Guys an idiot. I went to the counter and asked for a spark plug socket and he gave me the wrong thing. Could've just said you don't know what that means

Walked in to return product I didn't need. 2 workers working and neither one knew how to do a return. Made it seem like it was impossible. Never again.

Walked in the store with a return and 2/3 employees were on their phones for 5 minutes or more while I was waiting.

The only place willing to help and install my burnt headlights. Really appreciate their tremendous help! It was a quick fix as well and good prices!

The wiper blades I purchased did not have the right adapters for my car. The staff went out of their way, definitely, to make sure I was happy. Better service than one usually gets these days!

I am going to give these guys a 3 star rating. Here's why, the employees are always willing to help, the parts range in price from low to high, most of the time the parts last. The down fall is when the employees try to give you advice on the task at hand. Generally speaking you can throw that out the window, save yourself some time and go to YouTube! Occasionally they send you home with the wrong part as well.

They are quite knolegable. They do an ob2 sensor check for free, and who will complain about all the options they Have? Here are the best things about the place. Great products, competitive princes, great customer support, ability to rent tools so if you only need a tool for 1 specific job no need to buy the actual tool just go in and say hey I think this is what's wrong and they just type it all into there computers and boom a comprehensive list of what parts and what tools you will need to get the job done.

Only have been here a few times, but the employees are always helpful once you get their attention. Sometimes doing so can be hard, but in their defence, they normally are pretty busy.

Great inventory selection, helpful and friendly staff, if by chance you ask a question, and they're not quite sure about it. They're not afraid to look up the correct answer in order to best help you. Now that we've moved away I miss those guys.

They were so friendly and helpful. Came in for a headlight and they not only found what I was looking for, but put it in also. Thanks Josh and Carrie!!! Great Customer Service. I will be back.

AutoZone was a great help today! I don't normally go there as I traditionally go to Menards or Ace Hardware. But it was close and handy. I have heard that they take care of customers and do checks for you. Today they went above and beyond. I had a break like that was out. When I asked about any tips with putting it in, they said they would just help me do it. Right then and right there they got out tools and assisted me in putting in the brake light. I was really happy that I went to AutoZone. Thanks Courtney!

Almost always has the part that I need. Guys are knowledgeable and courteous. Very rarely do I get the wrong part. Cheapest in the area.

They ordered my parts they're wrong I was supposed to drop them off where I wanted them they didn't have time they couldn't exchange them until I had to receipt with my credit card so they couldn't drop them Just wasn't happy with the service
