My husband took his truck in for some electrical issues, they got him in to their service department immediately. Things didn t go as he had hoped so they gave him a loaner. Turns out he had a chipmunk problem that went on forever. He saw a beautiful new truck on the lot and they gave him an offer he couldn t refuse and drove it home that day! He can t say enough about their friendly staff and knowledgeable service dept. Would like to give a special shout out to Katie Hutchison for her attentiveness and product knowledge. He is and will continue to be a repeat customer. If you re looking for the best dealership around, don t hesitate to stop in at Huebner Chevrolet. You ll be more than satisfied!

My husband and I are extremely happy with our experience at Huebner! We worked with Kira on a 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe. We were able to work out all the details via email, and set an appointment to pick up the car a few days later. When we got there, she was a total professional and had everything ready for us. Brady had all of our financing paperwork set up and was also very easy to work with. This is not our first purchase here, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Kira, for making this the easiest car-buying experience we have ever had. You made this fast and painless and we appreciate everything you did for us!

I contacted Kira Manbeck over a year ago about a vehicle, but sadly was too late to look at it. But she stayed in touch periodically reaching out. I checked again about a car I was looking for but they did not have it, but again she would reach out to me. Recently they had a vehicle I was interested in so I went down from Akron to see it and finally met Kira in person. This was like meeting a friend! She even remembered all the vehicles I emailed her about. She made the whole experience from showing me the car through the purchase process so easy and satisfying! I know the next time I am looking for a car or truck, Kira will be the first person I go to. Thank you Kira! See you next time!

Derrick was absolutely wonderful to work with! He made my purchase of a beautiful chevy truck a fun, easy, and stress free experience. He took time to make sure I understood every step of the process and helped me figure out the best financing options available. I traveled to him from Pennsylvania just because he went out of his way to make sure my truck was ready and available a day earlier than previously planned! Very nice and fair. Easiest car buying transaction from a dealership ever!On a whim I test drove a 2016 Outback, loved it, put down a deposit as it hadn't been worked on yet. Derrick kept me informed during the wait for shop and body work to be finished. Paid, drove it home, LOVE IT. Would shop here again, for sure.

Awesome experience buying this 2021 Silverado 2500 HD from Huebner Chevrolet! Vicki and I worked all the details out over the phone since I live over 4 hours away, and then spent less than an hour at the dealership the day of pickup. Nice to deal with just one sales person from start to finish and not deal with a whole team that never seem to have any answers. Definitely love the "small town" feel of this dealership! Even though there are over 4 hours away, I will definitely will buy from them again!

My Wife Missie & I have nothing but praise for Kim Richards & the staff at Huebner Chevrolet - Subaru. I visited the dealership last week and we started talking about the 2019 Cadillac I was wanted to purchase. Kim said that she had service scheduled & it was then going to be detailed. She kept me posted on all the activity's . One we got to the dealership we saw that everything we had talked about was completed. Brady had all the documents ready for us & it was a breeze. This wasn't our first purchase & it won't be our last.

My appointment was for 10:15. I arrived a little earlier and was going to wait for my vehicle. I scheduled an oil change, air filter, tire rotation and asked to have tires checked because I may want to replace. I did end up replacing my tires. However, I waited over 4 hours for my vehicle to be finished. If I had any idea that I would have to wait that long I would have made other arrangements. Brennan was friendly and did check in with me. He was very apologetic.

What a great experience at Huebner. My husband and I called a day ahead to ask about a vehicle. Immediately the sales person was helpful and willing to answer questions. Then we went in the next day to test drive the 2021 Ford Expedition Max. It was clean and ready to go for us when we got there. Katie Petry was a huge help and has a great personality! She made the car buying experience fun and quick. We also got a fantastic trade in price. We definitely recommend going to Huebner for your next vehicle.

We live over 3 hours away, drove to Huebner because they had the vehicle we were looking for with very low mileage. We met with Shane, who ended up staying an hour after closing time to get our deal done and avoid going back a second day. They gave us the top trade in dollar for our old vehicle. Overall , a very pleasant experience.

Friendly and professional all around. Joe in sales gives you straight answers and helpful information to make an informed decision. This is our third Subaru from Huebner. Cars cost a lot these days, you can t afford to deal with the wrong dealer, choose Huebner and Joe!

We worked with Nick and he was fantastic. We had a few concerns and were coming from a dealership where we had a poor experience. Nick resolved all of our concerns quickly and put our minds at ease. The finance manager Brady was very transparent and helped us get a great rate. We will recommend this Huebner to all our friends and family and tell them to go see Nick! 10/10!

When I entered I was greeted and helped by Nick Roudebush and he was extremely helpful and great to deal with. I ended up trading in my 2013 Hyundai sonata and got a fair trade in price for a 2017 dodge journey. I d highly recommend to everyone looking for their next vehicle

When you drive five hours to buy a specific car, the dealership matters. The customer service by Huebner Chevrolet was excellent. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. No back and forth haggling. The used car was ready when we arrived with a full tank of gas. What's not to love?

Extremely nice people. They're not your typical sales people. They don't push you to make a purchase. If you're unsure about anything, they are there to help. I personally recommend Katie Petry, she is 110% the friendliest sales person I have had the pleasure of purchasing a car from. I will definitely make sure my friends and family know I purchased my car from Katie Petry.

I recently worked with Kira when trading my car in. After going to another local dealership and really feeling like they didn t have time to even talk through things, Kira sat and talked through every scenario that worked and presented me with the best options. Just want to drop a note to say that my experience with Huebner Chevy was perfect. I was looking for a specific 2024 equinox, saw one online at Huebners. I used the lease payment calculator provided. The numbers worked to fit my desired budget. The car was listed with dealer discounts applied to the MSRP. I called and talked to Joe Bugara. Joe talked with his finance person to confirm the lease payment price which was listed online to be accurate, Joe stated that will be the final out the door price. I gave Joe a down payment over the phone. Made an appt to close the deal. There were no Surprises or Add Ons, the advertised online price was the final price. The final lease payment was actually a few dollars less than expected. We closed the deal in less than an hour at the dealership. I told Joe that I will start my next lease search at Huebners before looking anyplace else, nothing hidden, nothing added on, and a true discount shown from the MSRP. Old School Mentality dealership just selling cars.Thank You Joe and the Huebner team for making my 7th lease experience the Easiest One Yet.John B.

I wanted to write a review to highlight the excellent experience that I had working with Derrick. I drove a long distance to see a vehicle that caught my eye on this lot and Derrick could not have been more professional and patient with me as I looked into this car. While I did not decide on purchasing the car, it was in no part due to Derrick. As a matter of fact, if the right car were there, I would have gladly made the purchase, in large part due to how he worked with me. I cannot recommend Derrick enough, as he is a sure cornerstone to this business and draw for customers.

Bought a truck. They told us that we could fill out one finance form that would only show as one credit inquiry on our credit score to compare multiple credit offers. We got 5 hard inquiries on our credit from this. They did not file the title properly and gave us a hard time about getting it corrected. Would not recommend.

I bought a 2011 Ford f150. I worked with Kira she was great and not high pressure. I told her what I wanted and she didn't try to pressure me into anything else. When I did financing it was not confusing or overwhelming. Overall I am very satisfied with the staff and the process at Huebner.
