I've been there twice in the past month. Both times I was quoted one number, then surprised at the bill when it's double the original quote. I got no phonecalls about going over quote, no phonecalls for further diagnosis, just did it and replaced parts. Not to mention they're at least a day late on operations. My vehicle was scheduled both times, yet I couldn't pick up until the day after. Not to mention no calls notifying me that my vehicle is done. 0/5 would not recommend.

This place still runs the way businesses should! They do great work at fair prices in a timely manner and are trustworthy. What more could you want in a garage? Great place we ve used not only for tire work but they did a phenomenal job on the alignment on our Jeep and oil change too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They came highly recommended from good friends of ours, my husband desperately need a new set of tires that didn t cost an arm and a leg. Not only did we get that, we got exceptional service and exactly what we went in for. No extras, no run arounds. Just friendly service and accurate prices down to the quoted penny!! I have been using Arts for the last 15 years. The people have always been so friendly. Brandon helped me this time on two separate occasions. Once at the end of a work day and the second at the beginning. Both times, he was courteous, focused on me and helpful. The lady who handled the paperwork was friendly and professional. There prices have always been very reasonable and have been insightful to offer alternatives.This long running business has a culture that makes customers want to return and suggest to others.Service: Tires

Art's is the one place that always has what I need for my car. Was looking for a front alignment. Thought about saving a few dollars by going to Walmart but they don't do this anymore. Art's to the rescue! Not only do they do this, their prices aren't too bad. I will recommend Art's to anyone who needs auto repairs done. Nice prices, friendly service, and they have a waiting room with a TV while you wait.

Great service , I had two tires totally over the last day fell apart from age and rot. The crew from Arts Muffler and Tire did a great job for me and my car putting on two new Mastercraft tires mounted and balanced under 300 dollars in less than 1.5 hr on a busy Tuesday afternoon. Have always had great service at Art's Muffler and Tires. Always professional work and if they find something else they have always called and explained the new issue and had an accurate estimate and let it be my discussion if I want the additional repair at that time, so that when I pick up my. There are never any surprises when I get there. I have been a customer for over 20 years

We have been bringing our vehicles to Arts since the 1980's. We have always been happy with their work on our vehicles, and their employees are friendly and thoroughly explain what needs done to fix your vehicle. Highly recommend them!!!!!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and a complete checkup. They were courteous, and priced reasonable. Ron was fantastic ! I appreciate their honesty as they could have told me alot of things needed fixed, but they only did what was necessary. Great to find a shop with this kind of service ! Wonderful service! Very honest about what work needs done. Had to take my vehicle back as what we thought would fix a noise did not, but second attempt worked and they did not charge. Very friendly and helpful.

I heard rumors about this place that their mechanic are honest when working on people/customer vehicle, price and all, but now I see it with my own eyes... Really one of the best of the best car garage ever that I know of, Joe great job fixing/replacing my journey dodge throttle body. It was fast and awesome. Thanks Art & Muffler

Needed an urgent repair of a window in our van. We were in town for the fest and the regulator broke. Art's got us in quickly, in a downpour and provided a temp repair short notice. Truly great people.

Went to have brakes done only light on dash lit up was my engine light cause it needs an oil change but when I picked it up my abs light is on my traction system light and 3 others are on now they didn't even call when vehicle was done when I went to get it they couldn't find the keys then I paid the bill then after he finally finds my keys and hands them to me he tells me that I now need a wheel bearing assembly on the rear they broke that but wants to charge me another 300 to fix it. Screw that I won't be back I will just drive the distance to the dealership to have them fix things for now on so here it goes back to them to fix what arts mechanics messed up never again will I go back thereService: Brakes

The staff is great. There mechanics are knowledgeable. Arts Muffler saved me $200 and had me back on the road in an hr. I highly suggest stopping in to get a quote.

I was visiting family in town and woke up to a flat tire. My brother suggested I go to Art's and they were great! I dropped off my tire and had a call within an hour about the status. While I was hoping for a patch, the news was that I needed a new tire. Jackie checked for used and new on hand and when she came up empty, called around to other places for me. She even went to another shop to pick a set up for me so I could have my car back in the same day (within a couple hours even)! A+++++ service on top of friendliness and wonderful prices! I never write reviews but was so blown away by their helpfulness that I just had to share.
