The night before getting back on the road to travel 800 miles I have my service light come on. Even though it was 30 minutes until closing the team member was very nice, helpful and explained the issue to me. I wish I got his name so that the manager could take note, but I do know he had another job in addition to AutoZone at a transmission place. Great customer service.

I was going to use the rent a tool service but didn't have enough $ on my card to get it, the system crashed and did not refund my $ went back a week later to see wjats going on they said they would refund my $ after much hassle and again a week after that still no $ and the manger says there is nothing he can do about it. I NEVER EVEN GOT THE TOOL!!!! I guess I am out that money. Never coming again. Napa is better.

Place is always clean, the staff are somewhat friendly, I just wish they would be more attentive to the customers, if you don't really know what you're looking for you'll be wondering on your own for a while until someone there decides to help you!

It was good part arived on time and manager was very helpful and explained how to install part . & took the time to show me where its located on my car. I will always go back there & recommend this store in Carrollton. Great staff there.

Great experience and always have what I need . I went for a lawn tractor battery and they went and found me one with the freshest date . Great service

Good people.ran out in ran to change my wife's wipers. .. week later went and grabbed myself a new pair and he ran straight out before I could grabbed and slapped them on for me.thanks again.
