The manager Austin was such a delight to work with. Everyone I encountered at the shop was incredibly compassionate and helpful. They were very honest in letting me know what issues were happening and the best way to go about fixing/not fixing. I would bring my truck and any other vehicle we own back in the future.

Great place for an oil change. They did a thorough check on everything as well. Reception guy was professional & helpful. Only thing is went in thinking an oil change was 45 dollars and when picking up the car they charged me 74 due to adding some kind of additive to my oil change that I wasn't aware of or asked if I wanted that. Other than that great service.

The last 2 times I ve used their services have been overpriced. This time charged an extra 3 quarts of oil - never have before, and the last time i went put synthetic oil in a vehicle that has never had synthetic. We have been going to this location for services for at least 10 years. They should know we didn t use synthetic. Must be under new management and upselling/price gouging.

Walked in for service due to flat tire. Technicians quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to patch the tire at a reasonable cost. Entire repair completed in 45 min. Will definitely return for future service.Returned in Nov 2023 and was helped with a engine problem. Austin was very knowledgeable and patient in answering questions about possible solutions. Marcus was friendly and efficient in returning my car to me. Great service!

Had a punctured tire. Was hoping for a patch, but it turned out to be multiple punctures. They had a tire of the right size in stock, and within the cost I was expecting. Got everything sorted within a few hours, and everything was good to go.

Got me in and out no hassles and even loaded my tire in the back of the truck. I live closer to another grismer now but still choose to drive just a little farther to come to this one.

I have been coming to this location since I ve moved to the area in 2020. They have been amazing with everything I ve needed done on my Mazda. From new tires, patch on a tire, oil changes etc. I don t trust anyone else besides Austin/Marcus/Jr and their team with my car. Thank you guys for always going above and beyond!

These guys are the most hospitable in the area. I ve been going here around 5 years to service my vehicles. Every time I ve been else where and I m not as satisfied and always end up right back at Grismer (West Carrollton). Ask Austin anything! He ll be willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. 4 free oil changes with a set of tires is a win as well!

Excellent job, had an appointment for 9am Monday, only negative, it was almost 10am before they took my car in. Next time I'll make an appointment and have someone take me home, I waited nearly 2.5 hours

I can not say enough wonderful things about JR and Grismer Tire! He helped me in a bind by quickly locating a replacement tire and staying open late to change the tire when we got a flat while driving through town on our way to Detroit. JR went out of his way to help me and I am so very thankful.

Service was fast, but I was shocked by the price to fix a tire. My bad luck left me with two patches in one tire. I was charged over $90Was contacted and offered money back on this. My faith in this company is restored.

Repeat Grismer customer at the West Carrollton location because I always get great service & feel confident my vehicle is repaired or serviced right the 1st time!!Kyle was absolutely amazing!We had purchased a used vehicle that turned out to be a nightmare! Kyle & all of the staff at the West Carrollton location were professional, friendly & wrote up great estimates & documentation that were very helpful in being able to get our money back on this lemon. Good to know there are trustworthy people willing to help!
