If we could give it a negative ten we would. The man that called tried to blame someone else for the problem with the car then, I ask a question and he LAUGHED, he should be fired for how he treated us. Then, we go to pick up our car and he gives us a bill but, says we don't have to pay it because, it was warranty work, he hit the wrong button, how about printing the correct bill, nope, he gave us the bill with the amount due. First time for using the service dept and it sure wasn't a good experience!!
