We looked at several cars, all were in great shape and clean. Cleaner than cars we saw at bigger dealerships we visited around Columbus.Brent was kind and very helpful with the cars and the purchasing process. I highly recommend Nice Auto!!

The low reviews are accurate. Bought a Chevy traverse a while back and within 5-6 months needed new suspension, brakes, several bearings and bushings, rear windows stopped working, timing belt pulley failed. The test drive was smooth with no noise. These guys know how to butter up a piece of junk for a profit.

Nice Auto Group lived up to their name and buying a vehicle was a nice experience. While I found a few issues with the vehicle I was interested in, they worked with me on the price and we came to an agreement. Transaction could not have gone any smoother. Thanks to Brent and associates for a good car buying experience

Bought a 2016 Chevy Trax in August. End of October the car stopped working. Had it at the mechanic, the engine is bad. Needs replaced! Car didn't have 100,000 miles. Beware to buy here. We had it serviced after purchase. Still it wasn't a good deal. 10000 dollars down the drain.

We actually bought a truck from Brent 5yrs ago, it was a good deal and great truck. Had such a good experience the first time, we came back again! Got a newer and bigger truck this time for an amazing price!! As long as Nice Auto Group, Brent and Meagan are around. We will always come back and recommend them! Absolutely the best!! Came to this car lot because of an add I came across and when I got here I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and the keys to whatever I wanted to test drive, was absolutely willing to work with me on making sure I got approved for the loan and now I've got a great car would absolutely recommend.

I absolutely love my Mazda cx5. My husband and I went in on a Saturday morning and the owners were super helpful and accommodating with anything we needed. But also gave us space to think about things.We'd gone to a few dealerships before this, but this was the best experience for sure. Gave us the carfax as well. My husband likes to jack up the car to look underneath, and they moved the car to a better spot for him and also gave him something to lay on since it was raining and the ground was wet.I was nervous about getting my first car since high school and almost didn't do it! But I'm glad I did. Once we decided to buy we were in and out in under 45 mins (we did cash). I feel like especially in this crazy market, we got a fair price for exactly the car I wanted. Everytime I go outside I look forward to seeing my cute car in the driveway:)

I noticed a lot of the vehicles on Craigslist that I was interested in were at this dealership, so I made the two and a half hour trip to see them in person. The prices here are really good, there are a lot of options, the staff are very friendly and not pushy. But...when I wanted answers to why certain things were wrong with a vehicle, I got fishy answers that were stated with great confidence. I was told what sounded like an exhaust leak was an exhaust pipe vibration, and a constant hum while test driving were tires settling in. I have worked as a mechanic for many years and know what these sounds are, and those answers didn't ring true. I'm surely not saying I wouldn't buy from them, because I probably would, and might in the future, but not this vehicle.

So far so good..... they made a stressful situation a lot less stressful...im not a fan of car buying.. we bought a 2018 ford explorer... payments were a lot less than what we expected and they worked all their magic to get us a car.. it is a family owned business which is what we always try to support.Thank you again

Bought a car in June cash. Lied to us. The next day it broke down. It had to be towed. The repair shop said they put so much lube and other greases to hide things it was just a matter of driving it to show where they zip tied things underneath. Legally it wasn't safe to drive. We got 3 estimates... same. It needed a whole front end, zip ties and globs of "cover up" work to just get us off the lot.It still needs work after $6,000 in damage and.... they didn't report the work they did to show the severe accident it had been in and twisted frame that any expert pointed out. We asked all the right questions but they "we have a master mechanic" this is such a safe car... We wasted $11,000.. it is a death trap! So much wrong with it that they knew about. His "mechanic" and him claim they take pride in inspecting anything coming in and its a great car. Very safe"... no, it wasn't. I reached out and got a sorry for your loss response. Nothing more than an oh well...

Purchasing a car from a dealership has never been so easy then it was with Nice Auto Group. I found a ad on Facebook and messaged Brent about the car and he responded back pretty quick even though it was a Sunday. I called Monday morning and we made an arrangement to see the car later on that afternoon. When my wife and I arrived the car was pulled up waiting on us to test drive. We looked over the car while Brent made copies of our license. we drove car and then called the next morning to confirm we wanted it and they handled everything else with our bank. Then we picked up our car that evening. Brent also took $500 off the already $6500 under book value. It's not often you purchase a car and are $7000 positive equity. I highly recommend Nice Auto Group.

I didn t have good luck here , bought a 2019 van took it home the next day engine light and 5000 more to fix on top of the 22000 I spent . Not happy and would not recommend . I could see if I had it a while but next day and no help .

Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and flexible, and efficient!Melissa and Brent were both involved in my purchase yesterday, and they couldn t have been more accommodating Very personable, understanding, and patient. I even had to leave in the middle of my purchase to go to the bank. During the time I left, they were both out polishing the wheels and cleaning the windows. Very smooth process 15/10 would recommend! Thank you guys SO much By the way, the car is GORGEOUS!!!!
