This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership, and it is worth the drive. I worked with Jason Castro-Boughman, sales consultant who is knowledgeable and provided the information that I needed to make a well-informed decision. I also had the opportunity to speak with the general sales manager and the manager of the service department during the purchase process that further enhanced my comfort level with this dealership. Exceeded my expectations!

The process to get repairs scheduled is super easy. There's communication from appointment to finish. Including the walk-around, suggested repairs and the way it's easy to authorize repairs. The staff are all friendly and genuine. Not all repair places have people that come across as genuine. The customer lounge is comfortable, pleasant and I really appreciate this especially if I'm waiting for repairs to be finished. It makes it very possible for me to still do some remote work. Other GM dealerships are not this comfortable, not this friendly, not this genuine and frankly I avoid many dealerships for this reason. The prices seem fair and I don't feel like I'm being gouged. The service team as a whole seems to go above and beyond every time I've been there. Thank you!!

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from the sales staff clear thru to the financial staff. The staff never treated me like a customer but as one of their own family members. I can not praise them enough for the time they took with my wife and me. This is the most painless dealership I have ever worked with. Adam was a fantastic salesman. We had a good negotiation but I never felt less than, belittled, or pressured. Adam treated my wife and I with ultimate respect. The process was what car buying should be. I really enjoyed working with Adam. Finance was 15 minutes. I walked in, got offered protection options, declined, and I walked out. Performance GMC is the only place to buy a car without feeling like you got robbed or pressured.

The service when purchasing is average. Pretty inline with any other dealer in the area, nothing special. The service department to get any repairs done is a joke. They never answer the phone. They NEVER return calls, when you speak to someone they are always going to give you a call back, but NEVER do. They do not take care of their customers, and blow you off after you drive the car off the lot.

I found my dream car online, a Cadillac XT5 at Performance GMC Cadillac Columbus, located in Carroll, Ohio. The only issue was: I live in VA, 4.5 hours away from where this dealership is located. After speaking to Jarrod, the sales person I was dealing with, he told me he will see what could be done, regarding the car being delivered. We ended up agreeing that the car will be delivered on Monday, however Jarrod was kind enough to meet me halfway in WV so I could get my car on Friday and enjoy it for the weekend. It was a great shopping experience, Jarrod did provide exceptional customer service and he went above and beyond to accommodate me.I would definitely recommend this dealership. As you can see if you live further they will work with you. Thank you again for all your help.

I m used to much better service departments. When I bring my cars to other dealerships they set down with me and ask questions, tell me what they will be doing, provide me with reports that reflects the good and bad things, what to be aware of or things to prepare for. I never have a clue what you ve done. I plan to drive across town to another GMC dealer my son goes too that provides the type of service I am custom too.

I had a great experience. Everyone is very polite and knowledgeable. I had never used their services until about a month ago and left with a very good experience. Performance GMC has solidified my decision on who I will come to for all my vehicle needs. They didn't push me on purchasing every widget and service they have to offer which I think is great!

My experience talking with Greg and Scott started out positive until Makenna Pofahl became our sales person. After telling her we were in the beginning stage of looking at vehicles and interested in knowing our trades value, she did a hard inquiry on my credit while we were on a test drive without asking or telling me. Hard to go to other places potentially and have them also do a hard inquiry if we found a vehicle there. We did find a vehicle we liked and received a quote. We then left for a couple hours to discuss this. When we returned Makenna was gone so we dealt with Greg again. During the paperwork session we are told that Makenna did our quote on the wrong vehicle and our payments were going to be more then originally told. Then during finance paperwork we find out that it was put down that we were to pay more down than we discussed, so in changing that our payment went up again. After all this we are told they can not find the spare key they said they had and to check back first of the week. When I reached out I was told they still couldn't find it and management said we would have to purchase one for over $400! So we buy a vehicle at a considerable price and we are now expected to buy a spare key that has been misplaced. Very unacceptable!!

OMG!! What a fantastic place! My wife and I own a 2018 GMC Terrain. We have had sub-par experiences at two prominent GMC dealers in Columbus and decided to make the drive to Carroll. Our first experience at Performance GMC could not have went better!!! Nikki did a fabulous job of communicating and was extremely friendly. Dustin was thorough and professional as our service tech. The video and ease of confirming service through my phone was the best! My wife enjoyed her wait in the waiting area and had no complaints as I was working and was not there. The one negative was the call center may not have relayed our change in service to the service center but Nikki instantly adjusted. Actually looking forward to our next oil change if you can believe it. Thank you for all your service today!

