Terrible people to deal with. Drove 1 and a half hours to get some parts and the price was higher when I got there than why they told me on the phone. Also very lazy and not willing to help you pull parts. No wonder the place is going in the dump. I ll never be back and I ll make sure anyone I know doesn t waste their time coming over here. I wish there was an option to leave zero stars.

They got the parts. And also have a scrap division, so if u got junk cars to scrap this is the place to do it. Consistently paying $20-$30 per ton more than other scrap yards in Xenia.

Horrible customer service. Ordered item, it was poorly packaged and damaged. Could not use. They stated not their problem and I should contact UPS. Definitely lost my business.

Absolutely terrible service. Terrible. Called to get a hood for a 9400 international I live 148 miles from this place and was desperately needing this part, they were impossible to get ahold of, when I did get ahold of them I was told they had the part so I drove all the way there only to find out it was the wrong one. Ridiculous. Zero star service
