Took my car there on Wednesday, asked them after they diagnosed it for 2 hours to call me, to get permission to go further. I never heard anything from them on Wednesday. Called several times on Wednesday and Thursday with leaving messages. finally I had my wife call on Thursday and they answered. They than called me and said they had over 2 hours of diag in it and it would be a few more hours to put it back together. I told them to just put it back together and that I needed it back. I got a text on Friday saying that they would put it back together. Heard nothing from them the rest of the day. I called them again a few times on Monday, and finally went there, and told them that I had to have my car back that day. After paying close to $500 to get My car back, I drove it from carrollton to Akron. When I realized that they never put one of my coolant lines, all the way back on and I lost all of my coolant. I would not recommend anyone to use this garage.

Hamilton s is the place to bring your vehicle for good and honest work. Labor cost are on par if not lower for the area. I send everyone I know here.

Sam called and told me what was the problem, cost of the part and what it would cost me. Very easy to get along with. Might just have found my new mechanic!
