Did not have the spark plugs that were advertised for my car. I would have had to return Monday to get them. The people were very helpful but if you don't have inventory ,how do you make a sale? How do you avoid inconveniences for you customers? This is a very common plug and was readily available at AutoZone. If the inventory system evolves to be as good as the store help, they would have something.

Usually pretty good. I had an special part ordered. Never came in.Over the staff is great and service is excellent

Tried to charge me $36 for tensioner pulley next door 16.99 not in stock ,I told young clerk they cost 16 $ he said no.older clerk I know and have dealt with for years sold it to me for 25$ somebody is skimming the top

My preference to all of the box stores for auto parts seems to be a no frills straightforward company supplying hard to get parts in a pinch what's better than average quality

If doesn't have item in stock, can get it usually that afternoon. Prices similar to other auto stores. They carry some items the other store don't. Usually very helpful.

Just like all other Advance Auto. Prices high, service slow, and parts are cheaply made. Recommend Napa parts.

Didn't have parts I needed and couldn't order it for me. Went to Ace Hardware and found part (hose reducer) cheap!
