Always a pleasant experience from Jeannie in the office to Jon and everyone who works on the cars.. they are very good at getting me in and out in a timely manner. Would highly recommend for any automotive needs!!

Always the best service. Fair prices and up front about everything. They have always been able to help. We are the type to try anything when it comes to wrenching on a car. So sometimes they diagnose the problem for a small fee and we fix it. Some shops don't like to do that. Great staff and will be back when we need them.

I have used this shop several times on my Nissan, and my Truck twice, every time they have done the upmost quality work and the price was very considerate. I trust them and call on them for my automotive fixes and im pleased every single time. Wonderful service!! knickerbockers had my car for 5 mths stating they couldn't find a fuel pump to fit it. Called Hammerhead they had it fixed in 3 days for a great price!! Would highly recommend this place for all your auto needs!! Very honest and reliable!Thank you John and employees for fixing my Mercedes and getting me back on the road!

I was so happy to find this business. As a senior and someone who knows very little about cars, I needed to find an honest mechanic. After seeing the reviews on Nextdoor app I called them and they could get me in right away. My brakes were chirping and I needed an oil change. John the owner was like talking to an old friend or relative. He was so personable and knowledgeable. I had my car back the next day!! Reasonable price and confident to drive my car. I had a nail in my tire and needed it plugged. I went to another a name brand tire place to have it plugged and they refused to do it. Said I needed four new tires. I asked if they could replace the tire that had a nail in it and they said no... insisted I buy four new tires. When I refused to buy the tires, they sent me on my way... with a nail still in the one tire. I went to Hammerhead and not only did they plug the tire. They did it for free. No run around. No trying to sell me something I didn't need. Just good old-fashioned, professional service with a handshake and a smile. I know where I'll take my business the next time I need work done on my car. I was traveling with my daughter who has special needs. Issue with my windshield wipers and lots of rain coming. It was close to the end of the day .. office manager wrote down my name and number. They got me in the next day. FIVE STAR experience!John the owner was kind, helpful and creative in taking care of the problem.I was in an unknown town but felt like I had been with family! Was very professional and reasonably priced. Even looked at my car before paying to make sure it was safe to drive before I brought it in to get my service completed. Ultimate professional and fast and great service would recommend to everyone reading this you won't be disappointed. This is the best auto repair shop around! I have a Honda Element that was a very complicated job. They truly went above and beyond to get my vehicle running. They worked with me every step of the way and found the problem. They really tried to help me out and I appreciate all the hard work and all the hours they spent on my vehicle. Very honest, friendly and great service. Quality repair at a great price. I can't even say enough positive things about Hammerhead! Definitely the place to go. The only place I will take my vehicle too from now on. I wish I would have gone here first. Thank you to everyone! Sonny

I will forever go to Hammerhead after my experience with them. John has been hands down the best with communicating , getting things done and dealing with my warranty company. I got my car from Carvana, i instantly noticed that something was wrong. I took it to two other places under my car s warranty but they didn t really know what was going on. I FINALLY found HammerHead Automotive & first person I talked to was John. He kept me up to date on EVERYTHING. Very very nice, trustworthy man with a good team next to him. My car now has a new motor, and drives AMAZING! Definitely recommend!!Service: Engine repair

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this place. I was quoted 1500 at the dealership to repair my car after my warranty declined to cover it. I didn't have another vehicle, so I spent money I didn't have on a rental, over $700 for 2 weeks. I decided to call Hammerhead based on their 5 star rating and positive reviews to see if they could repair my car for anything less than 1500. Right away, I felt at ease talking to John and the young lady who first took my call. John initially quoted me anywhere between 800-1200 to do the repair. Just a few days later, John calls me and not only does he say he got the car running...the bigger shocker was that he quoted me just $300 something for the job!!!!! These people actually CARE about their customers and that's something no amount of money can buy. They were a godsend. I have no reason to take my car anywhere else in the future.

Seemed like a nice guy. Repaired my sons car and I picked it up at closing time so he could head for work. Still running exactly the same as when I dropped it off. I called back on Monday and couldn t get past the receptionist who said they couldn t get me back in for a week .Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

On-time, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a Subaru Outback that was in park without keys. Another company said it required a lift and dollies to move, but Hammerhead knew the transfer case override process and quickly had it in neutral and loaded. Great company. Recommended by my insurance company (State Farm). Will definitely use again.

Hammerhead is the best! After multiple failed dispatches and hours of waiting for another company to tow our vehicle we called Hammerhead. They were there in less than 15 minutes, absolute lifesavers! The driver was incredibly helpful, quick and courteous. We will never use anyone else!

Rich helped change my flat this morning and was fantastic! He was extremely friendly, managed to get my lug nuts off even though the chrome had swelled and did it all very quickly. Thanks so much!

I broke down at 730 am. Called a few people and no one would help me. Called these guys and they came out with a tow in 15 minutes. They had me up and running in just over an hour. These are the mechanics that you can rely on. Love these guys!!! Check them out, you won be dissatisfied!

What a joke My truck only runs only because I had to fix half the stuff this guy did to my motor charge me 5 gs for about a $3,000 job then tried to send me home with my vehicle not even running I had to go in there and get it running just to get it off the lot
