I have been at Buds Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for about 17 years. It is a great place to work. Everyone is very friendly & helpful. I can't think of a better place to buy a Jeep, truck, or car. & the free car washes that go with the deal are really nice too. THANKS!!!

Not a good place to buy a used car. Even with buying the extra insurance..... I had them look at my driver's side window. They told me nothing was wrong with it. So I took it somewhere else. Even though I took it to a different shop before bringing it in... Both shops told me the motor in the window is going out. I have had my vehicle less then a month. It's been one problem after the other . I can honestly say that I bought my first lemon and it was from this place..

We have been looking for a new van since December, in preparation for our 3rd babe arriving. We started working with Sterling - who is awesome! We were going to purchase new, but as time went on, due to the timing of Chrysler releasing exterior colors in stages, a 2024 model would have been right around the due date or after before we would get it. Not ideal. So we switched to looking for newer used, with certain specifications: 2021 or newer, AWD, leather seats, back camera, remote start, DVD system, and 40,000 miles or less. Sterling was promoted and so we started working with Jordan. We got about 1.5 months out from the due date, with no luck so we decided to scratch the AWD option to open our choices a bit more well, the weekend we decided to do that, Jordan happened to find EXACTLY what we were looking for, including AWD, just under our max budget, with extra features AND under 21,000 miles for a 2021. He was phenomenal to work with and answered all our questions and concerns, making sure we were taken care of and happy with our purchase. Our experience was wonderful and we would definitely purchase from them again!

I ordered my truck in January and took delivery in July, 7 months! Of course this was no fault of Bud's, just the way of things currently. During that wait I was kept informed of the production status of my truck and Chris was always friendly and helpful when i called to find out any news. The buying process was very easy from start to finish. Chris in sales was great to work with and very helpful. Absolutely love the truck!

Hello car buyers, I want to give my two cents on Buds Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram in Celina, Ohio. I had recently been looking for a cheap, reliable used vehicle online. I had placed a statement and comment on Facebook about a dealership and how annoying the virtual girl Emma was on this car dealer's site. This comment reached Buds, and I was notified and looked over their selection of used vehicles. Within 24 hours, a deal was agreed, and the car was sitting in my driveway. I asked some solid questions and felt I was told the truth with no runaround. I give five stars times two to Buds. Thank you for all that you do.I am all about customer experience along with a well-manufactured product. Here is my advice to the companies out there spending big money on advertising. My husband and I recently bought a used car from Bud's. We couldn't be happier! Jordan was our salesman and he is the best we have ever worked with.You won't be disappointed if you work with Jordan. He was not pushy and was very personable and friendly. He even did a couple of extra things to the car that we weren't expecting, and it just shows how much he wanted us to be happy with our purchase.We will definitely recommend Bud's to anyone who is looking to buy a car, and we hope to do business with them again the future!

I found a nicely priced van at Buds they gave me a fair price on my trade-in, the whole experience was great, I would definitely come back here if I see a vehicle that I was interested in.

My experience buying a car here started off promising. Everyone was super nice, bent over backwards to offer suggestions as we weren't entirely sure what we wanted to purchase. I found a car at their Bud's Chevy location that I wanted to test drive, and they even brought it over to Celina for me. I was told before my test drive, "it drives like a dream," and it had new brakes, tires, blah, blah, blah. I was excited to drive the vehicle because it was almost identical to my vehicle that was just totaled in an accident. But the test drive was a nightmare! The car had either rear suspension or alignment issues, causing the car to slide around like I was on ice every time I hit a bump. Upon returning to the dealership, I informed the salesman of my concerns about the car and was told, "I'll have my Sales Manager drive it." Said Sales Manager drives the car around one side of the building toward the back, then returned from the back on the opposite side a number of minutes later, walks in smiling and says, "I didn't notice any problems. I even drove it on some bumpy roads." Then, to the salesman, says, "That is a really nice car." So in other words, Bud's feels that cars that need serious and costly work to be really nice. They then tried to sell me the car at full asking price. Needless to say, I won't be back and will not recommend Bud's to anyone. But if you're looking for an unsafe, overpriced car sold with a smile, they sure can deliver!

