I just bought a new Subaru WRX from Joe and did my paperwork with Brady in finance. The whole experience was GREAT! I live 2 hours away and they made it super easy to get my new car. I will definitely come back for my next vehicle!

I have dealt with Huebner for the last 3 years. They have done a great job. They were great during the search and purchase of our 2022 car. They have made it right when little things have happened over the last 3 years. Recently they followed through with a service agreement and honored it even though they could have not. Tina did a great job, getting this taken care of and Vicki was easy to work with during and after the purchase.

It was a great experience. We made the deal online and that's the price we paid for our new Crosstrek. Very friendly staff, Vickie was great!! I only wish we lived close enough to use Huebner for our service needs.

Kim Richards took amazing care of my mother-in-law. We live 1-1/2 hours from the dealership. Email communication was easy and the purchase was smooth and straightforward. Brad, Kim and everyone we spoke with were friendly and attentive. I would 100% recommend purchasing a vehicle from Huebner!

Even though I did not buy a car here, I have to give a shout-out to Vickie in sales. I was looking for a specific trim and color. Vickie was such a pleasure to deal with! She was honest, efficient, and did not waste my time. Unfortunately, the car had just sold.I just went through the car buying process and planned on buying a Honda Accord, and had to deal with all the same old dealer nonsense. It was refreshing to work with a professional like Vickie. I recommend checking out Huebner Subaru if you are in the market for a car!

From start to finish, it was an amazing experience!! Kim went above and beyond what any sales associate has done before!! I received the car, in my color choice, two weeks before it was supposed to come in!! And, because of scheduling issues, we were able to do everything online, and they delivered the car right to my house!!Kim changed a horrible experience from another dealership, into probably my best car buying experience ever!!Thank you!!

Be Aware!!!!!!!!! Selling Broken and Faulty Vehicles with no interest in fixing them. SALES ( Shane L.) Completely lied about Vehicle condition and tried to sell me a warranty that wasn't even honored in our state of residence. Salesman stuck me with a $7000 Repair and motor coding fault!! careful buying from this place and I definitely would not talk to shane L. You have my info if you cared you would have called

I highly recommend Huebner! I went through the process of ordering a new 2022 Subaru Crosstrek and they helped me every step of the way! I built the exact model I wanted and it was delivered to them. They let me know when it arrived and I stopped in to fill all the paperwork out. They made it as simple and easy as possible! Awesome internet buying experience, Brittany and Julie made the process SUPER EASY. Great price, awesome car, as in made a 10hr round trip, road trip to pick up my new STi... Also, they have a killer selection of vehicles, these people love great cars, nice to know car people still exist.

We were referred by our son to see Derrick at Huebner's in Carrollton for the purchase of a new Subaru. That was GREAT ADVICE!! Derrick was patient, kind, knowledgeable, straightforward, and walked us through each step of the transaction. He did not try to push anything on us as some salespeople do. It was a total pleasure to work with Derrick! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and wanting to be treated fairly without a hassle!

I found a used vehicle model I was looking for with lower mileage model for $2000 less at this dealership than I could find elsewhere. Although this dealership is a 3-hour drive from my house, it was worth it. When I arrived, it was pulled to the front of the building and ready to test drive. The salesman I worked with (Rob), allowed me all the time I wanted to inspect the vehicle without any pressure. When I decided to make the purchase, he arranged for drivers to meet me more than halfway to my house which was very convenient. The car was delivered with a full-tank of gas and new wiper blades. It was a great deal with excellent service and I'm happy I chose to make the purchase here.

I absolutely hate car shopping but I had such a great experience at Huebners that I had to make a shout out! The pricing was great, the customer service was outstanding, and they were very efficient. I was in and out in less than hour, that even included the salesman (Shane Laizure) giving me a Tutorial of the vehicle. I would highly recommend you check them out for your next purchase!

This was my first time ever buying a car and I was not sure how it was going to go. Kim made my experience very easy and relaxed. She is super nice and explained everything in a way a first time car-buyer could understand. She was a huge help. Adam helped with my insurance and finances and he was so nice and super funny. BAD CARS !!!! @ Lies !!!Sold my husband 32k car with 7k in repairs , Don't trust sales man Shane L. , DO Not!!!! trust this stealer ship at all. Says they want work with him but tell him to call them....They never tried to even make it right , Just wanted to look that way on the internet.