All work was done in a timely manner and very well completed upon leaving I further setup on the device and it did not seem to operate as expected. I went back to the dealership and the service manager and technician personally looked at the device, figured out what was wrong and manage to get it to operate as expected. Awesome experience

I was told my deal was a done deal. So i went ahead and put 40 bucks in the tank because the car was on empty. Then I added a cosigner to drop my payment and they said no because your cosigner don't live in same house. OK.... take him off I'll pray the higher payment. Now they want an additional 1500 added onto mu done deal down payment.GOING TO GERMAIN CADDALIC AT LEAST GERMAIN IS HONEST AND WHEN A DEAL IS A DEAL ITS FINALDONT WASTE YOUR ENTIRE DAY AT THIS PLACE

Major communication failures. Appt was 7:30, tool was broken to perform repair. I had to reach out multiple times in different ways (text, email, phone call) over several hours before receiving a call back to find out repair not made.I was promised a personal call when replacement tool arrived to reschedule. 13 days later, emailed advisor, but received nothing again. I called and found out tool was received. Scheduled work for the following day.

First off, I want to give a massive shoutout for the whole sales team. They helped this struggling Airman out get into a practically brand new badass Jeep Renegade without the hefty new car payment. Chris Holliman and the sales department moved Heaven, Hell and Earth to make sure I was leaving with those pair of keys in my hands. There was no bending over, tail wagging or nothing of the sort. Just straight forward and superior performance (pun not intended) in customer service. I know my folks and I (when I m back home from the wonderful state of Utah) will be in future business with this dealership! Thanks yall!

Very unsatisfied with this deal. We spoke and got a truck put on hold before I could have time to get over to them. Asked if they needed a deposit and said no we want to build the customer relationship without a deposit. The next day the truck was sold as we where on are way to go pick it up. The service was some of the worst I have seen out of a dealer of a name Brand company

Tried to sell us an Escalade online since we are 6 hours away that shook the whole cabin when you drove it and didn t even try to get us to test drive because they knew what was wrong. We drove 6 hours there and 6 hours back to not get a vehicle we thought that was inspected and ready to go. They did however cancel the deal and gave us our car back when we turned around upset. It is still for sale so please don t try to buy the 2016 black Escalade. The general manager is calm and able to talk to, as he handled our situation. But Tonya who sold us the vehicle wouldn t even come out of her office when we came back upset. Stand by your word and know that you are making a sell with customers happy if not fix it!

Adam Shafer in sales and Matt the the new car director have been great to work with. I live in Sandusky, OH and made the 140 mile drive twice in the past 3 months to purchase my two new Cadillac s. I highly recommend Performance Cadillac/GMC.

I was looking for a new truck and my local dealer (in South Carolina) didn't have a huge inventory at the time/didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I did a search on the GMC website and found a truck I wanted but it was in transit to Performance. I called and Ken Logan happened to answer the phone. I had no idea how lucky I was at the time, but man... Ken went above and beyond and took GREAT care of me. He got the truck set aside, arranged for it to be shipped to me, and even had a speaker installed before shipping. He was extremely easy to work with, VERY helpful, VERY friendly, and had top notch communication. His service was absolutely phenomenal.The Finance manager Jon Nida was great as well. I have bought several new cars in my life and I have always felt pressured to buy the warrantees/extras when buying a new car. Neither Jon nor Ken made me feel pressure to buy the extras- which resulted in my buying an extended warrantee as well as ceramic coating. They made me feel at ease rather than giving me a high pressure sales pitch which made me feel a whole lot better about buying extras..Buying a car/truck can be very stressful. It is a huge expense- but these two guys made me feel great about the purchase. Not only was their service wonderful, they didn't add a bunch of weird fees people associate with buying a new car and they also offered me a substantial amount more for my trade than the other appraisals that I got. In a time when dealers are adding thousands of dollars of fees to any car/truck because of limited inventory, Performance (Ken and Jon) didn't do that. They have certainly earned a customer in me and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Excellent experience because of these guys and makes me think their whole dealership is very different than some experiences I have had in the past.. I've worked in customer service most of my life and really appreciate when I get really great service. I am sure I will be back to Performance in the future. Thanks fellas!