I had my wife s truck serviced before she left for upstate NY for a few months to deal with a family matter. There was a mistake made during the service that resulted in a failure on the highway while she was traveling. Truck had to be towed to a dealership near our NY home a 135 miles from location she pulled over at. It was on a Friday at around 11:00pm so we had a 2 day wait for the truck to get looked at. John (service manager) called me Monday and took my information and comments on what the situation was. He then called the dealership in NY and spoke with their service manager to assess the problem. He handled it all and represented my wife and I with respect and responsibility to ensure we were taken care of and she was safe. He owned the situation and took care of the costs because it was the right thing to do. He communicated flawlessly and thoroughly to make sure I fully understood what happened, what was being done to correct it and how he was committed to making sure it was done right. I have been going to Buds for all my new vehicles for years and years, always get all my services for the vehicles done there as well and this is exactly why. They have honesty and integrity which means the world to me as a consumer. You will be treated respectfully and with value here no matter what, that gives me confidence they are going to do the right things at all times.

Great sales and management staff. I went to ten other dealerships around Ohio before I stopped here. All of them were focused on getting the most out of their sale. Bud's was more focused on a lifetime of sales. They worked a good deal and met me in the middle. I will be returning in the fall to make another purchase. I love my new Grand Cherokee!

Great place of business unfortunately was not able to go forward with my man very car knowledge Sterling. He's the best he's full of information about cars and the comfortability the customer is seeking. Sterling is polite, upfront, honest, not a pushy guy very respectful he has patients and will give you his honest opinion. He is definitely the man/person for this company they are lucky to have you. I will recommend Sterling to any friend or family member and once my car buying adventure is back I'll be back to see Sterling count on it Bud.

They set the bar, across the board, for a perfect customer experience.From the moment I reached out, Chris was helpful, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He was very thorough and went above and beyond, every step of the way. He made my pre-owned vehicle shopping and buying experience so smooth and easy. He really listened to me and my needs, answered all of my questions, and addressed any and all concerns I had throughout the process.I now have a new, pre-owned vehicle, that I absolutely love and I have Chris to thank for that!!I would absolutely, 100%, recommend Chris and Bud's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

Very helpful transaction, everyone seemed as interested in seeing that we got what we needed as they were in making a sale. At no point did either my wife or I feel rushed, pressured or marginalized. Will definitely come back.

The sales representative is a scam artist tries to buy my trade in for half of what it was worth then tried to add what they didn't pay off to my new vehicle when a good car lot would have paid my car off and no extra money would have been added to new car but not at this dealership they are dishonest.To answer back to sales reps. Response is a joke I'm just telling customers to find out before they go there how much there car is worth cause you guys are going to offer them 5000 to 6000 less then it worth so that to me is a scam

Salesman was a very nice guy. Buds Chrysler is starting to turn into Kerns Ford as far as getting vehicles on their lot they seem like good quality but are really patched up auction vehicles.Twice now I have test drove 2 vans and upon further inspection have a lot of flaws but are being sold as top tier priced vehicles that should be like new.Dealership refuses to fix these vehicles properly, instead opting for easy fix options that are visible. Upon further inspection of their other used vans, their are visible dents, and other damage that will be sold and priced as if they are like new. Be wary.

I recently purchased a used truck from Bud s dealership in Celina Ohio. I initially contacted my salesman Cory Menchhofer via email about the vehicle. I live in Westfield, Indiana so sight unseen he and his sales manager Matt negotiated a fair price on my trade vehicle and the truck. They even went the extra mile and assured me the truck I was buying had gone through a service inspection and had it detailed from top to bottom! The truck looked and performed amazing when I picked it up! The financing part went every bit as well! I got a great rate and was in and out the door. The whole team at Bud s was friendly and awesome! I strongly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business! I definitely know where I m going to buy my next vehicle!

I HATE buying vehicles, and I am sure anyone who reads this review can guess why. Corey and everyone I dealt with at Bud's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram made my recent purchase of a new work van a great experience. They alone helped change my mind about how pleasant the car/van buying experience can be when dealing with a great dealership.I don't live in OH and found them by luck on the internet. They even delivered the van for a very reasonable price, saving me the time and trouble of getting the van from OH, since I am from out of state. When I am ready to purchase my next vehicle Corey at Bud's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram will be my first call.

I'm very happy with the service I received at Bud's, Scott in the service department kept in touch with me the whole time my truck was there and showed me the problems I was having. Got my truck back earlier than expected and runs great. Won't hesitate to contact them if I have any issues from here on. Thanks
