Outstanding work. I had issues with the clutch and brakes on my 1999 BMW M coupe and they were able to determine the issue and fix immediately. Great service at great price. I will return here if I have any other issues with this car.Services: Transmission, BrakesServices: Transmission, Brakes

This repair shop has always treated me fairly, and told me if my car did not need expensive repairs quoted to me by another shop. This gave me a good impression, as many shops can be dishonest and charge for unnecessary repairs. They are very patient to me when I have questions about repairs. Did not have time to even write a quote! I called him 7bdays ago and said he would get back to me, I called on 04/15/2022 and went down no answer back and also stated in Friday they would return my call and never returned my call! Very unprofessional and all I wanted was a quote! If you guys don't even have time to quote your customers I definitely would not trust you guys to give my car back done in a reasonable timeService: General repairs & maintenance

This will be the third time my car has been to Tim. I cannot remember the last time I dealt with a mechanic who was thorough, honest and personable. No one here treats you like a number and what I absolutely love is that he will tell you what the issue is, and the cost BEFORE he starts the work. We live in such a dishonest world however it s refreshing to know there are still good business men out there.

I'm so happy that my son told me to take my car to Tim and his crew. I've known about the business for years but always thought they would be too EXPENSIVE.... WRONG!! He's probably the most HONEST MECHANIC I've come across. Fixed my 2002 Cadillac with a northstar engine where my mechanic I've had for years WOULD NOT TOUCH IT!!! And someone else told me there were things wrong with it THAT WAS NOT WRONG WITH IT.. Also my VW beetle is next to get a look at .The other guy I took a chance on for a simple tune up made it worse.Tim. took a few minutes to look at it today while picking up my Caddy. HE WILL HAVE MY BUSINESS FROM HERE ON OUT.AND I WILL REFER ANYONE TO THIS GUY....FANTASTIC , HONEST very REASONABLE and gets the job done.THANK YOU TIM and I APPRECIATE YOU AND YOUR CREW.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Towed my Audi to them. Told them beforehand that steering wheel was locked, won t shift out of gear unless you use the override, and won t turn over. They had it 8 days. I gave 135 deposit for diagnostic. They called and said they couldn t figure it out and to tow it away. No refund of even half the fee since they couldn t diagnose it. Took it somewhere else and they knew in a day what was wrong.

These guys are great! Not only do they know what they are doing, but they are reasonably priced. Nowadays it seems like anywhere you go it costs an arm and a leg to get anything done to an import car. Not the case at World Import Automotive! They are very thorough in doing their job and very thorough to explain the issues with their clients. We will definitely be returning to World Import Automotive the next time we need service on one of our foreign cars.

These guys can fix anything. Great skills, pricing and communications. They have been maintaining several import and domestic cars over many years for me, and all perform well and get the same mileage over their lifespans.

These guys are the best. Total pro mechs with esp. They can simply listen and know exactly what the issue is. Tim and the rest of the guys are very nice and professional. They can fix anything. Thanks guys..

I went to get my rear trailing arm fixed as I had bought a car that needed some work. Tim called like 30mins after dropping it off and they managed to salvage the old trailing arm which saved me hundreds in parts and labor. They're the best, extremely trustworthy!

They're a rough and tumble crew of guys that don't bs, get the job done fast, and patiently explain what you need and why. I picked up my '12 VW Tiguan this morning, I had to get a water pump replaced, and one of the techs, Carl, actually grabbed the old one and showed me where and how it broke! That kind of transparency just makes you feel like you picked the right shop.Oh, and a routine oil change at the official VW shop earlier this year turned magically into a $4,000 "oil leak". I took it to Tim's to check it out, they laughed it off and said there was nothing wrong with the engine, and that they hear that all the time. Huge company cares more about money than customers? Go figure.Just go to Tim's, you won't be disappointed.

My Suv was literally broke down in front of ohio brake & Lube, so I had to check with them.Sorry, world import, it was only 100 ft. Away,So I thought it would be cheaper by saving the tow cost....but what a surprise.I actually towed my car from Sheetz on Tuscarawas for $95 ,to world Imports and still saved $75.Second time I've used World Import Automotive, with the same results.My 2011 Nissan rogue was fixed correctly on 07/28/2020 And at the " going rate "." Not " at the rate a mechanic thinks he can get by your situation.5 Star status all the way.

World import been doing my cars for years reasonable prices very helpful let you bring your own parts they not like firestone Monroe and Ziegler who waste your time and money I recommend world import they really get the job done 5 stars
