Mike made my car buying experience the best I ve ever had. He was super helpful and patient with me as I was unsure about what I was exactly looking for. Then he informed me about the car I ended up purchasing and it has been a perfect fit. It had everything I was looking for and more. He s great at what he does and I couldn t be more happy. Great experience all around with my used vehicle purchase. Dennis Schurr is the man! Communication was prompt and thorough through the whole process. Price was best I could find. Vehicle was inspected, super clean, and exactly as advertised. I was an out of town buyer, and they even offered a courtesy pick up at the airport. The whole team at Guess Motors exceeded my expectations!

Guess Motors is hands down the BEST place to buy a vehicle... Their customer service is 2nd to none... and they always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. Ive been buying my trucks there for over 10 years. If you are looking for a salesman Dennis Schurr will definitely take awesome care of you. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This place was very very professional they were awesome they work with you when you go there don't be afraid to think that you will leave with nothing because they go through the fire to get you something I think the greatest experience was a car that I wanted had the engine light on they sent it to the service and came back and told me they couldn't give it to me because the car was no good normally any seller will want to sell you anything but they showed that they cared

Great experience from start to finish. Salesman Mark Dettorre was professional and courteous throughout. Got a fair price on a very popular vehicle with absolutely no junk fees or hidden fees. Highly recommend.

The employees in every department were so friendly and helpful. My purchase went smoothly. I would recommend anyone to go to this business! Highly recommend Mark D as a salesman too definitely ask for him. He went above his job duties to ensure I was completely satisfied !!!

Had a great car buying experience with Dennis. We discussed commercials over the phone - and he honored his word to the tee. Drove from NJ so was very appreciative of that.Doesn t get any better than that. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Been 8 yrs since I went looking for a car & I was more than a bit surprised at the small number of used cars available less then 7 years old and or under 75 thousand miles for something in the neighborhood or $15 to $18K !! Finally found a very clean Dodge Journey with 71K on it & maybe a little bit high price ! Went looking online at a LOT of Dealers around, all the way to Akron & only found 3 around the same ranges ! Guess the joke economy we all are suffering with has hit the used car market too !! Test drove it & it was a solid car !! Car was prepped with some unexpected " make ready " items & we found a loan the next day ! So far it has been just what we needed & I am happy as a lark with the treatment I recieved !! If you need a good used car & can be patient with the staff, I'd bet they can fix you up !! Thank you Mike & the staff for treatment you should get from car dealers !!!

I recently traveled to Guess Motors in Carrollton, Ohio from San Antonio, Texas and I can truly say the trip was WELL WORTH IT! Mr. Gleich and ALL the staff at Guess Motors were absolutely amazing professionals. I typically do not leave comments; however, the professionalism, courtesy, and integrity of Mr. Gleich and everyone not only restored my faith in honest salesmen, but their level of customer service deserves it.Although I live over 1400 miles away, if given the opportunity, I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Guess Motors! If they sold go-carts, I would take the trip to buy one!!! I absolutely recommend Guess Motors and Mr. Mike Gleich to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you and job well done!

My vehicle needs front brakes they never told us and with the sun glare the vehicle had been hit and back light is broke and the used red duck tape to cover the problem. What dealership does this and the first used vehicle i got was older and they gave me a warranty this one is newer and they offered nothing they also seemed to be in a rush and we put more down on this vehicle and Mike told my husband if he knew we were putting more down on the vehicle he (Mike) said he could of got us in a better vehicle. I'm not 100% happy with this purchase.

I went to Guess because I had a good experience with the last car vehicle I bought . I talked with Julie and told her what I was looking for. They found one that I liked and got it for me. Julie was extremely helpful and easy to deal with, and from my experiences with my last car, the service department is great also.

A friendly group of professionals. Easy to talk to and deal with. If you're in Pittsburgh and tired of the arrogance and inflexibility of huge dealership groups, take a relaxing 60-mile drive west and give Guess a try. It will be worth your time.

Absolutely amazing experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at a previous dealership just days before getting in touch with Guess. I decided to go out on a limb and purchase a car out of a state and boy, I am glad that I did. Julie was AMAZING to work with and it took no time at all to get my deal buttoned up over text/email and within days, my new car was delivered. It was the most seamless car buying experience ever and that is crazy to say since I was not even in the same state as them. They are a wonderful team.

Great job with friendly, courteous service. Had an early am appt and work was done sooner than hoped. Got a call and vehicle was ready. This is an improvement from past experience where early appts for small service jobs I frequently wasn t able to pick up my vehicle until late in the day. If this is the new norm I love it and will use their service again. Keep up the good work

I recently had to go to the service department for a recall on my car. The staff is extremely friendly and informative. I was in and out as the appt was explained to me. The service there is Always positive. Thank you again for your service. Have been coming there for years and couldn't be more satisfied.

Trust my Raptor to be serviced and diagnosed and repaired properly the first time. Staff always open to communication and hear your concerns and address your needs. Great little local Ford dealership.

Work was very good. But it did take 4 days to replace a water pump. I did need a rental and had to pay for it for those 4 days. However the work was good and reasonably priced.
