I personally order the parts online. Sometimes I pick them up there in the Carrollton Branch store. I have never had a person behind the counter look up a part for me nor have I bought another product off of their shelves. My opinion here is obviously pretty useless

Ordered a part thru them because it was the cheapest locally and was the fastest to get it in. Tried to price match with summit autos price and the said the couldn't with no explanation. Called in to find out price match policy and the manager responded as they only price match local competition, within a 3 mile range.