I am rating Huebner Subaru in Carrollton, OH because I believe in accountability for how you treat people in the sales industry should be felt in some sort of way. It s important to note that after searching weeks for the right vehicle online, I secured financing through Chase, a partner of the dealership. This allowed me to choose the exact vehicle directly from Chase auto section online and apply. I had my credit pulled and all details of the purchase of this specific vehicle approved. Therefore, I traveled over an hour to this particular dealership for this particular vehicle w/ financing secured. All I needed to do was get the final parameters to match the approval with my trade in. We were able to successfully accomplish before they knew I had financing already. As the convo shifted to finance options, I explained I was approved through my bank and all they would need to do is look me up and hit final on details as instructed on the approval email. Once again, this email was an APPROVED letter with detailed dealer instructions for me to sign and drive away not the same as a pre approval. Unfortunately, the steps to complete this process with their partner bank has never been done by the salesman, so he was skeptical and I had to make it clear, I already secured financing and please don t pull credit again. I only know the process because I used the same process with Chase to purchase another vehicle 2 years ago. Anyway, in comes Brady Brothers, the finance manager, I show him the approval email with dealer instructions and he doesn t even look at it he said I don t need to see that, I work with this bank all the time and I am going to submit your app and run your credit before we can move forward. I said the instructions say if you need help contact your Chase representative, I requested we at least do that before we submit an application and run my credit again. His exact response was that is not how this works and I responded with well I guess we can t move forward. He said okay got up and swiftly walked away never to be seen again but ultimately this interaction gave me the feeling that he judged me by my appearance and was not willing to respect me or anything I had to say the moment he came over to the point where he was willing to let a deal for his salesman walk out the door that was already set and financed. I should have been the easiest customer that day. Brady Brothers lack of knowledge and clear mistreatment of customers let s just say that are not the typical for Carrollton, Ohio is the worst kind of service you can receive. After contemplating walking out because of this feeling, I decided that my intentions and mission for the day was way bigger than Brady Brothers. I requested a manager or the owner of the dealership that would be willing to listen before we let this deal die. I didn t get either but I did get a business specialist who works for Brady Brothers and shout-out to her for being open minded and fair enough to actually listen to me. I called the bank myself and had an auto rep explain to her where to find my approval terms in their system and confirm that the financing is approved as an external lender which is different from their internal process with the Chase bank partnership and they do not need to submit an app and run my credit. Even after the confirmation from the Chase rep and finding my approval details in their system, I was still meet with resistance and given one option to proceed which was to run my credit with the weak excuse that fraud is high and it is their way of verification that I am who I say I am and they will receive the funds from Chase bank a complete disregard of the purpose of the bank partnership to stroke Brady s ego. To wrap this up I decided against my better judgment to let them run it knowing it would have no real impact even though Brady Brothers was wrong. I completed my mission with the car I came for and financing I came with no formal apology from Brady or dealership. Proceed with caution Hmmm no response

Some awesome people work here! they take time to answer questions, they made things easy for me to understand being a first time car buyer, I didn t feel pushed into getting anything I didn t want. Will be buying here again if I need a new subaru.

We bought a brand new Subaru ascent onyx. Within only 400 miles it's's in the shop. 2 months waiting on parts and we still don't have the car. First time Subaru owners and it will be the last!!Hey hubners we did reached out and were lied to twice by Josh the owner! No one at the dealership or SOA can do anything to help us. So don't reply like we have never reached out to you all because we have multiple times and absolutely NOTHING gets done.

My salesperson, Kim Richards, was excellent at creating a relaxed atmosphere, and she was exceedingly helpful and personable. The deal was also great - grocery shopping is more stressful than this! In and out of the finance office in 15 minutes! No unwanted surprises. They also deliver up to 100 miles away, making it easy. Go to the country and do business with these fine people. I got a 2023 Forester Wilderness, being delivered to my house this Friday = happy. Paul.

Drove in from out of state for a WRX STI. Vickie had all the paperwork ready to go, including that for a trade, I didn t spend more than 20 minutes at the dealership before I was off the lot. Vickie and Adam were both great during the entire process and made everything super easy! If you re looking for a Subaru, this is the dealership to go to!! Ask for Vickie!

Best Experience I have ever had buying a new car. The process was fast and fair. There was no negotiation, as they offered the highest trade-in value for my trade and they do NOT charge over MSRP. Kira was great to work with and communicated well in the waiting process. Adam in Finance was very easy to work with as well. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had a superior auto purchasing experience at this dealership. No "high pressure" sales of auto or optional accessories/services. Salesperson (Derek) was professional and highly knowledgeable, answering all questions and providing a thorough orientation of operating features. Promises for delivery timeframes met. Very competitive price offer relative to other area Subaru dealerships. Highly recommend this dealership
