked for while buying a car! I loved my car but payment was too high so I traded it in for something else. Was totally bummed about losing my beloved car but Jon and Jason did me one better by getting me the SAME car, fully loaded FOR CHEAPER. Seriously they're the absolute best. I even sent my mom here for her new car as well that she absolutely loves! Thank you so much Jon and Jason! From the bottom of my heart, you're the best!!!

I would not deal with Jon, he is full of empty promises. Told us we would get the spare key to the new vehicle we bought, waited 3 months of him dodging all my phone calls to tell me there wasn't one. The very beginning of the conversation with him I told him no deal if there wasn't 2 keys. He flat out lied right to my face. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If you are considering purchasing a car then this is the place to go!Jon and Jason were absolutely amazing to work with..I had my heart set on a Wrangler but was turned down by 3 other places...but Jon amd Jason came through. Not only for the exact make and model...but for an amazing price. They definitely made purchases a vehicle very easy! They actually care about what the customer wants and they go above and beyond to meet people s expectations! Thanks guys for all the hard work you did ! You definitely have a customer for life!!

We went to Guaranteed Auto of Celina and we were politely greeted by Jon Finn. He asked us what we were looking for and he didn't stop until he found us just the right vehicle! The WHOLE team at Celina made us and our kiddo feel very welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone to go see this team and see what they can do for you. If it had a 10 out of 10 stars I would most definitely give it. Jon Finn was my salesman, he is not just a salesman he is personable, funny, caring and most of honest!! Him and his team got me into a nice impala. Clean car. Dependable and reliable. I will most definitely be back for more cars! I appreciate the work these men pulled for me today, I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice car or something reasonable to check them out!! The guys were help. They weren't pushy,helped with finance. Gave me time to think about it. If I had questions, they took the time to answer them.
